The touch that heal everything!!

**Morrighan’s POV**

“I have a bad feeling about this,” I frowned.

“There’s nothing to worry about. Mel has already accepted his defeat after what you did to Aurora,” Ace told me ignoring my mistrust.

“He’s giving in too easily,” I insisted, my forceful tone making him tense. Mel doesn’t give up easily. Is there more to his actions than meets the eye?

“What makes you think so?” Ace asked.

“Because I fucking know him that’s why? And I have a fucking organ called brain in my skull which you all lack.”

“Then what should we do now? We can’t stay in hiding forever. We need to face him,” Ace snapped.

Ben burst through the door at that moment, carrying the food.

“Were you followed by someone?” As usual, I asked my question. “No, not really,” he said abruptly. His tone seemed unsure.

“For fuck’s sake, Ben? Did you talk to anyone?” I shouted angrily.

“I didn’t actually speak, but it was Cal...” I cut him off. “Wait, back the fuck up...what do you mean? What aren’t you fucking telling me now!? Where the hell is he now!?” I shouted, swearing even more than usual.

“Maybe we should just...” Ace cut in.

“Ben, I swear if you don’t start talking, as in right now, then I am going to...”

“To what!? Huh, what are you going to do, Morri? Use your damn power to destroy me?” he shouted.

“You have five seconds to find out!” My fingers sparked with power as I yelled. He gulped, “You wouldn’t dare!”

“One.”

“Morri, be reasonable,” Ace urged.

“Two.”

“Just stop.”

“Three.”

“You wouldn’t fucking dare!”

“Four.”

“Stop counting!”

In anger, I yelled “Five!”, shaking my head, throwing my arms up, and hitting his shoulder with my energy. The force sent him flying backwards into the wall, badly burning nearly half his torso.

“What the fuck!? Are you out of your fucking mind?” Ace shouted as he rushed to assist the barely breathing Ben.

“This is the part where you start talking, sweetheart,” I said, grabbing his chin and poking my sizzling fingers into his wounds.

“Morri!” He said my name in a warning and I snapped, “What?!”

That’s when I noticed the walls shaking and wood splintering, like an earthquake had struck. Then, a tremendous crash echoed, as though a massive rock had plummeted from above. Our cabin began to shake violently, then was torn from its foundations. The roof was about to cave in on us, but I stalled it for some time with my energy barrier. Ace assisted Ben in exiting the cabin.

“What the fuck was that!?” I shouted, looking over the destruction.

“Ace, behind you!” My scream was cut short as the attacker thrust the knife directly into Ace’s abdomen. The attacker was a member of the legendary dark killers.

“No!” I screamed, with the power rolling through my body. I was just a second away to incinerate the attacker but never got a chance. The attacker had a blade pressed against Ben’s heart. I suspected, upon observing Ace, that his blade held wolfsbane.

“It’s been way too long, Morri!” Mel emerged from behind the shadows with an evil, destructive grin flashing on his face.

“Yes, how can I forget that I have to damn your pathetic soul and send it back to underground!”

“In that case, allow me to introduce you to some of my friends; they are eager to meet you!” Mel said with an arrogant smile on his lips, before letting out a roar into the night. Then, a vibration ran through the ground as if something were trying to burrow its way through. We were surrounded by hundreds of assassins attacking Ace and Ben.

**Natasha’s POV**

“Damon! Lukas!” A nightmare jolted me awake, and I cried. My tears flowed freely, and I couldn’t stop them. I sat with my knees hugged to my chest, completely frozen. It felt like someone had drained my soul and plunged me into freezing water. The cold I felt was unlike anything I had ever experienced. I wanted my mates so badly I didn’t think it would ever stop hurting.

Stepping from the shadows, Rhaegar appeared, causing me to frown. His presence was torturous. I felt like screaming “I HATE YOU!” in his face until my lungs hurt and my hate echoed around the mountains for the unseen world to hear.

“Natasha!?” His voice felt like acid poured through my skin. I was incredibly angry!

“DID YOU HEAR ME? I HATE YOU!” I screamed again. The urge to never see his face was getting too difficult to ignore.

A sudden crawling sensation made my skin tingle. The Diamond eye attempted to communicate. I touched it, inhaled deeply, and focused my attention. A shiver ran down my spine as I surrendered to the dark. I found myself back in that dark room. A figure emerged from the shadows, uttering my name, “Natasha!”

“Lukas!” I ran across the room, trying to touch him, but I couldn’t because he wasn’t really there.

“Lukas, please come to me,” I cried, overcome with emotion. I hated feeling so weak, but knowing I couldn’t connect in the way I really wanted to was slowly killing me.

“Natasha...Natasha listen to me now, you are my girl...my brave girl, you are a Morrighan who never stays down. You never stop fighting, you never give up...you hear me? Just hold on, it will all be over soon I promise, just hold on for some time till our armies arrive. Damon and I have arrived in the Northern realm and are heading towards the palace.”

“But how long will be that?” I had never been so scared of anything more than losing my mates.

“We will soon meet, I promise.”

Rhaegar urgently appears, saying, “Stay where you are. The Grim Reaper will make a portal and teleport you safely inside the palace. I’ll use a scent-masking potion to make you look like one of the prisoners.”

Lukas nodded and turned to me, saying, “Now that we’re both here, we should be connected, but we’re still not. You need to heal for us. Natasha, could you promise me something?”

“What!?” I asked.

“Let Rhaegar heal you.”

“Lukas, I can’t...I can’t do this, I just can’t!” I cried.

“Please, Natasha. I know this is hard, but we have no choice. We will require Morrighan’s aid in battle against our foes. We need you, Natasha,” Lukas begged before the connection was lost.

Rhaegar moved closer, gripping my arms, and assured me firmly, “I’ll make this quick.”

“No, please!” I begged.

“Just try and relax,” he said.

A shaky “Please,” escaped my lips. Ignoring me, he laid down next to me, an arm finding its way around my waist. He wrapped his body around mine and then eased himself on top of me.

He whispered, “Just breathe, Natasha… just breathe,” his forehead resting on mine as I opened my eyes to meet his gaze. His fingers caressed my face. Each stroke infused my body with renewed strength. His hands trailed from my neck to my collarbone, caressing my skin with delightful touches. He bent down, his breath caressing my breasts like a warm blanket. At last, his hands found their way between my thighs, caressing the scarred skin and tissue, thoroughly exploring every part of my feminine area. I felt like all my cells were healing and reconnecting to my sensitive nerves. With the bleeding stopped, my muscles began to work again. I felt a surge of energy coursing through my cells, like a shot of pure adrenaline. Near the end, I was nearly groaning, struggling to breathe. He enveloped me in a warm, protective embrace for a short while.

Once healed, he helped me get dressed and tie my hair up.

“I must leave immediately; otherwise, my absence will be noted. If you are in any problem, mind-link me, don’t let out your energy barrier in any circumstances. Keep up the act of being weak and sickly. Should the worst occur and I fail to return, then use this spell and flee. They mustn’t find you,” he said, giving me a piece of paper.

“Oh, and one more thing. Do you recall the stone embedded in your mother’s dagger? The dagger is useless without it. To kill them, we’re going to need it,” Rhaegar stated. However, he figured out the answer from my blank look.

He said, “Take a rest,” and then left.
