Chapter 29 A Woman Who Turns on a Dime
Five minutes later, a helicopter landed from the sky and delivered all the necessary ingredients. What infuriated Ava even more was that the servants of the Smith family seemed to no longer obey her commands.
"Mr. Davis, please wait a moment." Ava tied on an apron and entered the kitchen, grinding her teeth as she chopped on the cutting board as if it were not a piece of steak but Ethan.
Twenty minutes later, two medium rare steaks, a serving of spaghetti, and a creamy mushroom soup were placed on the table. She even kindly opened a bottle of red wine.
She added something to the wine.
"Mr. Davis, come, I toast to you." Ava respectfully offered the wine glass to Ethan.
Ethan ignored her and elegantly cut into the tender steak in front of him with his knife and fork. "Not bad, comparable to the chef at my estate."
"Since Mr. Davis finds it satisfactory, then you should drink a toast." Ava thought, ‘After drinking, you will be knocked the fuck out.’
Ethan looked at her with a fake smile. "Ava, has anyone ever told you not to be so diligent when doing bad deeds? It's easy to get caught."
He forcefully took the wine glass from her hand and poured it out.
Ava said, "You..."
Ethan ordered, "Eat, be good."
Ava ruthlessly cut into the steak and chewed forcefully.
After dinner, Ethan didn't give her a chance. He directly carried her upstairs and came to Ava's bedroom with ease.
She said, "Ethan, I haven't taken a bath yet."
"Good, let's take one together." He turned into the bathroom, pressing her against the sink and passionately kissing her.
Ava said, "Ethan, you can't do this!"
"Can't? Oh, what about you?" He moved his hand down forcefully, lifting her skirt.
Ava hesitated, "Wait..."
Ethan's face darkened completely. "Ava, you are the one who begged me, and then you turn heartless. Do you think I, Ethan, am so easily toyed with in your eyes?"
But the woman in his arms was like a little mouse, nuzzling against his collarbone with her nose, her breath seemingly ethereal, making it hard for him to breathe.
She suddenly grabbed his clothes, her eyes shining brightly as she looked up, her long eyelashes like blooming flower petals, surprised, "I know!"
Ethan thought, ‘Know what?’
Before Ethan could react, she darted out like a gust of wind. Soon, there were clinking sounds outside, leaving Ethan alone, staring at his crotch, trying to cool down his anger.
After a moment, he went to the next room and saw Ava busy among a pile of beakers and utensils. Many different-colored essential oils and spices with different names were placed on the workbench.
She stood there in a white isolation gown, working earnestly. Sometimes she used a pipette to take samples, sometimes she stirred the beakers. Her slender fingers on those transparent glassware looked exceptionally beautiful.
This serene and serious scene hit Ethan's heart like a shockwave from a meteorite.
After a whole hour, until she smiled with satisfaction, she put down everything.
Turning her head and seeing the figure at the door, she couldn't help but freeze. "You... have been here all along?"
Ethan nodded. “Yes.”
This made Ava a bit embarrassed.
"So, how are you going to compensate me?" Ethan knew the fragrance room should be important to her, so he just stood at the door without going in.
Ava walked over, a bit unsure of what to say, as she was already being held around the waist.
"Now, it's my turn, right?" The man directly pressed her against the wall in the corridor. The white sterile gown made her skin even whiter, especially with the lingering scent of perfume, which was particularly alluring.
"You owe me." He didn't give her any chance to argue, fiercely demanding the reward he deserved.
In just a moment, Ava succumbed to his intense and crazy demands.
In a daze, she seemed to hear him say, "Ava, what did I do to make you dissatisfied..."
