Chapter 180 Chapter 179
Chapter 180 Chapter 179
Aloria.
We arrive at the manor by late afternoon and are welcomed by the workers in the manor. Kairos ajd Draven have long shifted back to their male forms and are walking at my side, keeping their steps uniform as we climb up the stairs.
Both alphas acknowledge their greeting with a nod, entering into the grand halls. I follow in as well, allowing my gaze to. wander around, feeling my heart race in my chest. It's still the same way as we left it, but for some reason, it looks so much different to me.
"We're back home." Draven says as he looks at me.
"Home sweet home." I mutter back, smiling at him.
"Come... " Draven says, reaching for my hands as he interlaces them with his. "Let's show you our new chambers." He says and my eyes widen with surprise.
We have a new chambers?!
We walk up the stairs, down a large hallway to the very end where a grand oak double door is situated. Draven moves forward, opening the door and ushers us into the room.
A soft gasp escapes my lips as I look around the room, completely filled with awe. It's been completely remodeled to make room for me and some of my favorite things to have in my private chambers have been woven in. And that's include a grand full length mirror, as well as a dressing room.
"Wow.. It's beautiful." I murmur, walking around the room before returning back to Draven.
"I know. We added a little something of you into the room." Kairos says, his voice a deep, gravely growl. I beam at him, feeling my heart race.
"It's splendid. I love it." I mutter, smiling at both of them.
For a while, they both just stare at me, their gazes indecipherable. Just when I'm about to ask what's wrong, both of them close the distance, pressing a kiss to each side of my temples before pulling back.
"Get settled in." Draven groans. "We have work to catch up on. We'll see you at dinner, alright?"
I nod. "Okay"
With a final, lingering look on me, they both turn around and exit the room, leaving me alone. I watch them go, waiting for the door to close behind them before letting out a squeal, jumping around in the room.
Oh... I'm so in love with them.

Evening rolls by and I prepare for my dinner with my alphas. Sitting in front of the vanity, I take my time brushing out my hair until it shines before arranging it into a neat braid, letting it drape over my shoulders.
As I finish with preparations, my mind wanders. I remember the time the alphas used to follow me around like moth to a flame, always wanting to be where I'm at.
If someone had told me then, I would be bonded with them I would have laughed their hears off. Now, look at me.
Not only am I bonded, but I'm also loved and cherished by them. Despite our past, despite who I am and with what we've been through. Such sweet irony.
A small smile grows on my lips.
I finish with the preparation and rise to my feet. For a while, I just stare at my reflection in the mirror, noting the bite marks below my neck and then out the window. A small contended smile hits my lipa.
This... This is what it all comes down to and I would not have it any other way.
The fire in the hearth crackles one last time before settling into a warm, steady glow, casting long shadows across our new chambers, filling the room with warmth and light.
I let out a breath and leave the room, heading straight to the dining area, my steps soundless and steady, walking with the quiet, fierce certainty that for the first time in my life, I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.
THE END.
