Part One Hundred and Fifteen

Part One Hundred and Fifteen
The men were all gathered in the study with the women in the kitchen helping Rafaella. He wasn’t worried about security at his house and the atmosphere was riddled with tension. Lev and Agron hadn’t officially met or signed the alliance agreement and Dominic wanted that set right before he was arrested.
“Anya looks happy,” Lev remarked and Gage only smirked.
“Did you think she wouldn’t be?”
Lev grinned and shook his head. “It’s nice to see her smile again.”
“We can get to the pleasantries later. I’ll most probably be arrested tomorrow on suspicion of murder,” Dominic said and watched everyone in the room. He knew Gage was doing the same thing and trying to pick up on any hint of deceit.
“Will it stick?” Lev asked.
“No. I was careful,” Dominic said with a grin. “We do have other matters that need to be put to rest, like the alliance agreement between you two.” Dominic looked at Lev and then at Agron.
“I have no objections,” Agron said and glanced over at Lev.
“Neither do I,” Lev said.
“Good, the other matter is that I have a name. This man killed my brother and that means that he cannot be allowed to live his life. He touched a Vittori and that will not go unpunished,” Dominic said.
“How can I help?” Lev asked, already knowing that he would help Dominic with anything he ever asked. He’d never take the chance of losing Hunter or her respect.
“I need every contact out on this. All I have is a name and I want much more than that,” Dominic said. They all had access to men with certain skills and Dominic would need them all. He’d go to any lengths to exact revenge for Eris’ murder and he wouldn’t stop until he had that man in his sights.
“If he’s in the city, he won’t be able to hide,” Agron said.
“Give us a name and I will have everyone on it,” Lev said and nodded his head in agreement.
“Timo.”
Dominic watched Lev's jaw clench and he noticed the way that recognition flashed in Agron’s eyes. They knew who Timo was and that was a good thing. Dominic wanted Timo dealt with and soon. He had no patience for this type of revenge.
Lev’s hands were clenched into tight fists and he swore under his breath. “Timo Rustanov was part of the Bratva that I expelled from the city. He has since gone into hiding and I’ve been looking for him for five years.”
“Agron,” Dominic said. The man was agitated.
“How did you come upon the name Timo? Who is your source that he killed Eris?”
Lev was on his feet instantly. “If you know something you better start talking, Albanian! Timo is what nightmares are made of. He was the man that took Anya from me and delivered her to Victor Rubiscos!”
Nobody saw Gage move and when they realized he had, it was too late. He had his hand around Agron’s throat and his 9mm pressed against his skull. “I don’t care if my sister loves you, you will fucking talk.”
“Gage!”
“No, Dominic. Anya is mine and I will spill blood for her. I will inflict pain for her and nobody will be exempt from my wrath.”
“Let go of his throat so he can talk. Fuck, Gage,” Dominic said.
Gage withdrew his 9mm slowly and let go of Agron’s throat. Agron coughed and his hand went to his throat. Gage saw something in Lev’s eyes and the emotion stayed there for many seconds. “You love her.”
“I love her,” Gage confirmed.
“Timo Rustanov was my contact inside the Bratva. He presented the opportunity of the drug trade in the city and I took it. It was a chance to establish my family and I fucking took it,” Agron said as he looked Gage in the eye. “He makes contact for his cut once a month, other than that, I have no dealings with the man and certainly not any that involve kidnapping little girls!”
“When do you meet with him again?” Gage asked him as he put his 9mm away in a holster under his jacket.
“Two weeks,” Agron said.
“I want those details because that will be the last night that Timo blinks his eyes,” Gage said.
“No, Gage. I want him taken alive. I have questions that need to be answered,” Lev said and his gaze burned into Gage.
“Fine, but he dies once you have your answers,” Gage said and crossed his arms over his chest.
“I was introduced to Timo by Rocco,” Agron said and they all turned to look at him.
“It all fucking leads back to Rocco,” Dominic said and emptied his glass.
“Then let's kill them all,” Faro said, having remained quiet the entire time. He couldn’t really look Agron in the eye and he knew at some point Sihana would tell him about her pregnancy.
“We start with Timo,” Dominic said and gritted his teeth.
“Agreed,” Lev said and sat back down on his seat.
“This is the second time you’ve had a gun aimed at my head, Gage. There will not be a third time, do you understand me?” Agron glared at Gage and the two men stared at each other.
“As long as you understand that there is nothing off limits for me when it comes to my wife,” Gage said.
“And on that note, Sihana and I will be rushing an actual wedding,” Faro said and Gage glanced at him briefly, but his expression betrayed nothing.
“She’s pregnant already?” Agron asked.
Faro could only nod his head and Lev turned to Gage. “Have you made your claim?”
“The first night, Lev, and then I killed Alejandro Esposito for her.”
“What about the toothless federal agent they found three days ago, floating in the Montaque River?”
Dominic smirked and turned to look at Hudson. “Fuck, thinking back to that night really gives me goosebumps,” Hudson said and he smiled dreamily.
