29\. A day spent well
It was a plea. A very much blazing plea that was scorching the sweet spot between her legs. Her body was on fire. Aura needed it right now. And Alpha Damien has every intention of fulfilling it.
Her trembling plea was recognized as demand. But not so soon. He was going to take his own time.
One can say the demon side of his, not fatal-kinda dangerous one but desirous-kinda, was on fire. His set was ablaze, wanting to fulfill his own wishes before hers.

Similar was with Aura. She was caught in the burning glare of his eyes— that was burning her down. It was just that she was yet to turn into ashes! And if Damien had not picked her up by the waist and settled her on the watery cold floor, she would have indeed turned into ashes. Ashes of utter need and blazing disappointment.
"I fear that I'd hurt you. You are way too delicate for someone like me." He hushed, his voice sounding like the rustle of winds to her ears.
The shower was left on while Damien sat on her stomach partially. His sole wait remained on his knees as he worked on his shirt. Button by button, his fingers came downwards. Every button unfastened, unveiled a new door of amazement for her.
If the first one showed her his taut chest, the following buttons put his carved torso at show. Aura slowly raised her hands and picked at his abs. Oh heaven! She had a desire to lick them. Her nails wanted to claw against them. Her teeth, as he does to her nipples, urged to mark his abs.
At the moment she was incapable at the mercy of Damien. And that bastard alpha was taking unnecessary time, settling her nerves on fire and her system on haywire.

And despite the end number of pleadings, Damien walked to the door in nothing but a towel draped around his lower body, highlighting his hard-on.
Brian coughed and teased Damien during the breakfast and Aura pretended like she was not listening. She was forced to finish her breakfast quickly so she could leave the shameless wolves alone as they were crossing every limit of 'decency'.
When she came out clad in a floral full sleeve yet a gorgeous gown, she got the news of the beta leaving. He went back to Manhattan as there were unfinished jobs to take care of.
After that, she was taken for sightseeing in Alpha Damien's jaguar. A car that he exclusively kept in the garage of his beach house. This was his favorite location that he claimed he visited the most. So keeping a seperate car here seemed a must to him.
Alpha Damien took her to his favorite restaurant, belonging to one of his school friends. He introduced Aura as his girlfriend— his woman, after which they ultimately stopped here.
"My father was fond of the sunset and mom of the sunrise. I'd often see them argue over it and eventually settle with kissing each other." Alpha Damien said, breaking Aura's trance.
She guided her eyes at her alpha lover, watching him lovingly, "I loved their bonding. It was pretended but genuine for me." Aura took his hand and entwined their fingers.
Damien smiled and kissed her forehead. He never talked about his parents without so much pain until today. She was providing him strength more than imaginable.
"It's difficult to grow up in a house with parents who are in a coerced relationship, Aura. I always wonder about kids growing up in such families. Not everyone is as strong as me." She made no effort to retrieve her hand away when he held it close to his chest.
This moment was special. Aura quietly listened to his feelings. Those he has kept buried in his chest for years. She was aware that he was not comfortable talking about his parents with many people. Only selected and closed ones got the opportunity to discuss his past life with him. If she was one of them, Aura was determined to listen to them all silently, as it would help her maintain a healthy relationship with him and learn what kind of life he wishes to give his baby.
It was Alpha Damien's baby after all.
