My Rules
Sophia had her welcome back package presented to me in full with her irresistible body, fired up by lust, we enjoyed our quick moment together and it felt like a part of me had been revived. The business of the day didn't mean much to anymore, I just wanted to flow in the ocean of wealthy pleasure. That is what my dad wanted, that is exactly what I had to do. Sophia had her clothes back on appropriately and we ran through some documents,briefing on the things that went on in my absence. She knew her job, all round.
"You've done well. Your pay should be increased." I said and I could see her smiles.
"Thanks boss. I won't let you down. Thank you for the opportunity" she said.
"There is someone I want you to meet. She's my personal pet and a business woman. She will be working closely with us, starting today. Are you okay with that?"
"Anything my boss says. Do you trust her?" Sophia asked. The question rang a bell in my head.
"As long as I can pay her, she will be loyal" I replied.
"What if someone offers her something bigger?" Sophia threw yet another thought provoking question.
"I hope that doesn't happen against me. Can I trust you?" I threw it back at her.
"On my life. I'm with you boss. You gave me everything I ever needed, I won't let you down, even if the whole world crashes." She promised. I was getting emotionally attached to her as she said those heart warming words, I had to give her a hug then kissed her .
"Thank you for everything Sophia. We have a long way to go. You will keep watch over this new lady for me. I don't want to stand chances."
"Alright boss" she accepted.
Business meeting done, we headed for the mini conference hall where all the workers, both executives and minor position holders, including cleaners and drivers met. That was where I had to use for that life changing announcement to all staffs, partners and share holders of my firm. Nobody was permitted absence, as written in the circular, sent by Sophia. The meeting was scheduled for 11am that fateful day, it would be recorded and documented for reviews only on my order. It was time for business.
Everyone took their rightful positions when they entered the conference hall, Lucia and Sophia were right beside me, on their feet. They had met an hour earlier and had their little chitchat, they were ready to work together now. Lucia, who seemed very excited with her new position had given me a wanton blowjob just after she met Sophia, I guess it was her way of saying 'thank you'.
"Good day, everyone!" I began, when they were all seated and ready.
"Good day ,boss!" They chorused. I could sense the anxiety flowing through all of them, except my personal slave and Sophia. No one knew what was coming.
"I plan to make this as brief as possible, I will not entertain questions until I have spoken to the end, and please, ensure you only ask relevant questions." I took a pause and glanced round the mini hall, searching their faces for any sign of disagreement, but found none. I was in the mood to sack someone to prove to others who was the boss in that room. The only person absent from the meeting was the Managing Director, Florence my step sister. Whatever game she had coming, I was prepared to join in, but only as the coach.
I continued my speech to the listening of all, stating my rules and regulations, the requirements for keeping already purchased shares and new ones, the level of investors needed, the areas of our endeavors and then finally new appointments.
"You can retain your positions for now. If there be any breach of the new company rules, consider yourself out of this block. Any question?" I had ended and glanced round again, searching every face. Some seemed pleased, others bulged quietly. Whoever didn't like my ways should pull out of the firm, I thought. Just when I thought no one had nerves enough to ask a question, three hands were raised.
"Okay, you are number one, ask your question" I pointed at a lady on grey coloured suit, a blonde hair and pink lips, she looked sexy and smart. I wondered why I never noticed her all those times.
"Sir, with all due respect, thank you for letting us know these rules and the penalties that follow. Now, our efforts must be increased to meet up your new set standard sir. But sir, my question is, what happens to the retired staffs of this company? You didn't mention anything about them." She concluded, with a plain face. I wished to see her smile, her golden voice was missed already. I wanted her to say more words.
"What's your name please?" I asked and everyone turned her direction again.
"I'm Olivia, Human Resources." She stated.
"Good. Olivia, you see, nobody has been retired under my regime. We have good compensation plans for each and everyone of you, I know you, I don't know those that were retired during the past regime. My dad will settle them in his own ways. Are we clear?" I asked and she nodded and recovered her seat.
"Number two, ask" I shouted. A young man, slightly older than me got up and adjusted his suit, his tie and then lifted his trousers higher. He was already irritating me.
"Sir, I'm Leonard Mikes, from the accounting department. Thank you for your kind words." I just gave a fake smile that disappeared almost as fast as it has come.
"My question is,why didn't you put the financial welfare of our old investors into consideration, knowing that the cut in the return of investment of the people in that category may lead to a protest or total pull out?" He finished his question. He would pass for a calculative genius but I didn't like his spirit, he had the carriage of a rebel.
"Mr. Leonard, this is my company. I can't be labouring for people whose money was used my father to buy luxury for himself. This is my regime, I have my legacies to build starting from this date." I told him and to the hearing of all.
"But sir, those people also put their financial faith in this company, treating them like trash is totally unfair" he stated, clearly risking his job. Well, he had chosen to be off my pay check.
"Mr. Leonard, you are a really smart person. I haven't noticed you on duty but I don't think you are worth working on my team. You are relieved of all your positions and duty. Security, see him to his office. Clear your desk immediately or be arrested. Any other questions?" No one stood up again. Well, such is life. Others get praised, while some recieve the punishment. It's quite unfortunate that Leonard had chosen his words without warning, maybe he wanted to dare Steve. Some faces in the hall gave me their ugly looks, others smiled and I knew the feeling behind those masquareded smiles; the fear of looking like a rebel.
I looked up at Lucia and Sophia who stood firmly by me, they had no emotions whatsoever for the sacked man. This was what I wanted.
Poor people had their ways of manipulating the rich, same way with the rich. Both rich and poor, no one deserved any specialty. We were humans, enjoy and suffer as one, but if you followed the rules, you'd be on the safer side, just like Olivia that has earned my admiration. I knew better to take my steps carefully because Florence would be out of cage soon, and that tigress was no toy. She would still pull more strings, her position as MD was a very sensitive one and playing funny on duty would raise dust, dusts that I would be in charge of before she returned. More loyal ladies was what I needed, Olivia was one of those ladies.
After the meeting, Sophia sent for Olivia and she was in my office almost immediately.
I gave her my new offers, promoting her to the position of a manager. Now as the manager of Human Resources, Olivia would be my eye there, reporting as appropriate any new development. I wanted to keep Olivia's game strictly business, noting the ring she had on her fingers.
"How long have you been married?" I asked her when we were alone and she laughed a little.
"I'm single, never been married. Is it because of the ring?" She asked, still smiling.
"Yes" I answered, still trying to keep the 'boss standard'.
"Oh! I got it for myself. It didn't fit any other finger, I had to put it on here" she waved her hand, making me admire her sexy knuckles and beautiful nails. I still kept it in, I had to be professional.
"I see! That's nice. See you around" I dismissed her before she could notice the bulge building in my trousers. She smiled and left. Without delay, I phoned Sophia and she was in my office. She gave me that relieve the second time that day, only this time, she was on time while I sat back on my chair, enjoying the ride of being a boss.
