Ethan pulled her close but just as he did Kavyaa pushed away at his chest and let out a surprised gasp, furrowing her eyes in confusion.

Shaking her head at herself.

How the heck could she kiss him like that?!

"Kavyaa?"

"I'm sorry, I don't why I did that. Something is truly wrong with me!"

Her eyes brimmed with tears like she did something so forbidden with him.

{R} It's not baby, it's just the bond you're feeling with me.

{E} She's in denial.

{R} She won't be, not after when we truly claim her.

"I think I'm really having a bad case of Stockholm syndrome." She said holding her quivering lips with her hands and turning away from him.

Ethan's eyes softened on her. His precious mate was still afraid of him.

"Nothing is wrong with you Kavyaa and you're not having Stockholm syndrome. The truth is that you're in love with me. You just don't want to admit it."

She narrowed his eyes at him with fire dancing in them.

"You're delusional! I take that kiss back and I swear it'll never happen again!" She fired.

Ethan chuckled amused, hearing her heartbeats skip to her beautiful lie.

He placed his fingers upon his lips and smiled.

"Hmmm, I can still taste you upon my lips. Your kiss was so sweet. But honestly, let's be real, you know why you kissed me Kavyaa? You kissed me because you crave me. You know you want me to take you. You can feel it, don't you? The ache between your legs or should I remind you?" He slowly drew closer towards her.

However, Kavyaa backed away from him.

Her heart pounding in fear and excitement all at once.

"Touch me up again and I swear to god, I'll never forgive you." She seethed, controlling the sudden ache between her thighs as he looked at her cravingly.

Ethan smirked.

"I'll be a good wolf and back off. Even though I can smell your oncoming arousal."

Kavyaa blushed. Why did he make her inner core throb so much! She couldn't help but feel w3t down there thanks to his close proximity.

Ethan went towards the door and before he walked away he spoke again.

"Tonight at 8pm, you may see Mark." I reluctantly decided, to make her happy.

He shut the door heavily annoyed at that and Kavyaa let out a breath of air, she hadn't realised she'd been holding.

Mark waited patiently.

He was a fool to have left her in his cousin's territory.

Luckily Ethan had kept his end of the deal, and hadn't marked her. However he didn't want to take any chances.

He'd already found his true mate and he'd taken permission from her to do whatever it took to keep Ethan from biting her.

Both Haru and Mark knew Kavyaa was not a she-wolf. She loved them both preciously and they'd do whatever it took to make her part of their pack again.

Mark had brought along two of his personal betas, that left with him when he decided to move on with his true mate, away from the pack.

Klaus and Jaxson were stunned to see them. For Mark's betas, were bitter rivals with them.

"Diego and Hulio. Never thought they would show up back to this territory?"

"Well, Klaus they're here and something tells me, they're up to something?" Jaxson said observing them from a distance.

When Ethan came out of the car Mark's betas easily pulled their weapons out.

Ethan tilted his head darkly towards them as Klaus and Jaxon easily pulled out their weapon, growling lowly towards them.

"Mark, I thought you were here for a re-match?"

"I am, but first I'd like to see Kavyaa."

"Why?"

"Because if you've bitten her then I'll have no problem ripping off your head."

Mark said darkly.

"Fine, you may see her."

"Privately."

"Not a chance @sshole."

Mark clenched jaw annoyed at his cousin.

Ethan nodded his head at Jaxson and, soon he pulled open the car door.

The minute Jaxson did so, Kavyaa took no time running towards him in haste.

"Mark!" She cried as the two men guarding Mark, immediately parted towards the side as she ran straight towards him.

Mark opened up his arms and Kavyaa rushed into his arms engulfing him in a tight hug.

Ethan clenched his jaw annoyed at Mark smirking back at him, from over her shoulder.

"Hey, there sunshine." He comforted her in his arms as she sobbed in his chest.

"I really don't care what you are. All I know is that I'll be safe with you and Haru. Please take me home right now! I don't want to stay here a second longer!" She said looking back at Ethan who grinned back at her.

"Your home is here with me sweetheart," Ethan said making Kavyaa sigh out annoyed.

"Mark?" She returned her gaze to him and hugged him like he was her only hope against him.

M: The girl wants to be with me, let's grant her wish and let us leave this territory in peace, Ethan.

E: I told you. I'm not handing her over that easy. Not without a fight.

M: She doesn't belong to you!

E: Nor does she belong to you either.

Mark pulled her away and ceased talking angrily at his cousin through his mind link.

"Kavyaa, listen to me. I'm sorry I lied to you about who I was. I know I should have been honest with you but since you had a run-in with Kane and me that day, I knew how shaken up you were, and I'm sorry I was delayed in coming to get you but..."

"But you're here now? You're taking me away from him tonight right?!" Kavyaa gripped at his dark shirt in a hopeful manner.

Ethan wished to comment on that but held his tongue.

Mark looked down at her preciously and caressed her cheek.

"I made a deal with him that I'll fight for you. Once I win, you're coming back with me."

"What if you don't win Mark? Ethan, you know what he's going to do to me?" Kavyaa's eyes welled up with tears.

"I will not allow him to sink his fangs into you. In case I lose, I need to do something that will prevent him from sinking his teeth into you?"

Ethan growled lowly, making Kavyaa gasp out of fright and turn back to his attention, whilst holding Mark's hand in fright.

"Mark?"

Hulio and Diego pulled out their weapons and glowed their eyes dangerously at Ethan, Klaus and Jaxson who were equally doing the same. Low sets of growls from each side sounded furious at one another.

Kavyaa was frightened with their sudden werewolf mafioso atmosphere and looked nervously back at a very dangerous Ethan, looking at her darkly.

"What will you do?"

"Kavyaa, I need to put a shield around you with my saliva."

Kavyaa quickly let go of his hand and looked at Mark who was looking down at her with pure concern.

"Wait, you want to mark me too?!"

He then played a devious smirk at her.

Her heart pounded in fright.

This wasn't Mark she knew!

Why was he looking at her in a sudden lusty way, dominant way?!

"Mark!" Ethan called his name darkly and shook his head at him.

"I'll do whatever it takes to keep her safe from you cousin," Mark said keeping his eyes dead-locked on Kavyaa.

Feeling scared of Mark, Kavyaa took a step back from him and then quickly turned on her heel to run away from all of them, however, Mark quickly snaked his arm around her and held her back making her yelp out of fright.

"No! Let go!" She cried in his hold.

Ethan went to take a step forward but Hulio shot at his feet.

"Alpha Ethan. We have Red Leaf bullets on us." Hulio warned, secretly trembling in fear of daring to shoot at him again.

Ethan growled angrily towards him.

Jaxson and Klaus easily dragged Ethan back away from his elite sniper betas.

"Excuse us Ethan, Kavyaa and I must attend a private meeting."

Mark easily hauled her upon his shoulder and Kavyaa cried out hitting her fists upon his back in protest as he walked away into the deep woods with her.

"MARK DON'T YOU DARE BITE HER OR I'LL RIP YOU APART!" Ethan warned darkly with a powerful growl shaking the Earth.

Mark took notice of his growl and tread carefully with her.

He soon Kavyaa down on the ground and Kavyaa took no time slapping him hard across his face.

"Ouch, sunshine."

"Get away from me, I can't trust you or Ethan anymore!" She pushed him away, but Mark easily gripped her arm firmly.

Scared Kavyaa looked back at him as he tilted his head at her strictly.

"I mean you no harm Kavyaa."

"Then let go of me!"

"You can run from me, I can easily chase you down and force myself upon you. I don't want to do that and I'm not going to do that. So please level with me here, sunshine and relax, I told you. I just need to put my saliva upon you?"

She cringed at that, trying to retract her arm away from his firm yet gentle grip.

"That's so disgusting Mark! No, let go of me right now!" Kavyaa protested not happy with that idea either.

"Kavyaa, I'm merely taking a precaution here. My wolf's saliva can warn off another wolf. Don't you see? I can prevent Ethan from marking you for a while. My saliva will act like a shield on you. The smell of my saliva will be pungent. It'll put him off." He said reassuringly.

"You mean to say, if...If you lose tonight he won't mark me?" She asked ceasing her squirming attempts from him.

Mark then released her as he saw Kavyaa calming down, after what he said.

"Yes, and you don't have to fear me sinking my teeth into you, because I already have a mate whom I love very much."

"Speaking of mate, Haru just happens to be ok with you putting your spitting upon me?"

"She's the one that told me to do it."

"No, I don't believe that!"

Mark narrowed his eyes at her and sighed out.

"Fine, if it helps you feel any better why don't I call her?"

Kavyaa watched as Mark made the call to his mate.

"Sweetheart, yes I'm with her right now. I told her about what you told me to do and Kavyaa here isn't happy about it. Of course I'll put her on."

Mark passed her his phone and Kavyaa took a heavy sigh before answering it.

"Hello?"

"Kavyaa everything will be ok..." Haru reassured as she talked about what her husband planned to do with her.

"Haru! That's so messed up! I can't let him do that to me!" Kavyaa argued back.

"Do you want Ethan to mark you then?" Haru asked making Kavyaa go suddenly silent.

"Do you know how dangerous a wolf's bite can be upon a human?"

"I know."

"If you know this Kavyaa, then let Mark do what he needs to do, in order to keep you safe. He will soon defeat Ethan in the Arena and then he will bring you back home. Don't you want that?" Haru asked in her big sisterly tone towards her.

"Yes, I want that."

"Then be a good girl and let Mark do what he does best. Protect you." She concluded.

"Ok." Kavyaa handed back the call towards him.

"Thank you sweetheart for convincing her. Wait, you want me to what?! Where? Sweetheart, I think Ethan won't go that..."

Mark then pulled the phone away from his ear and Kavyaa looked back in shock as she heard a wild growl bursting out of his speakerphone.

"JUST DO IT! I WAS WITH HIM MANY MOONS AGO SO I KNOW HOW AND WHERE HE LIKES TO BITE!!!"

Haru said angrily at Mark and then cut the call.

Kavyaa calmed down and paced back and forth.

"Wait, Mark you don't have to put your saliva on me? Let's just run away now? I mean Ethan didn't dare get near us thanks to your guards?"

"It's not that simple sunshine. He's an Alpha of a huge pack house and we're currently outnumbered. I can't put my men at risk like that, and we have a deal. We will fight for you, the one that loses will back off for good."

"You think he'll agree to that?"

"I know Ethan, once he loses he easily backs down. This fight over a girl has happened before and he lost to me many moons ago when I re-claimed my true mate from him."

"Hmm. Ok, so where do you want to put your special 'spit' on me?"

"Actually the process will involve a lot of licking."

"Hey, there is also an option that I pee all over you would you like to go for that? Trust me, it won't be as effective as the stench of my saliva, but the stench of my pee will him off for a couple of hours."

Gunshot shots, and mean animalistic growls soon sounded in the air. A person groaning out of pain was soon heard making her head turn towards the dangerous chaos.

"We don't have much time Kavyaa, strip now or get bitten by Ethan!" Mark flashed his eyes red in warning making Kavyaa's heart pound in fright.
