Chapter 106 Chapter One Hundred and Six
"Umm sure that sounds good. Thanks." I stand up from the table and Reece, Ryder, Raikin and Logan all do the same.
We walk down to the den, because it is further away from the kitchen than the living room and I don't want our parents hearing anything. When we walk into the den and the four of them stand there staring at me. I hope they don't get mad at me for this, but it needs to happen.
"Me and Logan are going to go to my room to talk for a minute, if that's okay with you?" I ask the three of them. I hope they realize it's completely innocent, I just need to explain and I can't do that with the three of them staring at him like they want to rip his head off or something.
Reece is the first to agree smiling at me. "Of course baby. We will be down here waiting for you when you get done."
I smile at him. "Thank you Reece."
Ryder and Raikin nod their heads simultaneously. "Okay baby." Ryder says, as he leans in to kiss my cheek.
Raikin gives me a small smile. "Have a nice talk baby."
I let out a small breath of relief. "Thank you guys."
I turn to Logan, I didn't even ask if he would be okay with talking to me. I give him a hopeful look and he nods his head. I grab his hand and lead him out of the den towards the stairs. The second we get in my room I start rambling. Something I do a lot when I'm nervous.
"Logan, I am so sorry I didn't tell you everything. I hope you aren't mad at me. I don't want us to stop being friends. The thing with me and them it just kind of happened. I-"
Logan puts his hands on the upper part of my arms and smiles at me. "Lilly it's okay. Take a breath, before you pass out or something."
I take a deep breath and whisper. "I'm sorry."
Logan laughs. "It's okay. So you and all three of them? You are all together. Not just you and Ryder? Right?" He asks, even though he already knows the answer.
I nod my head. "Yeah, we are."
"That night me and you spent the night together. Was it just you and Ryder or?"
"It was me and all three of them. I just didn't know how you would react and I didn't want to lose you as a friend. I was going to come clean with you before Christmas. I've been feeling guilty for not telling you everything." Which is true, it has been bothering me. I have wanted to tell him, I just haven't had a chance to bring it up.
Logan nods his head smiling, then he starts laughing. "That explains a lot."
"What do you mean?" I ask, confused.
Logan laughs again. "It explains why Raikin was playing with you, right there in front of me, his brothers and y'all's parents. He was marking his territory."
I laugh. "I hadn't thought about it like that."
Logan nods his head smirking. "That's because you don't think like a guy."
I burst out laughing. "If I thought like a guy we would all be in trouble."
Logan and I both laugh, he turns serious for a second and I get a little nervous. "Does the three of them know what me and you did that night when we were hanging out?" He asks looking just as concerned as I feel.
I frown. "Ryder does. Reece and Raikin don't. They only know we hung out."
"Why did you only tell Ryder?" He asks, genuinely curious.
I shrug. The truth is I don't know. Maybe because I knew him first. Maybe because he's my age and I know he is the least bothered by me flirting and kissing other guys.
"I told Ryder first right before we went to sleep. He sleeps in my room every night with me. I had every intention of telling Reece and Raikin as well but Ryder told me not to."
Logan furrows his brows. "He doesn't want you to tell Reece and Raikin?"
I shake my head. "No."
"Why not?" He asks still looking at me confused.
"Ryder is worried that they will get mad, or stop trusting me or something. I feel bad keeping it a secret from them, especially since I told Ryder. I don't want to mess up our relationship though, we are still trying to figure everything out."
Logan smiles at me. "They are lucky to have you baby. If you ever need to talk about anything, you can talk to me."
"Really? It won't upset you or anything?" I ask feeling a little unsure.
Logan laughs. "Upset me? No. Make me jealous as hell? Probably."
I laugh. "I'll try to keep the details to a minimum."
Logan gets a mischievous smile. "You can give me all the details you want and I will just imagine it's me instead."
I burst out laughing. "I'll keep that in mind. Are you sure you are okay with all of this? You are like my best friend I don't want things to change between us. Well most things that is."
Logan gives me a genuine smile. "Of course I'm okay with it baby. I want you to be happy. You are my best friend too. I feel like I have known you forever, that's the crazy thing."
I smile. "I feel the same way."
"You tell me what needs to change between us and I will do it baby. I don't want to mess up your relationship." Logan grabs my hand in his and rubs the back of it with his thumb. Something about it is just so soothing.
I take a deep breath, I hope he doesn't get mad. "For right now, until I figure out what's going to happen in my relationship I want to focus on the three of them. No kissing or anything, with anyone else."
Logan squeezes my hand. "Of course baby. I'm not going to lie. I am going to miss it, but I understand."
