How he knew about Berry that very night, I couldn't just place.

I thought I had covered my tracks. My eyes darted towards Duder, wanted to know if he was the one who told the Boss.

But he wasn't. I mean, he wouldn't.

My mind skipped.

But what was shocking still was how the officers just pulled off their clothes right in front of me and joined the Mafia.

It was like a joke but a crazy powerful one.

That was Roberto's signature, one of many..showing how powerful he is to make things happen.

A trait I so much envy about him.

I went back in to get the Mafia black wears for the officers. Berry was stark naked and drunk already.

Clearly, she had followed through with my instructions and was earnestly waiting for my return…for a hot fuck.

Sadly, I was one to disappoint. 

“Oh, baby, you are back,” she said in her drunken state.

“Erm…Berry…I'm really sorry but you have to leave here tonight. Its not safe anymore…” I uttered.

“Hahaha..Marcus baby, I don't like it when you joke like that…quit doing g that and come to rhe bed already,” she uttered.

I knew she was weak and vulnerable at that moment. She had drank to stupor and just needed my cock for a relief. 

Lord knows I had plans to do that but Roberto had just gave out an order. I couldn't get rid of her like he suggested.

The better option was to pay her off but I couldn't just even do that, looking at her in that state that she was.

I sat on the bed and let out a heavy sigh.

She came by and rubbed her hands on my chest..”Berry, you need to leave. I'm gonna go out now..when I get back, I am taking you out..” I said.

“But for what? I though we had…” she said slowly and fell to the bed back, rolling her hands in the air.

“I know whe had a deal and all but that deal is off..and its for your safety.  I will drop you off at the club..you should find your way from there or something,” I said in a ruthless manner.

That same minute, I got up and packed the clothes out for the men..

On getting back, I couldn't find Berry inside the room.

“The fuck did she crawl to??”

I searched the entire room but she was nowhere to be found. 

I stormed back out in search of her.

“Hey, Duder…did you see her…?” I voice out as I saw him.

“Who are you talking about, Captain? Oh fuck…your girl? I thought she is in there with you still.”

Fuck….

I couldn't concentrate. I ran off, looking for her in the whole compound but still couldn't find her.

My mind became unsettled. The last thing she should be doing is roaming around Roberto's mansion.

Its the highest order of a flying bullshit. Roberto would butcher me to death if he sets his eyes on her.

I searched everywhere but couldn't find her….all of a sudden, I heard the sound of her voice from inside the main house.

My heart almost jumped out of my chest out of fear.

I oepend the door slightly onky to see her, sitting on Roberto's laps, still but naked.

“Oh there you are, Marcus, my boy, come in,” Roberto uttered.

I knew I was done for. If only Berry knows what she had just done.

“What the heck are you doing here? I told you to wait in there for me so I could drop you off…”

“C'mon, you don't have to shout on the poor girl…I'm clearly aware of everything already. You see, Berry here, was just telling me everything you both have been having…and the plans you have for her..”

“Boss, she is just drunk. You can't listen to all that. She has no idea what she is talking about. She is just a bitch from the club downtown,” I said in a defensive tone.

“Oh yeah, she does look like one but she is clean, you know and somewhat innocent. Her voice is really nice so I see why you went for her particularly…” 

“I've always wondered why you never went for the girls from our own club….I never knew you had her already..so its all clear now!” He blurted out.

I couldn't tell if he was angered or not but I just knew rhe end of it wouldn't be nice.

“Berry, go meet your guy. He is gonna take you home and relieve you of everything that has happened today, alright?” He said as he pushed her to me.

“Take her home and make her sleep peacefully. Not everyone deserves to see the sun. She is the damsel of the night so let it end tonight,” he spoke in codes.

I became bittered. Berry wouldn't understand. She just kept smiling and whining around in her drunken state.

She kept touching me whilst I stood there, digesting the words of Roberto.

His words were code words for kill. She was never to see the next day. Else I would pay dearly for it.

It was either I end her or I get my own end. 

It was a Mafia code…strict to the core and I was obliged to follow through.

No questions asked. I sighed and walked out with her.

Her arms were around mine and I took her to the car.

I was quiet allthrough the journey whilst she muttered about how hard she wanted a fuck.

“You really need to shut it, Berry. You are making things worse for yourself..”

“Pfff…not like you haven't done that already,” I added.

“What are you saying, Marcus? Can't you see even the man inside wanted us to gave a good time together?” She said.

“Stupid you…that man inside is my Boss…that is Roberto DeLuca, the Mafia King…the same person I told you to fear more than you fear anything else..”

“Oh….that was him?”

“But he wasn't scary. He spoke to me nicely so younare the one lying, baby. You don't have to worry. I think he likes me. He told me I sound lovely,” she spoke carelessly.

I bang my hand on my forehead…” You really don't get it..” 

If only she knew what that short conversation had caused her!

“Ooooh…we are at your place now,” I said as I drove her to a dark alley not close by.

She looked around…”Marcus, this is not…”

I covered her noth with my gloved hands and with a shut eye, I snapped her neck.

“I'm sorry but I can't let you see the next day, Berry.”
