It's a Secret

It's a Secret

As the next morning arrived, Vagamound suddenly found himself in a dilemma.

He didn't know what outfit to wear for the date today. Looking at the pile of clothes before him, he was at a loss as to where to start.

This was the first date he would ever have with Belia, and he didn't want to ruin it by wearing something bad.

Knowing he couldn't delay any longer, he walked towards Eason's room and asked for his assistance.

“Tsk, tsk, tsk.” Eason clicked his tongue, shaking his head in disbelief when he heard Vagamound's request. “I thought Sean was the only fashion disaster in this house, but I never knew you would be even worse.”

“I'm aware of that already. Which is why I'm asking you for help?” The young man who was trying to save his date pleaded.

“Alright. You've made the right choice by coming to me.” Eason stood up, walking out of the room. “It's you and Belia's first date, so you will need to wear something with a cooler tone. Come on, follow me, and let's see what style you have in your cloakroom.” As he arrived before Vagamound's room, he pushed the door open and stepped inside.

Vagamound followed, watching as Eason headed towards his wardrobe and began to pick out some shirts.

“Hmm, this looks flashy. Not good.” Eason's eyes moved towards the top section. “This has a cool color tone, but it's too plain to wear for a first date.”

“Oh.” His eyes landed on a beautiful top that caught his eye. He immediately picked it out and threw it at Vagamound. “Hold this. Now, all that is needed is to find a beautiful pair of trousers.”

At the dining table, Sean and the others were busy having their breakfast.

“Ouch.” Sean's cry came out.

“I told you not to pick up the toast yet.” Gia slapped away the misbehaving hand that was about to reach for the hot toast again.

“But I'm so hungry.” Sean pouted his cheeks, not happy at being scolded.

“Here are some fruits on the table. You can munch on them while waiting for it to cool down.”

“These fruits don't taste as good as the ones in the immortal realm. I don't want to eat—” Sean's sentence suddenly stopped midway when he saw the two figures coming down from the stairs.

The others also heard the footsteps and turned their heads around.

“Whoa.” It was Gia who broke the silence first. “Is there a big event that I'm unaware of?”

“How do I look?” Vagamound glanced at the five as he asked.

Gia raised his thumb, giving his compliments. “Handsome.”

“Are you heading somewhere, big brother?” Sean asked.

Before Vagamound could reply to Sean's question, Kris's words came in. “Did you visit a top-tier stylist or what? You look so good.”

“Yeah. I almost couldn't recognize him.” Frand also joins in, nodding his head. “Can you give me the stylist's contact information so that I can contact them whenever I need to go to an event?”

“Ahem.” Eason clears his throat, trying to gain their attention. “Actually, Vagamound didn't visit any stylist. I chose his dress.”

“What? I don't believe that.”

“Yeah, stop trying to make a fool of us. Who here doesn't know that you suck at fashion, second brother? Your lie is too obvious.”

“Seriously, you guys don't believe me?” Eason asked.

“Yeah, we don't buy that,” Frand said with a languid tone.

“Okay, I'm running out of time. I'm going to take my leave now.” Vagamound moved towards the door.

“Where are you going, big brother?” Sean asked again, realizing that Vagamound hadn't answered his first question.

“A date,” Eason answered him.

“Date?”

“Yeah.” Vagamound, who had turned around, nodded. “I will be back soon, everyone.” He waved and walked out of the house.

“Who is he going on a date with?” Sean mumbled to himself.

“I can't believe you guys don't trust me,” Eason said.

“No, we don't.” Four chorus came.

As we walked across the street, I noticed that the passersby's gaze would linger on us.

Mostly, it was the girls. Whenever their gaze fell on Vagamound, their cheeks would flush red like a girl meeting her crush for the first time.

I turned to the young man beside me, who had no idea of the ruckus he was causing.

His gaze fell on me, and a dazzling smile appeared on his lips.

Wow, he's so good-looking.

“Where do you want to go next?” He asked.

“I don't know. Anywhere is fine by me.” I replied, licking the ice cream in my hand.

“Alright. I have a better place in mind.”

“Really. Where?” I looked at him with curiosity.

“It's a secret.” Vagamound poked my nose and continued walking with a smile.
