Olivia chimed in, "Guys always have a knack for cheating."
Suddenly, she remembered something and snatched the coffee from Sarah's hand, scolding, "Mrs. Windsor, you're pregnant! How can you drink this? It's bad for the baby."

When Oliver wrapped up his work and came back to the bedroom, he saw Sarah leaning against the headboard, flipping through a book.

His voice was equally gentle, "Do you think I'm old?"
Sarah didn't say anything. She gently leaned into the crook of his shoulder. Her face was small, and that spot seemed made just for her. They stayed silent for a long time.
After a while, he gently touched her belly and said softly, "Sarah, let's live well from now on."
Sarah tightened her arms around his neck, her voice muffled, "Okay!"
The autumn air grew thicker. In the blink of an eye, it was the wedding day of the wealthy man's son.
Ellie got up early, dressed up, and changed into a pure white dress. She had to get to the church before 10 AM and stun everyone with her high-end outfit.
She wanted everyone to know that she was better than Sarah, that she was more suited to be Mrs. Windsor.

When Ellie came to, she was on the operating table, already in surgical clothes.
Above her, the lights were blinding. The anesthetist held a thick syringe.
The surgeon, masked with only his eyes visible, spoke coldly, "Ms. Johnson, you were in a severe car accident. We need to amputate your lower limbs and remove your uterus."
Ellie's eyes widened in horror at the sight of the large needle.
She was just dizzy, but the doctor said they needed to amputate her limbs and remove her uterus.
