Chapter 111 He’s not your daddy
Molly’s POV
I never knew Gianni to be weak, but Octavia must have something on him. Whatever it was, made Gianni kowtow to her demands, which upset me and Roger.
After tucking Roger into bed and reading him a bedtime story, I lay beside him. He asked softly, “Mom, you won’t leave dad because of that woman, will you?”
Knowing Octavia was just a jealous bitch, I reassured him, “No. Adults have misunderstandings, but we always work through them.”
If Gianni said he never slept with her, then I believe him but whatever she said to have made him change his mind, made me afraid.
“Thank you, Molly,” Roger said, embracing me before falling asleep. Despite my efforts, I couldn't sleep, and suddenly the door opened.
“Who’s there?” I whispered, not wanting to wake Roger.
“Can we talk?” Gianni's voice came from the doorway. I felt the need to talk with him, so I stood up, kissed Roger on the forehead, and left his room.
“Sure, let’s go,” I replied. I noticed Gianni had showered but wondered why he shamelessly came in his boxer shorts.
In his room, exhaustion hit me, but I needed a quick shower. “Just give me a few minutes.” I didn't want to fall asleep without showering. After I finished, he pinned me against the wall, and the towel fell from my midsection.
Despite my anger, my body responded to his closeness. “Gianni, I’m not in the mood,” I said. He chuckled, kissed me, and sucked on my hardened nipple, making me restrain a moan.
We hadn't been intimate in a while, and my body craved it. His actions quickened my breathing as he pinned my hand above me and kissed my neck.
“Seducing me won't solve the problem,” I pointed out. He chuckled and pulled away.
Sitting on the bed, his expression dulled. “Roger isn’t my biological son, but I don’t know how to tell him,” he revealed, causing my heart to sink.
“What?” I couldn't believe it, but it made sense. He had mentioned never having sex with Octavia, which answered the question.
“Wait, so was that the reason you agreed for her to stay? Is she blackmailing you?" I asked.
"She wants to tell Roger, and I know she’s hoping to use that opportunity to take him from me, but I won’t allow it," he said seriously, lost in thought.
I had never met a man who loved so relentlessly. He loved Roger like his real son, so I understood why the information affected him deeply.
"Roger loves you, and I don’t think anything would change if he finds out the truth. He calls me mom, not because I gave birth to him, but because I love and care for him," I pointed out, seeing light shine in his eyes.
"You are right. Roger is too smart for something like that," he agreed, and I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. "So where were we?" I removed his boxer shorts and sat on his already erect manhood, allowing the pleasure to shoot through my body as our moans blended together.
This revelation increased my respect for him, and I felt like making him the happiest man in the world. If he hadn't informed me, I would have never known.
We ended up waking up late due to the drama from the night before and the number of rounds we had, causing us to skip our workout. Octavia joined us during breakfast.
"Vanni, I hope I can join you to the office," she said with a sly smile. I didn't want her to join us because I was going to the studio. Her presence would make her privy to my movements, which I didn't want.
"Dad, remember mom’s schedule for the day," Roger reminded him. I playfully kissed him on the nose, causing a spill of milk he was bringing to his mouth over his chin, which I licked clean.
"You're a super boy. I'm glad you always have my back," I said, embracing him.
"Don’t worry. In the future, I will take great care of you," he said seriously, touching my heart. Octavia looked upset and blurted out. Roger is my son, so I am demanding visitation rights."
Gianni fell silent, while Roger stared at his mother defiantly. "Never. I will never let you get close to me. Do you think you can use me to win Daddy's heart?"
His words surprised everyone. Although it was evident that Octavia desired Gianni, I never expected someone as young as Roger to also notice it.
Octavia, greatly upset, lost control of her tongue and declared, "He's not your daddy." Roger was stunned, and the look in his eyes unsettled me.
However, it was Gianni's sorrowful gaze that concerned me the most as Roger asked him, "Dad, what is this mad woman talking about?"
