In the grand hall of The Cloud Grand Restaurant, Jayden said to Ethan, "Young Master, the banquet won't start for another half hour. You can go to your private lounge to relax. The Thai Spa here is quite authentic."
Ethan replied, "No need. You go ahead with your work; I'd like to be alone for a while."
"Yes!" Jayden Wilson nodded and said, "Then I'll go greet a few important guests first. Call me if you need anything, Young Master!"
"Alright." Ethan nodded.
Watching Jayden Wilson leave with the guests, Ethan sighed helplessly.
The world chased after unparalleled wealth and the attention of the masses.
Little did they know, Ethan had no interest in money. Instead, the time he spent with Sharon Thomas during the three years he was married into the Wilson Family was an indelible memory in his life.
Unfortunately, those days were gone.
"Mr. Wilson, you were quite impressive just now."
At that moment, a sexy and charming figure approached him.
Ella Davis looked up at Ethan with eyes full of admiration and desire.
She had just witnessed the entire process of Ethan teaching a middle-aged man a lesson downstairs in the hotel.
A rich man driving a Porsche was beaten up by him and didn't dare to let out a peep!
Was this the world of top-tier billionaires?
Ella Davis's face flushed with excitement. If she could marry Ethan, she could become the wife of a top-tier billionaire!
However, Ethan seemed not to hear her at all, walking straight to the floor-to-ceiling window, his gaze melancholic.
Undeterred by Ethan's disregard, Ella Davis had dressed meticulously for the evening's banquet.
Her black and gold evening gown was noble and elegant, her exposed shoulders pale and tempting, her sexy and enchanting figure paired with a perfect and delicate face. She was confident she would be the brightest star at tonight's banquet.
Ella tugged at her black and gold evening gown, pulling the neckline down slightly to reveal her fair and tender chest. Her fingers casually brushed her hair behind her ear.
Then, she slowly walked behind Ethan and made a bold move.
She hugged Ethan from behind!
If not for the fact that the hall's corner was sparsely populated, this scene would have caused a sensation!
Ella pressed her body close to Ethan's and whispered into his ear with deep emotion, "Mr. Wilson, Sharon may not care about you, but I do! I'm ready to become your wife at any time, I can make love to you, give you oral sex... I can do anything you want!"
If these words were to spread, they would surely drive countless men wild!
Ella Davis, the goddess from the television screens, was actually offering herself so humbly to a man!
Yet Ethan rejected her, "Ella, I don't like you. Stop bothering me!"
Ethan did not like to mess around with relationships. Even though he was divorced, he did not want to sleep around casually.
After saying this, Ethan left.
Watching Ethan's retreating back, Ella Davis's face turned red with embarrassment, wishing she could find a hole to crawl into.
Ella couldn't understand why Ethan didn't like her.
Could it be that Ethan still had feelings for Sharon?
Ethan arrived at the entrance of the banquet hall, intending to find Jayden Wilson.
Just then, a familiar figure emerged from the restroom nearby.
It was Sharon!
"Ethan, what are you doing here?" Sharon exclaimed in surprise.
She had not expected to see Ethan here!
Sharon speculated that Ethan must have followed her secretly!
Ethan was clinging to her!
Ethan wanted to remarry her!
Sharon scolded Ethan, "This high-end event is not for poor people like you. Leave before the security notices you!"
Ethan retorted, "If you can be here, why can't I?"
Sharon angrily said, "Ethan, I don't want to argue with you! Today's banquet is very important to me. If you continue to bother me and try to ruin my plans, I will hate you forever!"
Ethan was angry. Sharon actually regarded him as a despicable person!
Ethan asked Sharon, "After three years of marriage, is this really what you think of me?"
Sharon replied, "Yes, you are exactly that kind of person! Even if you put on a suit, you still reek of poverty!"
"Don't bother me anymore! I want you to stay far away from me, never to appear in my world again!"
Sharon Thomas's words were like a sharp sword, mercilessly stabbing into Ethan's chest.
However, at that moment, Ella Davis approached.
Although Ethan had just rejected Ella, this did not discourage her. She decided to continue pursuing Ethan!
Ella said to Sharon, "Cousin, how can you slander Ethan like that! You have no idea how outstanding a man Ethan is!"
Then, to the shock of many, Ella slowly took Ethan's arm.
Ella looked at Ethan with deep affection, "Darling, don't stoop to Sharon's level. In my heart, you will always be the best!"
With these words, the crowd in the hall was instantly abuzz.
"Ella is a movie star! She's actually embracing a man?"
"Big news, Ella Davis has a boyfriend!"
"Who is this guy that Ella Davis is chasing after?"
"I know him, his name is Ethan, the son-in-law of the Thomas Family!"
The crowd buzzed with conversation.
Seeing this scene, Sharon Thomas's face turned very ugly.
Ella had embarrassed her in front of everyone again!
Sharon couldn't understand why Ella liked Ethan, that loser.
Not wanting to become the center of attention, Sharon glared fiercely at Ethan and Ella before storming off angrily.
After Sharon left, Ethan shook off Ella's hand.
"Don't do that again!" Ethan warned Ella.
