EPILOGUE

After two weeks in the cabin, we made it home and spent another week in our house, practically naked.

Slipping into each other's bodies again and again.

Until I woke up to a startling realization, I want this to keep happening forever.

The UN meeting finished quicker than I expected. It's been months of meetings prior to this major one with stakeholders in different parts of the world.

I'd gotten my joy back, my emotions were stronger than before and my Rowan was fully himself now.

I refuse to lose that again for any damn reason so I stopped playing small, I stopped trying to subtly influence world decisions.

Now I gave them a choice, get your shit together and take care of the earth or I pull the ground of your feet.

Literally.

It took a few displays and burying a lot of nuclear weapons before they took me seriously.

But they do now, so I spent the morning giving everyone rules to live by.

No more wars, no more punishing the poor just for the small percentage to fly spaceships, no more hurting women just because men don't know how to deal with their own weaknesses..

And I laid out the punishments.

Who would believe the demoness would be this careful and gentle, taking her for therapy, bathing her, gently bringing her back from the brink of insanity.

It's Ixion and David I'm worried about.

With Hade's ex wife in his life now, there's been a lot of issues between them.

But he has to keep her with him, until I get reports from Mother confirming Hades' death.

I doubt that'll be happening anytime soon.

In fact, our vacation will be happening in his hidden pocket, that way everyone is included.

Including Ayo.

We've had that disturbing conversation, about his betrayal and I have kind of forgiven him.

His punishment will be quite peculiar.

All I know is, I'm happy now.

It's strange to think of how things started and crazier where it ended.

But as I put my fingers into Rowan's outstretched ones, I realized I'm right where I'm meant to be.
