Chapter 1 (Back to the Philippines)

Hello everyone. I’m Bea Bianca Marie Avana Alonzo, 17 years old. I’m a model and dancer here in Seoul South Korea.
Kring! Kring! Kring!
Inis akong bumangon sa higaan ko at tiningnan ang oras 6:29 AM palang naman eh! Wait 6:2---- shit! Oh god. Mal-late na pala ako sa flight ko pabalik ng pilipinas. Bakit ko ba kasi nalimutan na may flight pala ako ngayon?
All my things are ready. So I hurried into the bathroom and took a shower and did my morning rituals. Tapos na rin ako patuyo ng buhok ko kaya pumasok ako sa walk-in-closet ko at naghanap ng damit. Tumigil ang paningin ko sa isang oversized shirt na kulay grey at ang nakalagay sa damit ay ‘I am so beautiful.’ Kinuha ko ito at naghanap ng jeans ang napili ko ay ang kulay itim na jeans. I came out of the walk-in-closet and went straight to the bed where I put all my clothes as well as my undergarments. I got dressed and put on my shoes, black rin ang kulay nito.
After I fixed myself I looked at the clock again and checked what time it was, it was 7:06 AM. I took my sling bag as well as my glasses. So I quickly got out and went to the living room.
I caught up with the butler and the maids talking when they saw me they immediately bowed in respect and spoke at the same time.
“Good morning, Young Lady!” They said in chorus while smiling, I smiled back at them as well. Butler Kev approached me while smiling widely. Lahat sila dito ay hindi ako pinabayaan, inaalagaan nila ako ng mabuti.
“Young Lady, get ready because we are leaving.”Butler Kev said directly I nodded at him.
“Everything is ready, Butler Kev.”
“Alright. Before I forget you need to eat your breakfast, young lady.”Butler Kev seriously said again so I sighed heavily.
“I am not in the mood to eat my breakfast. So, come on because the plane might leave us.”Agad kung sabi kaya matunog siyang bumuntong hininga. By the way, He is Kevin Lee Kim 35 years old. He is Half Filipino and Half Korean. Sa may pilipinas siya pinanganak pero lumipat sila dito nung siya ay 15 pa lang. Mabait si Butler Kev parang kuya ko na rin siya dito dahil kahit anong mangyari ay hindi niya ako pinababayaan.
“But—“I cut him off.
“Butler Kev, hindi po ako gutom.”Diretso kung sabi kaya tumango na lamang siya saka bumuntong hininga.
“Do you know, young lady? Madame said that we will only use your family’s private plane when you return home from the Philippines, but you said you didn’t want it, so I told your Mommy that you didn’t want the private plane, that’s why she didn’t insist anymore.”Mahabang saad ni Butler Kev habang nakatingin sa akin ng mabuti tango na lang ang naging sagot ko sa kaniya.
Yeah, ayaw kung mag-private plane kasi naiirita ako sa hindi alam na dahilan. Pero kailangan kong mag-private plane dahil baka pagkagulohan ako mamaya doon sa airport. But, ayaw ko talaga na mag-private plane ngayon basta ayaw ko, ayaw talaga. I wore a mask and glasses so it wouldn’t be obvious that their companion was a model. Yepss! Pak ganern!
I got in the car first. Butler kev also got in the car so we left and went to Seoul South Korea International Airport. When we arrived we went straight to the airplane where we will board now. We are already on the plane and there are so many passengers now.
“Ladies and gentlemen, Good morning! I’m your Captain Lee Dong Jung speaking, Welcome on board Seoul International Airlines 027654. The flight is from Seoul to Manila Philippines, the departure time is eight o’clock and the flight duration is around Three hours and Five minutes 2600 kilometers. The weather enroute was forcasted to be great. Please fasten your seatbelts and secure all baggage underneath your seat or in the overhead compartments. Once again, Welcome aboard!” The Captain Pilot announced happily. Ginawa namin lahat ang sinabi niya nasa first class kami ni Butler Kev naka-assign. Kinuha ko ang glasses at mask ko nilagay ko na muna sa bag ko, ibabalik ko nalang mamaya kapag bababa na kami.
“Young lady, rest first, our flight is long. Just tell me if you’re hungry.”Aniya ni Butler Kev habang nakangiti kaya tumango ako.
I closed my eyes and didn’t realize that I fell asleep. Nagising ako dahil sa biglang pagsalita ng piloto.
“Again, This is Captain Lee Dong Jung speaking. The plane will land in a few minutes at NAIA.”
We are now here at NAIA, the plane just landed safely. I put on the glasses and mask again. Butler Kev walked first and I followed him. Bumaba na kami ng eroplano at naramdaman ko ang lamig ng hangin.
“It’s good to come back. It’s been 1 year since I left this country.”I whispered while smirking behind the mask I was wearing. Namiss ko ang simoy ng hangin dito sa pilipinas iyon nga lang sobrang init.
I looked at Butler Kev when he spoke. “Let’s go, young lady.”
“Okay.”
We walked straight to the Airport exit and saw Butler Albert standing on the side of the Limousine. He immediately approached us and bowed in respect.
“Welcome back, young lady.”He greeted me while smiling broadly so I just nodded at him and smiled.
They took all the luggage and put it in the back of the car. I got in the car so Butler Albert, Kev and I left that place at tinahak ang daan papunta sa Mansion.
I just watched the sights we were passing. A lot has changed. That cannot be denied. There are more buildings around and parks. It took us about an hour to get to the Mansion but even if it’s far away, I can see it now, It’s getting even better and you’ll also notice what it’s changed.
Nasa labas na kami ng Mansion agad rin na pinark ni Butler Albert ang Limousine siya kasi ang nagmamaneho. Pinagbuksan ako ng pinto ni Butler Kev kaya lumabas na ako.
“Thank you.”I thanked him. He smiled widely and nodded.
Dire-diretsong naglakad na kami papasok sa loob nagulat ako ng makita ko ang lahat ng tauhan sa Mansion na nakatayo malapit sa hagdan.
“Welcome back, Young lady!”They all said in chorus. Kita ko ang pananabik na makita ako sa kanilang mata kahit paano ay napamahal na silang lahat sa akin dahil mababait sila.
“Salamat sa inyo.”
“Walang anuman po Young lady.”Sabay ulit na sabi nila kaya napangiti ako.
“Sa room lang ako.”Wika ko kaya tumango silang lahat. Naglakad na ako papunta sa taas dumiretso ako sa kwarto ko wala pa rin pinagbago tulad pa din ito ng dati. Malinis at maganda pa rin, ngayon ko lang napagtanto na sobrang laki pala ng room ko. May mini refrigerator ang nandito at sofa na rin.
I sighed heavily. Binagsak ko ang katawan ko sa kama at pinikit ang mata. Tila ba ay sobrang pagod at inaantok ako dahil sa byahe. Hanggang sa nilamon na ako ng kadiliman hindi ko namalayan na nakatulog na pala ako.
