Chapter 245: Is Tiberius an Ordinary and Confident Man?
Franklin deliberately put Catherine in an impossible situation.
Many guests attending the opening ceremony were business partners of the Windsor family. With Franklin putting it this way, if the Windsor family didn't let Catherine go on stage, it would be admitting they raised an ill-mannered child.
