Jayden's POV
I couldn't stop thinking about Jacy's soul in her and crashed my mouth on her lips.
Her body stiffened against my body in shock as I drew her tighter against my body.
I nibbled on her lower lip as the softness and fullness increased my cravings for her.
I felt her push me hard on my chest, but that still didn't stop me from sucking the hell out of her lips.
She didn't stop pushing. As she pushed my chest, our lips would press really hard against each other, and I'd use the chance to deepen the kiss.
I moved one of my hands to her exposed thigh and caressed it. My lips never unlocked from hers, even with her vigorous resistance.
I pulled her down by her thigh and made her fall on her back in bed.
I hovered over her and stared into her face, while she also stared back at me with glittering eyes as her chest rapidly rose and fell.
I ignored her state and pressed my lips against hers again, not giving her space to breathe.
I made her neck exposed, moved my mouth from her lips, and trailed soft kisses down her cheek to her collarbone.
I could feel her pushing me hard on my chest, trying to make me get off her, but of course that's not going to work.
I trailed my hand to her thigh as I nibbled on her neck and dipped my hand into her dress. My hand found its way to her buttside.
"Please, stop. Let me go."
I suddenly heard her say, followed by a weeping sound as she dropped her hands off my chest.
I immediately got off her and stood on my feet near the bed. I stared down at her as she slowly sat up in fainting cries.
We're both a mess right now. Her hair and clothes look so rough; they were stained with the blood on my clothes.
I stared at her face and found out it's also stained with blood.
I lost control again tonight. I didn't plan to kiss her and would never have thought of that if not for Jacy's soul that's been in her. It must have been her soul in action on the coffee night too. I wonder how I'm going to counter this.
The best thing is to be far away from her, but how is that even possible? She's got my mate's soul in her. It'd always make me think of her, wanting to feel her close. wanting to touch her, wanting to always be possessive of her. I closed my eyes in frustration and opened them again.
At least, I'd try my best to distance myself from her. She's not completely my Jacy; Jacy's is just a part of her. This obviously won't make her my mate, of course.
But, at least, let me start to treat her well, since she houses Jacy's soul and she's also her and Daisy's sister.
I looked at her curled-up little figure on the bed and felt sorry for her.
I sat next to her in bed and placed my head on her hair.
"Be afraid no more, and I'm so sorry for all I and Jacy have made you pass through." I said this to her as I stared into her eyes.
Her face lit up in confusion upon hearing what I just said, and I felt all her fears leave her instantly.
She stared at me widely with her emeralds, trying to figure out the situation.
I noticed this and said, "I ain't crapping; I'm being honest. Daisy would explain to you later. " to her.
I suddenly saw her nod her head, and I didn't know when a smile found its way to my lips. She saw this, and her eyes widened in shock.
I quickly maintained a straight face when I realized I had just smiled at her. She made me smile genuinely after more than 5 centuries. I wonder if this blonde won't be as daring as ever if she continues to stay by my side.
I rose from the bed and scooped her up in my hands, catching her by surprise. I carried her to the bathroom and made her stand beside the Jacuzzi.
I prepared a foamy bath for her in the tub and warmed the water up with my powers.
"Get undressed and take your time." I simply told her and left her to do her things.
I stepped into the room and moved closer to the mirror. I found out my eyes were already normal. It must have gotten back to normal when I got off her body.
I moved to the closet and brought out two black bathing robes. I stripped out of the blood-soaked attire and put on one of the robes, before going to sit on the couch with the other black robe.
I summoned Lauretha, and she appeared through the door in 10 minutes.
"What's it, kid?" She says, smiling broadly at me. She must have known the current status of the blonde since she's a smart witch.
"I need those clothes burned, and also prepare Jacy's chamber which is next to Daisy's for the blonde ." I said to her.
"Yes, my Lord." She said, smiling brightly, and left, using the door.
Daisy came immediately; she was out of sight and paused when she perceived her scent.
She rushed to sit beside me immediately and gave me an 'explanation to me' look.
"I wonder what's on her mind." I thought as I looked at her.
"Why are you here?" I asked, ignoring the look on her face.
"I miss Jimmy." She replied, understanding the fact that she had to answer my question even if she didn't want to.
"You know what? I think you guys should leave this place and go live alone somewhere else in the underworld."
I said, trying to tease her. I just considered them a mate with what I just said, because that's what vampire mates mostly do.
She rolled her eyes in annoyance and stood up.
"Whenever you see him just standing by the door, just take him without my permission. Okay!?"
I said and snapped at her, also annoyed that she's just been flirting with him even when she knows they aren't mated. Well, it's her decision.
She nodded her head and gave a swift smile before setting out to leave. She gave up on knowing why the blonde was in there. She knows she's going to find out from her anyway.
"She's your sister." I said to her before she could reach the door, and she paused and stopped walking.
She slowly turned and vanished to my front.
"What do you mean she's my sister? Jacy was my only sister, and she's also human, so how's she..."
"She's human, and your mom was also mundane." I said, cutting her off.
Her eyes lit up in shock as the truth behind what I just said dawned on her.
"So who's her father? When and how did Mom give birth to her? I'm sure mom wouldn't have given birth to a mundane child if it were to be Dad who knocked her up." She said, rushing her words.
"Lord Xavier's also her father. You guys' parents both left the underworld then, aiming to revive Jacy's soul."
"It's so surprising they were the same people that got killed by Damon 10 years ago in the blonde's memory—your sister's memory."
"Also, the sacrifice they made couldn't revive Jacy's body and soul, so only her soul got revived and housed inside the blonde's body. The blonde's like 2 in 1, she's Jacy and also Tracy."
I finished telling her the whole story behind the blonde's true identity and skipped the part concerning Jacy's death and how Alex is the cause, because I know that's mainly my problem to deal with."
Her eyes teared up as she couldn't control her tears from falling.
It must really hurt to know her parents, who left for more than five centuries, died a decade ago, when she thought they were long dead.
I moved to her and drifted her close to me. She buried her head on my shoulder and wept as I consoled her.
"I saw her suffer and couldn't help her; I feel bad. I'm a bad sister."
I suddenly heard her say, Then it dawned on me that she's feeling sober, not because of her parents but because of the blonde.
"Shhh... You didn't know, okay? And you've always been there for her, even without knowing she's your sibling. You're a good sister who deserves an award." I said simply.
She pulled away from me instantly after hearing the "award" part, while I saw the blonde step out of the bathroom at that same time.
"Must you add "the award" part?" She said, furrowing her brows and started to wipe her tears with her eyes as she sniffled.
"There she is." I said, looking in the direction of the blonde while she turned and vanished immediately.
She wrapped her arms around the blonde's body and hugged her so tight. The blonde stood in a position, while she looked so confused by Daisy's sudden act.
"I'm so sorry. I'm sorry to have been a bad sister."
She said again to the blonde as she sniffled amidst tears. The blonde couldn't stop but looked more confused.
"That's okay, Daisy; let her breathe." I said and vanished to their spot before drawing Daisy away from her. The blonde stared at me, confused.
"She's going to explain everything to you once you get to your new chamber." I said to her, while her eyes lit up at the sound of "the new chamber."
"You can take a shirt from my closet and get dressed in it before stepping out."
I said that and vanished into the bathroom with the other black robe in my hand, leaving both of them alone in the room.
