**TW: slight make-out scene**

**Andrew**

He simply smiled. "Not unless you kick me out."

Donya pulled his face down and kissed him hard. Her lover slipped his hands under her bottom, allowing her to jump up and wrap her legs around her waist. She bit his lips as he walked them to the bed, stopping only to place both of them on the mattress.

His hot mouth traveled from her stomach to her inner thigh. Donya gasped and patted his head. "Wait, I don't want to go far." She told him.

Andrew smiled softly and went back in to give her thigh one last kiss. "Don't worry. I won't, at least not today."

She sighed in relief and looked down as Andrew crawled over her, nose touching nose. "You still haven't told me you loved me," he teased. Donya blushed. She turned away. "You already know the answer."

"No, I don't 'cause you haven't told me."

"Would I have kissed you if I didn't like you?" Her eyes finally met his and the yearning in them made her heart melt.

"Would you?"

"Why don't you guess?"

"Don."

Donya inhaled sharply. Then exhaled. "I..."

"Yes?"

Her soul couldn't help but give in. "I... I love you too!"

Andrew kissed her over and over again. Outside, Donya could hear the car leaving. She grew more comfortable, lifting her blouse above her breasts and letting the man nibble and touch them all he wanted.

However, he didn't go further than that. She watched him rest his head on his head on her chest, breathing soundly. If not for his thumb brushing the side of her stomach she would have thought he fell asleep. In turn, she dug her fingers through his blonde locks.

Donya stared up at the ceiling. The walls of her room were painted in a dark purple. Other than her bed and the chest of drawers beside the door, the little furniture she owned were a white nightstand and a sofa made of stiff fabric.

"I can't believe you're mine now." His voice sent vibrations throughout her stomach.

She couldn't believe it either. Did he really love her? What did he like about her anyway, she wasn't even right on his level.

"When did you start liking me," she asked.

Andrew answered right away. "Some time around the end of last year. November-ish?"

Donya nodded although she knew he couldn't see her. She had sweet, handsome man resting his head on her belly like this was the most comfortable he had ever been. Her heart swelled with pride.

And excitement. How could she not feel happy when a person she thought would never see her that way traveled all the way here just to tell her he loved her?

"I, um. I realized I liked you after that kiss," she muttered.

Andrew paused for a second. "The thing with Lance?"

Donya nodded, biting her lip.

Andrew lifted his head and Donya witnessed his lips transform into a smug expression. "To think all this time all I had to do was tell a guy to screw off and give you a smooch." She blushed.

"It's not my fault you suck at seduction."

"Yeah, you're right. If I was an expert I would be doing this." Andrew pressed his mouth into her belly and blow, producing noises that sounded like fart. Donya laughed, slapping him lightly against the back. "Ha Haha, stop it!"

He stopped, but got quiet for a while. After a short debate in his mind, decided to tell her.

"Don, my parents are trying to get me married."

Donya frowned. She continued to play with his hair. "Why?"

"Something about securing my future since I have no other backing other than the Kings."

"Is that important?"

"They think that other aristocrats won't respect me since I have no relation to their world." He wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Their world? Weren't you always a vampire?" Donya questioned.

"No. When I was around twelve or so, there was a rogue takeover in my district. Somehow I managed to help evacuate some people who were trapped and find a secret passage to lead them through in order to escape. Thanks to that there were humans who survived the rogue attack, including my parents. When Henry's army arrived they took care of the rest, but so many people were lost. When the Queen heard that I managed to save people, she gave me a wish and asked what I wanted. I was crying then, and hard. My friends, my aunt, neighbours and two of my teachers were all dead."

"Oh, I am so sorry..."

"It was like a decade ago. I'm okay. I told her I wanted to protect everyone. Since then I've been training with other members of the Royal Guard. Then when I turned of age, the Queen accepted me and transformed me into one of them."

"Wow. I never knew that could happen. Is that way you need people on your side? Is someone against you?"

"Not up front but you can never tell. It's better to have connections. Even receiving Elaine and King's favor won't be enough to make everyone accept me."

Donya sighed. "What a tough life you have."

"Not as tough now that I'm with you," Andrew said, unable to hide his smile.

His girlfriend smiled back then looked away. "What about your wife?"

"Fiancé. And yes, what about her?"

"Are you going to marry her?"

"Mariam? No. I almost went along with it, thinking what's the worst that could happen. But honestly, I hate it. I hate peoe thinking that I cant make something of myself without others' help." The shift shifted as Andrew sat up, still between Donya's legs.

"So you called off the wedding then."

"Yeah about that, not yet." He shook his head. "In fact, the fitting was today."

"The fitting? You mean for your bridegroom's outfit? Andrew Lyon, let me tell you right now that I have no interest in being strung along by a married man, and I don't quite like the idea of being someone's mistress!"

He nodded. "I know. And don't worry I'll break it off as soon as tomorrow, it will go seamlessly since she had no interest in marrying me either."

"Are you sure?" Donya raised her eyebrow.

"Positive! Actually, I'll let you meet her tomorrow. She's such a nice person. I'm sure you two will get along great."

As she listened to him Donya continued to frown, but nodded. She figured she had no reason not to trust him since he had always kept his word to her up to now. "Don't disappoint me, Andrew."

"I won't, that's for certain." He layed down beside her and she adjustes herself to face him. "Soon, it will be called off, and I'll be a free man with a cute girlfriend named Donya by my side."

She grinned and reached over to kiss him, happy that she no longer had to hold back her feelings.
