Chapter 93 divorce

Harry is calling Ava for the last 2 hours, but she is not picking up the call, and this making him anxious, he doesn't know what is going on with her and why she was talking like everything ended between them to the butler, as for Harry, this is not the first time or this not like the biggest fight they had. He didn't just understand what made Ava do that.

That's when he got another call from an unknown number, he was confused but then thought this might be Ava, so he picked up the call and before asking anything, the other person introduced himself "Hello, Mr. Harry, I am the legal lawyer for Ms. Ava who applied for the divorce, and I hope you will cooperate well".

Harry was confused and more than anything. he was shocked, as he can't believe Ava is cutting all the ties off with him. He shook his head for a second, thinking this might be a dream but everything is too real to be a dream, so he asked "can I know why she is applying for a divorce?".

"I don't think it's appropriate for me to tell this but I will, She doesn't love you anymore, she wanted to have someone that she loves and not you," the lawyer said calmly as if he know what is going on.

"What?! that's impossible!" Harry whispers in shock and confusion. He never once thought that Ava might tell this, so he took a long sigh and asked again "what are you talking about?! I want to talk with her, then I will decide about this!".

"I am sorry to tell you this, Mr. Harry but Miss Ava doesn't want to talk with you, she just told me to inform you that, she will never come back to your life and will never see you, but all the professional dealing between both the families will be continuing as before and there won't be any changes," He said with a smile, politely confirming everything. Harry was confused and didn't understand anything, the only thought he have is to talk with Ava because he can't believe anyone other than her.

"I will talk with Ava and then think about this" Harry said and ended the call before hearing the opposite person talk. He can never believe the one person, who he thought will never leave his life suddenly left, He don't know what happened but his heart started to feel so uneasy, he didn't think about anything, the only thought that came into his head is talking with Ava, even though she wanted to leave him, he just wanted to have a proper talk.

He doesn't know when things changed but if he was the old Harry, he could have never felt anything but now, this doesn't feel right for him. He walks back to his room and started to pack his things up and comes back with his bag, that's when he saw Anna, who was confused seeing his suitcase and asked "where are you going? what happened Harry?".

"something comes up, and I have to go now, so I will be leaving, I thought to tell you and everyone in the family before leaving but I meet you first," Harry said, forcing a smile. After the first day, he didn't talk much with Anna and only observed her and the relationship, she has with Allen, and he felt uncomfortable seeing the way Allen was behaving and trying to prove to Harry that Anna is already his so many times.

Harry walks down and meets everyone, and leaves after telling them that there is an emergency, and then he left for country A. The whole flight, he was only thinking about Ava and the words of the lawyer. He didn't understand what is wrong with him and why he is behaving like this. He even tried contacting her so many times, but she didn't pick up his calls as expected.

on the other side:

"Why did he ask to meet me?" Ava asked in nervousness, she has already made up her mind to never meet him so that she can move on from Harry and live her life, she don't want to get back there and hurt him and herself anymore. She is trying her best to cut herself off completely from Harry's life.

"yes, Miss, Ava, he didn't answer me correctly, he just hang up telling that he wanted to meet you," the lawyer said with a sigh,

"Don't worry about that, just send him the divorce paper, I will take care of everything" She said and hung up the call in nervousness. She doesn't know what is going on in Harry's head but she doesn't want to see him upset, so she took a sigh and whispered to herself "let's just do something and never get in contact with him anymore".

Then she got up from the bed and walks to her parents, who are working on some documents in thier office.

"Mom, dad, can I come in?" As soon as they heard Ava, they stopped all the work and turned thier focus on her, and replies at the same time "yes". Ava smiled and walks inside and asked, looking at both of her parents "I wanna go out for a trip alone, so I can clear my head and come back here".

"alone?" both of them asked again in shock. "Yes, I really wanted to go alone, I am not young anymore, I can take care of myself so don't worry about me".

"I know you are already grown up and can take care of yourself, but still, you are my little princess and we have met you after so long, so we kinda miss you so much," Her father said with a sigh, just thinking about separating from his daughter is hurting him.

"Don't worry about that dad, I will be back here soon and at the same time, I will call you guys daily, I just wanted to be alone and relax, so please understand me" Ava asked again, this time, trying her very best. She really wanted to forget Harry and think about something else, so she is going on a trip.
