Chapter 22 It Was Your Reward

"Julissa!? Aren't you the maid in the villa?"

Julissa switched to a docile maid in an instant.

"Yes, Mrs. Moran!"

"Then, D said that you are the new secretary hired by the Lloyd Group?"

The reason why the Moran Group could attach itself to the Lloyd Group was not only because of its family's status, but also because Mr. and Mrs. Moran were both business tycoons. They were more perceptive than Anna.

"Does Mrs. Lloyd know?"

Mrs. Moran had a vicious look in her eyes. From the moment Julissa appeared, she had an indescribable sense of unease.

"Madam, I'm sorry. There are rules in the villa. If you want to know, please ask Mrs. Lloyd!" Although Mr. Lloyd had many rules, they were not bad.

Mrs. Moran widened her eyes. If Anna could tell the truth, why would she lower herself to ask her here?

Anna and the servants in the villa were useless.

Mrs. Moran strode away.

Julissa smiled slightly. They were totally same that asked the maid to pave the way for her!

After entering the bathroom, Julissa entered the second compartment. She quickly took out the pen and paper that she had taken from the waiter and drew a USB flash drive of Mr. Lloyd.

Julissa had observed carefully.

It was a custom-made USB flash drive with a sun symbol on it. It should be a producer's mark. It was not difficult to find it with her father's resources. As long as she could get the same as the one, she would replace it and start a thorough investigation while he was resting or taking a shower. It would be good if she could succeed, and she was not afraid of failure.

She had a perfect plan!

Five minutes later, Julissa finished it as fast as she could. Or Mr. Lloyd would be suspicious.

Hiding the napkin in the crack of the hidden button, Julissa washed her hands and went out of the bathroom.

Edwin saw her coming out and said, "Let's go back."

Julissa was slightly stunned. Mr. Lloyd was no longer at the banquet. Presumably, all the tests had been conducted.

Julissa did not stay any longer.

She nodded and followed Edwin, thinking that they had returned to the 58th floor. Unexpectedly, they went straight to the parking area for Mr. Lloyd.

"Edwin..." As the question came up, Mr. Lloyd was in a black Bugatti.

The moment the car door opened; Edwin stepped out respectfully. Julissa was called into the car by the man.

Julissa lifted the hem of her dress and got in the car. She was supposed to sit in the front row, but Mr. Lloyd opened the back row for her. It was the first time that she had been so close to him except for the villa.

"Mr. Lloyd..." Julissa knew that she shouldn't say it, but she still said, "Should we go back to the villa to clean up the clothes, bags, shoes, and jewelry before handing them over to Edwin?"

She didn't dare to accept them. Thirty million dollars was more expensive than a task!

The man who was leaning against the seat slowly raised his eyes. "No need. It's your reward."

Julissa was stunned. "Reward me?"

Mr. Lloyd rarely saw the maid stunned, so he asked in surprise, "Is there a problem?!"

Julissa was fine, but she was a little flattered.
