A sigh escaped my lips as I finished telling her about Luciano and his phone call with an unknown woman last night. Aurora looked at me and held my hand in hers as if trying to console me but before she could say anything, she frowned.
“ what was her name again? “
I felt my heart clench as I remembered the name he called the girl.
“ Elena “
She thought something for a moment before her eyes met mine.
“ I don’t think it’s true “
I looked up at her and a sudden feeling of hope rushed through my whole body making me sit up quickly wanting to know what was cooking in her mind.
“ what makes you think that? “
“ oh babe. As far as I know, no female works with him in his office nor has he ever had any scandal. He was never ever seen with a girl nor he talked about something with the family and suddenly, he’s going out on dates “
I shook my head. Her explanation didn’t help. Maybe he had been in a relationship with someone and wanted it to be a secret. Before I could open my mouth, she cut me off.
“ and if he had been in a secret relationship with someone, he would not have done things with you even in his imagination “
My cheeks flushed as she mentioned the things he did with me. How did she know? Well- I told her when we both were sharing our very deep secrets with each other.
Now the explanation made me relieved. Luciano was loyal. To his work,to his family and if he were to be in a relationship, he’d be so damn loyal.
My heartbeat quickened as tears collected in my eyes. I still had. A chance.
“ what you need to do is make him understand that you love him. You need to make him understand that nothing was wrong with you both being together “
“ w-what if he don’t love me back- “
Aurora looked at me with painful eyes. It was as if she was aware of that feeling but squeezed my hand to give me courage.
“ if he never loved you, he would not have had done those things but still, first we need to know his true feelings “
I nodded my head at aurora’s words completely agreeing. If it was true that Luciano did not love me as a woman, I’d leave him without a second thought but if he was keeping distance just because of family and stuff, I would make sure he quits thinking about those.
“ how? How will we find out his true feelings? “
I asked, desperately. I needed to know quickly because I did not want to be away from him.
Aurora smiled evilly and I knew something big was cooking in her mind.
“ baby. You need to rest. So relax. We will talk in the morning “

I looked at myself in the mirror and blinked my eyes to make sure it was me, my reflection. I was dressed up in a lavender short skirt which hugged my curves tightly and so good with a matching off shoulder crop top.
“ you look so hot “
I pushed my hairs back behind and a slight smile appeared on my face thinking what would be Luciano’s reaction.
“ he’ll lose some real shit “
I turned around and looked at aurora who was dressed up in a light pastel green dress which reached her thighs.
“ what are we doing? “
I asked knowing this all preparation was …… for the plan. She gave me a wink and linked my arm with her before whispering.
“ daddy Luciano would be waiting so lets not keep him waiting “
“ aurora! “
She giggled loudly before running out of the room as I gave one last glance to myself before walking out.
I walked downstairs where aurora was already standing waiting for me. My eyes first met Isabella aunt and she gave me a teasing reaction making me smile shyly and soon, everyone’s eyes were on us.
“ are my beauties going ?”
I heard Leonardo uncle’s voice and he walked over before standing next to me. I looked up at him and smiled as he smiled back before pulling me in a hug making me giggle.
“ me and Adeline are going out “
“ reason? “
The sternness voice in his voice sent chills down my spine and before I could even turn to look at him, aurora held my hand and smiled, showing off her acting skills.
“ uncle, we’re going out “
“ with whom? “
He was always straightforward and aurora gave a look to her mother making me a bit confused.
“ Luciano. I gave them permission “
Isabella smiled making me nudge aurora slightly but she ignored me and smiled at her mother.
“ then we will be leaving “
Aurora grabbed my hand and started pulling me out of the house. I looked at her and finally asked.
“ what are you thinking- “
“ stop “
“ tease him “
Aurora whispered to me and she slowly turned around and I followed her. I turned to look and raised my gaze to gulp the lump formed in my throat. The way he looked made me clench my thighs as he walked closer than ever.
“ go sit aurora “
He ordered aurora to whom rushed out of there before giving me a slow couraging pat on my ass and I noticed Luciano’s gaze right where aurora touched and I finally decided to do what I knew I had to.
“ what happened- “
“ did I give you permission to go ? “
My heart suddenly stopped at his words.
“ but Isabella aunt- “
“ aurora is my sister’s daughter. She asked her mother. You did not ask yours “
I clenched my fists. He was well aware of my relationship with that woman but he still brung it up. I looked at Luciano and for a second, I forgot if he was the man I was in love with.
“ Isabella aunt is also like my mother “
“ she is not blood related to you “
“ you’re not either “
He stopped for a second finally understanding what I meant and I noticed his jaw clenching. He stepped closer as If holding back his…… anger but something inside me burned and I knew he would not hurt me.
I, hesitantly but finally stepped forward and our chests were inches away from touching. I looked up and he looked down at my eyes as we both stood so close.
“ you are not my dad to order me around but you can be my … daddy “
