While carrying the medicine box and towel that had been soaked in water, Savannah took a step towards the sofa chair where Duke could be seen was closing his eyes and leaning against it. After the incident which Savannah still doesn't know what the underlying reason is the fight happened, the woman decided to treat the wound Duke had first rather than asking the reason. After seating herself right beside Duke who made the man automatically opened his eyes, Savannah instantly prepared everything that would later be used to treat the wounds on the man's face.

“Did I mention that you look so amazing today?”

"Stop it, okay. It should be moaning in pain because of the wound you have this, instead of praising me like that.” Reply Savannah while starting to gently wipe the blood that was on the corner of Duke's lips.

“I compliment you because I did see you who you are today mesmerizing. Thank you for wanting to present the best for our wedding today."

“I've appeared perfect like this, but you're just like a battered this."

"I shouldn't have seen you before we can both be on the altar?”

"Indeed, with you who are like this, want to treat your wounds alone?"

Savannah gave a small nod because she just wanted appreciation the effort that Duke was doing, along with her which only focuses on treating all the wounds on the man's face until making things feel awkward between the two of them. Until After a few moments of silence, the sound of the door opening where they were, immediately made both of them by reflex turned his head to the source of the sound. And apparently there was the figure of Jamie who came into the room.

"How is your condition?" Jamie asked the child while walked over to the sofa where Duke and Savannah were is at.

"Just needs some treatment from Savannah, Dad." Reply Duke who made Savannah reflexively gave her a small smack on the arm to make the two men thered immediately chuckled at each other.

"Duke's type when he is spoil,". “There is something that happened to make you become like this?"

"Dad ..., can I ask you one thing?" Savannah interjected against Jamie.

“What is it, Savannah? Just say it."

“Could the matter involving Duke, there's no need to be extended? That is, you don't need to take it into the police, let to do revenge by hiring people to did the same as he did to Duke. And, Duke. I also ask you to do the same as what I asked to Dad.”

"Why did Dad and I have to do what you asked?" Ask Duke who is now throwing the question to the woman.

"You see that one of Dad's children? He cares so much about you and understanding with the current situation which is very unlikely to I can still continue this marriage," Jamie replied as he stepped out his feet towards an empty sofa chair and sat himself on there.

"I don't care. All I care about is that today I can marry you, no matter what my current state is.” Savannah let out a heavy breath slowly looking how stubborn that man is. Feeling very stubborn by Duke, making Savannah think there was no way to be able to persuade the man who is no longer negotiable.

“Okay. If you still insist that you want to do the wedding today, then we can at least postpone it until later tonight, okay? Apart from events this morning that has already been postponed, you also need time to rest, at least the next few hours. So, we agreed to postpone tonight?"

There was no response from Duke, making Savannah start to switch to Jamie to ask him opinion as well.

"Is that true?" Asked Savannah when back there were only two of them in the room.

"Sounds really sweet."

"Of course."

"Okay. I want to get some clothes for you first.”

“I can get someone else to pick it up. You just stay here and accompany me."

“The groom may not see the bride before the two met at the altar, you remember?”

With a chuckle, Savannah got up from her seat and went straight stepped out of the room and left Duke behind there.

The two rings that have been attached to each ring finger, made the two humans who were on the altar directly welcomed the boisterous sound of applause from the invited guests for a kiss which is being done after the official marriage. After had an unpleasant incident this morning that almost came thwart the wedding ceremony, in the end tonight thing what had been a dream for Duke had actually become real. The wedding that had taken place that night had officially made the two people husband and wife. Until the end of the kiss that was also direct made a big smile appear on Duke's lips, and made that proof he was really very happy for his dream wedding which just happened. And Savannah who wants to appreciate the picture the man's happiness also brought out a smile on her lips.

"I can't describe how much I'm feeling right now," Duke said as he pulled Savannah's waist deeper his embrace.

Hearing the confession that sounded so sincere come out of the man's mouth, making Savannah actually feel so guilty because in fact she could not reply feel the happiness that Duke felt it too.

Not wanting to destroy the happiness that Duke is currently feeling, Savannah wanted to show the man in front of her even more and also the people who were witnesses at the wedding with pretended that she really loved Duke and also feel just as happy about the marriage as she feels by that man too.
