Inside the van, Landon, Nick, and Knox traveled amidst tense silence, surrounded by the darkness of the night concealing the destination of the Cassian brothers, Dorian, and Kane. Each of the mysterious men had a defined role in that shadowy plot.
Landon, impatient, sat near the passenger window. He looked at Knox, who was at the wheel, and asked, with a hint of irritation in his voice, “Knox, how much longer until we reach Cheyenne, Wyoming?”
Knox, the driver, without taking his eyes off the dark road, replied curtly, “Long enough for you to shut up, Landon.”
Nick, the man between Landon and Knox, intervened, “Knox, when are we stopping for a stretch?”
Knox, firm in his decision, asserted, “We're not stopping. The boss was clear. No stops. We need to keep an eye on the boys and can't lose sight of them.”
Landon, observing the road through the window, murmured, “This way, the boys will arrive dehydrated. They're just kids.”
Knox looked at Landon disdainfully. “Believe me, Landon, these boys are not just kids.”
Nick, looking at Landon, added, “Knox is right, man. I heard things happen to these kids that have no logical explanation. They're different, special.”
The van continued its nocturnal journey, cutting through the darkness with its headlights. What awaited the Cassian brothers, Dorian, and Kane in Cheyenne, Wyoming, was a mystery to unravel.

The full moon bathed Cheyenne, Wyoming, in its intense blue glow, creating a somber scene as the van advanced toward its destination. Landon, Nick, and Knox were upfront, eager for the outcome of their mission.
Landon, in the passenger seat, smiled and commented, “Finally.”
Nick, beside him, agreed, “This was the easiest money we've made.”
Knox, the driver, warned, “Don't get too excited yet. We still need to get to the location.”
The van reached an isolated area of Cheyenne, revealing an abandoned industrial site. The headlights illuminated the place, and four men in black awaited. The tallest among them approached when the van stopped.
The tall man, known as Jaden, looking at the men before him, asked, “How was the journey?”
Landon replied with an ironic smile, “Uncomfortable.”
Nick rolled his eyes and added, “But everything went smoothly.”
Jaden, focusing on Knox, asked, “And what about the boys?”
Knox, knowing the importance of maintaining a good relationship with Jaden, replied, “They behaved very well.”
Jaden turned to the three men accompanying him and ordered, “Get the boys.”
Prepared for possible transformations, the henchmen went to the door. Tension hung in the air, fueled by the bluish light of the full moon. However, one of them raised an eyebrow, indicating that something was amiss.
Another henchman signaled for Jaden to approach and said aloud, “Jaden, you need to see this.”
Curious, Jaden approached and questioned, “What is it?”
Jaden's henchman pointed to the open van door and revealed, “The boys aren't here.”
He asked, “What do you mean, not here?”
Jaden stared at the empty door, his impassive expression hiding any surprise he might feel. His eyes narrowed as he looked into the vacant interior of the vehicle. The absence of the triplets cast a shadow of uncertainty over their plans.
“Knox! How the hell did this happen?” Jaden asked, his voice echoing through the deserted area of the abandoned industry. “The orders were clear.”
Knox, Landon, and Nick approached, sharing Jaden's perplexity. The carefully planned situation was slipping out of control. Confusion set in as they tried to understand how the boys had escaped during the journey.
Landon, expressing surprise, exclaimed, “This can't be happening. They're just kids.”
Knox, with a frustrated expression, muttered, “How could they have vanished?”
Nick, scratching his head, suggested, “They couldn't have escaped, could they?”
Knox looked around, evaluating possible escape directions, but nothing indicated where the boys might have gone.
Knox, restless, said, “We have to find them before someone else does.”
Jaden, recovering from the initial surprise, agreed with Knox, “Knox is right. Let's split up and search the surroundings. They can't have gone far.”
The group dispersed, flashlights in hand, entering the dark corridors of the abandoned industry, ready to embark on a hunt for the fugitive triplets, while the full moon continued to cast its light on a night full of mysteries.

Jaden, Knox, Landon, and Nick were now back at the side of the van, frustrated and perplexed by the sudden disappearance of the triplets. The full moon continued to illuminate the scene, but the wolf cubs seemed to have vanished into the shadows of the night.
Landon stated the obvious, saying, “Well, the boys are gone.”
Nick, displaying impatience, rolled his eyes and sarcastically commented, “Bravo, Landon. You've discovered the wheel.”
The situation was slipping out of control, and everyone was anxious for a solution.
Knox, more focused, stared at Jaden and asked, “What else can we do?”
Before Jaden could formulate a response, his phone rang. He checked the caller ID and muttered under his breath, “Damn, it's the boss.”
Knox suggested ignoring it, but Jaden decided to answer. “Speak, boss,” Jaden said, with a hint of apprehension in his voice.
“How are things, Jaden? Have you recovered the kids?” the boss inquired.
Jaden, taking a deep breath, honestly replied, “There's been a problem.”
The boss, with a stern tone, asked, “What happened, Jaden? I was counting on you to bring those kids.”
Jaden sighed before responding, “There's been a setback, boss. It seems the boys managed to escape from the van.”
The boss cursed and demanded immediate explanations, “How the hell did this happen?!”
Jaden, feeling the pressure, replied, “We're investigating, boss. It seems like they vanished into thin air.”
The boss, irritated, insisted, “I want results, Jaden. You promised results.”
Before Jaden could respond, Knox intervened, “Boss, we'll find them. We just need more time.”
The boss grunted and replied, “Time is something we don't have. Find those kids right now, or you all will have serious problems.”
Jaden hung up the phone, feeling the pressure escalate. He looked at Knox, Landon, and Nick and said, “We need to find them. If the boss is dissatisfied, our lives are on the line.”
Landon grumbled, “And how the hell are we going to find them if they vanished into thin air?”
“I don't know, but we need to find them before things get worse,” he declared, leading the team back to the mission of locating the missing triplets.

Maxwell's office was a luxurious sanctuary, with heavy curtains blocking the night light and dark wood furniture echoing his seriousness. The pungent smell of cigars lingered in the air as Maxwell tried to stay calm amid the critical situation.
The door swung open abruptly, making Maxwell jump in his chair. He released a puff of smoke as he faced the man entering. Jeff Jones, the client's representative, exuded an aura of impatience and displeasure.
Maxwell nervously attempted a smile as he greeted Jeff, “Great Jeff Jones, what brings you here today?”
“Maxwell,” said Jeff, carelessly throwing himself into a chair across Maxwell's desk, “I came to see how things are progressing.”
Maxwell tried to smile, but his eyes betrayed latent tension. “Jeff, my friend, everything is under control. The delivery will be made soon. A minor setback, but nothing unmanageable.”
Jeff sneered with disdain. “You've said that for two days. Also, your instructions were clear: the kids and their mother should be off the scene before Halloween.”
Maxwell sighed heavily, aware that he was in trouble. “Jeff, I'm dealing with it. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but I assure you the order will be delivered.”
Jeff shook his head with disgust. “It doesn't matter, Maxwell. You're off the case.”
Maxwell blinked, stunned. “What? Jeff, you can't do that. I promise I'll fix everything.”
Jeff leaned forward, staring at Maxwell seriously. “I received direct orders from our client. It seems he's no longer satisfied with your performance.”
Maxwell widened his eyes, surprised. “What do you mean, Jeff? I'm working hard to fulfill the mission. I just need some more time. You didn't tell me the kids would transform. They've already killed three men.”
Jeff leaned in, his gaze firm. “You've had too much time, Maxwell. We received reports that your men killed the nanny, not the mother. That's unacceptable.”
Maxwell tried to argue, but Jeff cut him off. “You're out. Someone more competent will take over. You've only made a mess here.”
Maxwell's expression hardened. “Who?” he asked, almost whispering.
Jeff smiled ironically. “Someone who knows this kind of work well. Someone who rarely fails.”
Maxwell could feel the weight of the sentence being pronounced against him. “You can't do this. I can fix this. Please, give me another chance.”
Jeff stood up and walked to Maxwell, looked at him, and said, “You had your chance.”
Jeff let out a low laugh and, with a sinister smile, began to transform before Maxwell's incredulous eyes. His body cracked and twisted as dark fur emerged everywhere. His human form gave way to a werewolf.
Maxwell widened his eyes at the supernatural sight before him. The room filled with the intimidating presence of Jeff now in his true lupine form. Sharp teeth and shining eyes made it clear that Jeff was much more than he appeared.
Before Maxwell could articulate another word, Jeff advanced with supernatural speed, lunging at Maxwell in the blink of an eye. The black werewolf bared its sharp fangs and, without hesitation, attacked, completing the task he came to perform.
Silence took over the office, interrupted only by Maxwell's screams that quickly ceased. Jeff, now back in his human form, cleaned his claws and looked at Maxwell's motionless body. Jeff's mission, for now, was accomplished.
