Chapter 81 Bound by Desires
Chapter 81 Bound by Desires
The dawn was soft and quiet. Light spilled across the training yard, catching on the remnants of the battle from the night before.
The rogue army was gone, scattered, neutralized, but the aftermath still lingered in the air—the tension, the fire, the raw energy that came with surviving something deadly.
Selene moved slowly, body stiff from exhaustion and the lingering fire of the night before.
Her wolf prowled beneath her skin, alert, still restless, sensing the need, the desire, the tension that wrapped around her like smoke.
Kael appeared beside her without a sound, golden eyes dark, intense. His hand brushed hers lightly, possessive, grounding, intimate.
“You’re awake,” he said quietly. “How do you feel?”
Selene shrugged, trying to hide her trembling.
“Exhausted,” she admitted. Her voice was soft, hoarse from the screams, the fire, the exertion of yesterday.
But her body also burned—heat lingering in every nerve, every muscle, every inch of skin. Her wolf growled low, hungry, wild.
Riven appeared moments later, green eyes warm and steady. He crouched beside her, brushing a damp strand of hair from her face.
“Exhausted and alive,” he said softly. “That’s what matters.”
Her chest heaved as she looked at them both. Desire, relief, and love tangled together in impossible knots.
She wanted them both. God, she wanted them both. But she also knew she needed calm, grounding, after the storm..
Kael’s hand brushed along her arm, firm and possessive.
Riven’s fingers found hers, gentle and steady.
She pressed herself slightly into both, letting herself feel their presence, their claim, their desire.
“You saved them,” Kael whispered, voice rough.
“All of them. You… you’re incredible.”
Riven’s thumb brushed over her knuckles. “And you kept yourself alive,” he said softly. “And us.
You held us together when we almost… didn’t know if we could.”
Her throat tightened. Tears pricked her eyes, not from pain, but from the raw emotion, the release, the fire that had built and finally found a moment to breathe.
She pressed herself closer, needing both, wanting both, alive in a way that terrified her.
Kael leaned closer, lips brushing her temple, dangerous and claiming. “You need rest,” he murmured. “But I want you. All of you.”
Riven’s hand cupped her face, green eyes locking on hers. “And we’ll take care of you,” he whispered. “Every part. Mind, body… heart.”
Her wolf growled softly, restless, wild, alive with desire. Her body ached with longing and tension, every nerve fired, every inch craving touch, warmth, and intimacy.
She pressed herself between them, letting the heat, desire, and love flow.
Kael’s lips brushed hers, soft at first, then deeper, rougher, claiming. Riven’s fingers threaded through hers, gentle, intimate, grounding.
Her body arched, heart racing, wolf roaring, alive with fire, need, and relief.
Minutes passed, or maybe hours. She couldn’t tell. Every touch, every kiss, every glance sent shivers down her spine.
Her body trembled with exhaustion and desire, but also with the raw, human need to feel loved, claimed, and safe.
Kael’s hands roamed along her back, possessive, grounding.
Riven’s fingers brushed over her cheek, jaw, and neck, soft, tender, intimate. Desire, love, and relief collided in impossible knots, leaving her trembling, gasping, alive in ways she hadn’t known she could feel.
“You don’t have to hide anymore,” Kael murmured, lips brushing her hair. “Not from me. Not from him. Not from yourself.”
Riven’s green eyes glimmered, hand pressing lightly to her chest, steady, intimate. “We’re here. All of us. You can let go. Trust us.”
Selene shivered, body alive with heat and need. She leaned into Kael, felt his dominance, his fire, his claim.
Then she leaned into Riven, felt his warmth, his steadiness, his protection. Her wolf growled softly, satisfied but still hungry, alive with desire and tension.
“I… I can’t believe this,” she whispered, voice trembling. “I… I’m alive. And I have both of you.”
Kael’s golden eyes softened, lips brushing her temple. “You’ve earned it,” he murmured. “Every bit of it.”
Riven’s hand brushed along hers, green eyes full of warmth and fire. “And we’ll stay with you,” he said softly. “Through every fire, every battle, every night.”
The three of them moved together through the day, healing, resting, and exploring the closeness that had built over weeks of fire, danger, and desire.
They laughed softly at small jokes, shared intimate touches, and leaned into one another in ways that built trust and comfort.
At one point, Selene lay between them on a blanket outside the compound. The sun warmed her skin, but so did their hands, their presence, their claim.
Kael’s fingers pressed lightly to her back, Riven’s fingers intertwined with hers, their warmth and fire colliding, grounding, claiming.
She pressed her lips to Kael’s shoulder briefly, felt the tension in his muscles ease under her touch.
Then she kissed Riven’s cheek softly, feeling his warmth, his heart, steadying her, grounding her.
Her wolf purred softly, satisfied but still restless.
Desire and tension simmered beneath the surface, alive, ready for the night to come.
When evening fell, they gathered again, bodies close, touching, claiming, and teasing.
Playful kisses turned to more intimate touches, hands tracing paths along skin, teasing, exploring, claiming.
Selene gasped softly as Kael’s hands pressed firmly to her waist, while Riven’s fingers traced along her arm, shoulder, and jaw, soft, intimate, grounding.
“I’ve never… felt like this,” she whispered, voice trembling. “Like… fully alive. Fully wanted. Fully… mine and ours.”
Kael’s lips brushed hers again, deep, rough, claiming. “You’re everything,” he murmured. “And we’ll never let you forget it.”
Riven pressed his forehead to hers, green eyes glimmering. “And we’ll always be here,” he whispered. “Always. Together.”
Selene’s wolf howled softly inside her, body shivering, heart racing. Desire, love, tension—they were all alive, impossible to separate, impossible to deny.
She pressed herself to both of them, letting them hold her, claim her, desire her. Her body ached in every nerve, every inch, every pulse.
They moved together through the night, exploring intimacy and pleasure, trust and care. Every touch, every kiss, every whispered word built connection and closeness, deepening their bond.
The world outside faded, leaving only fire, warmth, desire, and love.
By the end of the night, Selene lay between them, trembling, heart racing, wolf purring softly, alive and fully claimed.
Kael’s hand rested possessively on her back, Riven’s fingers intertwined with hers, warmth and fire colliding, grounding, claiming.
“I… I love this,” she whispered softly, voice trembling. “Being… with both of you. Like this. Safe. Wanted. Alive.”.
Kael’s lips brushed her temple. “And you always will be,” he murmured, voice low, rough.
Riven’s green eyes softened, hand brushing along hers. “Always,” he said softly. “We’ll never let go.”
Selene’s chest heaved, body trembling, heart racing.
For the first time, she felt truly alive—desired, safe, loved, claimed. Bound by fire, desire, and love, she finally understood… this was home..
And no one, no threat, no rogue army, no fear… could ever take it away.
