Chapter 108 Chapter One Hundred and Eight
Reece laughs harder. "Yep that was the goal."
Ryder shakes his head. "Ass holes. You are both ass holes." This time I laugh, at least it wasn't just me who got scared this time.
I look over at Logan and burst out laughing. "Why are you laughing?" He asks
"Because you about jumped off the damn couch."
We all laugh, even Logan. He elbows my side playfully and I laugh harder. "You don't have any room to talk you screamed so loud you almost busted my eardrum."
I laugh even harder. "We already knew I was going to get scared. I didn't know you and Ryder were going to get scared though."
Reece and Raikin laugh again. "That was hilarious. You guys have to admit it was pretty damn funny." Reece says.
Logan and Ryder laugh. "Yeah, I guess it was pretty funny." Logan says.
We all turn our attention back to the movie. Ryder tries to get back at his brothers a few times, but it doesn't work. He successfully scares me a couple of more times, but Reece and Raikin are apparently not scared very easily. By the end of the movie, I am both happy and terrified. Happy that my four favorite guys are getting along and terrified because they apparently think it is very entertaining to scare the hell out of me.
Logan sighs once the movie is over and looks over at me. "Well, I guess I better head home."
Logan stands up and I frown standing up too. "Okay, thank you for coming over here for dinner and thank you for being so understanding of everything."
Logan smiles. "Of course sweetheart."
I pull him into a tight hug. "Maybe you can come hang out with us again sometime." I say as I'm hugging him.
"Yeah, that sounds like fun!" Logan says, squeezing me once before pulling away. I kiss his cheek and smile at him.
"Did you want me to walk you over to your house?"
Logan laughs. "No it's okay."
He kisses my cheek and I smile. "Goodnight Logan. You can text me."
"Goodnight Lilly." He turns and looks at Reece, Ryder and Raikin. "Goodnight guys, thanks for letting me hang out."
"Goodnight Logan." Reece shakes his hand.
"Goodnight." Raikin says and they do one of those bro hug things.
"Bye Logan." Ryder claps him on the back, the way they do at the end of a game.
Wow, how did they go from hating each other to being this friendly with each other? I mean not that I'm complaining or anything, it would make me extremely happy if they could become friends and we could all hang out or something.
Logan waves one last time as he walks out of the room. I turn to my guys smiling from ear to ear. Raikin quirks an eyebrow at me. "Why are you smiling like that?"
I shrug. "I'm just so happy!"
Raikin chuckles. "Why are you so happy? I mean I love that you are happy, but you are smiling like a crazy person right now."
I laugh. "I am not smiling like a crazy person, I'm just so excited that you guys and Logan were getting along. I want you guys to be friends and if you can at least pretend to like each other for my sake then we are at least headed in the right direction. You know fake it until you make it and all that crap."
Raikin laughs. "Well, Logan is okay I guess."
"He's okay?" I ask laughing and rolling my eyes.
"Yeah, he's alright." Raikin shrugs again and I burst out laughing.
"You are ridiculous. Just admit it, you like him!" I say pointing at him, smirking.
Raikin laughs. "Fine, he's not as much of an asshole as I thought he was, but I don't know if we will ever be friends."
I shrug. "Close enough. You will like him one day."
Raikin rolls his eyes but he can't stop the small smile that is spreading across his face. "Whatever you say baby."
I pull Raikin into a hug. "Thank you for being nice to him."
"Being nice to who?" Curtis asks from the doorway and my eyes go wide. I pull away from Raikin and smile awkwardly.
"Being nice to Logan." I say, turning to look at Curtis.
Curtis smiles. "They better be nice to Logan, he's your boyfriend and I'm sure he will probably be around a lot more often. You boys better be nice, if Lilly wants to have Logan over while we are gone don't give her any trouble over it." He says pointing at the three of them.
My eyes go wide again, fidgeting nervously. I don't even know what to say to that. Until we tell our parents about the four of us being together, we are going to keep having these weird interactions about me and my supposed boyfriend. Who knows if they will even accept our relationship. Not that it matters.
Reece throws his hands up in surrender. "We will be nice dad don't worry. We already made it through a whole movie with the guy so I think we will be okay."
Curtis frowns. "One movie doesn't mean anything I know how the three of you are when you don't like someone. You gang up on them. You better not do that when I'm not here."
Ryder looks genuinely offended. "Hey it wasn't just one movie, we made it through dinner too!"
I start laughing unable to stop myself, even Curtis can't stop the smile that crosses his face. "Whatever smart ass. We are going to bed, we are leaving early tomorrow morning. We would love it if you guys could be awake to tell us goodbye before we leave."
"Okay Dad, we will be awake don't worry." Raikin says, smiling at him.
Curtis nods his head smiling. "Good. You guys have a good night, see you in the morning."
The three of them say goodnight in unison. "Goodnight Dad!"
