Chapter 31 Caught Her

Chapter 31 Caught Her
Sarah
"Anthony, let me go first, okay?" I sighed softly and reached out to sprinkle snow on him.
His frozen face rested against my warm neck, and the young man's voice was hoarse: "Are you alright?”
She nodded.
Finally, letting go of me, he sat down on the bench in his light school uniform. Looking up, he clenched his fists and held back his emotions: "When did you and my elder brother meet?"
Unexpected question, I sat next to him and told the truth: "At my house." I hid fucking stormy night.
"So, before you became a teacher, you already knew him?"
I nodded.
He watched the white snowflakes fall into the calm lake and disappear. "Why did you stay with us?"
As he knows, his elder brother isn't the type who keeps a girl at home. Besides, Kate still lives in his heart.
"I've a contract with him, I need money..." I had no intention of hiding it from him.
The hand hanging at his side suddenly tightened, Tony's breathing became labored for a moment, and his eyes turned red. "Why did you go to bed?"
My face flushed slightly, but I still said, "It was just a mistake. He was drunk and in the wrong room, and I was drunk too."
The day was too cold. For a moment, my cheeks turned blue from the cold, and my hands froze and went numb.
Watching my movements, he took a deep breath, suppressed his anxiety and pain, removed his gloves, took her hand, and slowly put them on.
I slowly became surprised and wanted to take it away, but I couldn't. He grabbed him tightly.
At the dismissal time, Shawn lazily leaned against the tree pole and watched our actions. His black eyes were as heavy as the night.
At the same time, the content of our conversation reached them wordlessly. Shawn's gaze fell on both hands, and his lips pressed into a thin, mocking line.
Some things, gradually becoming clear and surfacing in my heart, could not be ignored.
"Did my elder brother propose to you?" Tony asked, putting on the gloves.
"No."
"Why?"
"He didn't say he is going to engage with my step sister." I felt his hands so warm, his body so slender. He relaxed and looked at her intently. "Why did you promise?"
"If you want money, then you agree." His forced gaze made me slightly panic.
"You don't love my elder brother, do you?" His face instantly brightened, and his heart, darkened all day, suddenly opened.
My answer was vague as I considered it: "No one can clearly express their feelings, neither now nor in the future. You just can't do that anymore. I'm your teacher."
I thought he was just a rebel in high school. I felt a little hesitant and confused because of the teacher, but I didn't want him to get into serious trouble.
I was being frivolous and careless about this matter.
"What if you are my teacher?" the boy disagreed.
"Tony, I'm older than you..."
"It's not as they say. A woman is the younger one holding the BRIC, and being older is just right."
I exhaled breath and wished it would break this year; "Tony, according to your family's rules, you don't need to hold gold bars at all. Besides."
Without a word, the boy merely smiled, hugged me again, and his lips fell on my forehead.
I was as stunned as a statue. Just as I was about to speak, he released me and turned to the tree; "Brother, come out..."
Suddenly, he realized we weren't alone, so he asked deliberately. Remembering me just replied, I felt a little embarrassed and felt my face burn.
Shawn approached, stroking the falling snowflakes over his body. His dark cashmere coat was still stained with snowflakes. But that didn't stop him from looking mature and handsome.
However, when his gaze shifted from me, he felt a chill mixed with the swaying waves of darkness.
Then Tony said something to his elder brother in private.
So I evaded answering.

This time, when I entered the Club, no one stopped me. Upon entering, I began searching each floor for the task I needed.
I wore a form-fitting dress. Although the neckline wasn't deep, the curve of my breasts was particularly beautiful.
From such close quarters, blocking my path, the hand that should have been hastily withdrawn paused for a moment.
If I insisted on entering, a physical conflict would inevitably follow as he obediently stopped me...
I particularly disliked being touched. When the bodyguard touched my hand, I instinctively wanted to pull away. Suddenly, he grabbed my arm. Would I really be detained and interrogated for attempted trespassing?
"Mr. Romano!" Suddenly, the bodyguard spoke with alarm.
As he spoke, my wrist was firmly grabbed and yanked sharply toward him. Shawn's face was the color of steel; he saw everything clearly.
The bodyguard was in such a bad way that he was seeking death himself. Why didn't this woman resist? Did she just let someone touch her so easily?
"This woman was trying to sneak in," the bodyguard hastily explained.
I desperately wanted to talk to the bodyguard about life. I could say I was in the wrong room. Why would he tell me the truth?
It was as if the air pressure had suddenly dropped. I raised my head, met Shawn's icy gaze, and shuddered.
His eyes and brows furrowed, and after a glance at me, he darted toward the bodyguard, who immediately broke out in a cold sweat.
"Get lost!" Shawn muttered hoarsely, pressing his lips together.
"Sir, I'll throw her out immediately."
"Sorry, I'll leave right now..."
Both voices rang out almost simultaneously.
"I told you, get lost!" Shawn grabbed me, grimly reprimanding the bodyguard.
That short, powerful sound made my chest shake. The rage seemed to radiate through my thin shirt, and I didn't dare take even half a step.
The bodyguard trembled: "I need to stay here to protect guests..."
"From now on, I fire you. Leave immediately," Shawn ordered.
Only then did the bodyguard hurriedly out, not daring to raise his head.
The door to the room opened, but Shawn's grip still hadn't loosened. I staggered after him, and several pairs of eyes immediately stared at me.
"Shawn, can you let me go first..."
Before my voice faded, he had already released my hand, his face still cold, and without looking back, he headed for the sofa.
I stood by the door, confused, torn between wanting to stay and wanting to leave. If I left now, thoughts of my mission prevented me from doing so!
If I stayed, he would simply leave me here, and I would obligingly caress his cold backside with my warm face.
"Here she comes," A man spoke first, smiling at me and pointing to the seat next to Shawn. "Isn't that Sarah White? Come here, sit; it's been a while."
The recluse thought: if this fucking asshole billionaire didn't speak up to help, I might just turn around and leave!
