Susie's breathing was becoming unsteady, her eyes glazed as she stared at Matt.
"You're still trying to seduce me even now."
Matt gripped Susie's waist hard, increasing the force below.
"No!" Susie cried out without restraint, even forgetting about the men in the lounge.
Gian deliberately covered his ears. "I think if I keep listening, I'm going to react, too."
Somme pulled out his phone, looking serious as he searched. "I think I should look up some recipes now, get our boss some nutritious food. Better yet, hire a professional chef, or something's bound to go wrong sooner or later."
The men chatted and laughed, listening to this captivating, beautiful music.
It lasted a full hour.
"Seems like Matt isn't just good at fighting," Somme looked at Gian.
Gian finally took his hands away from his ears.
"That's for sure," Gian took a sip of coffee from his cup and got up, walking toward the fridge.
"I think I need some ice right now to cool down."
Gian said, turning to look at Somme. "You need some too?"
"I think you're right. I want my coffee cup filled with ice to calm my burning heart."
At that moment, Susie, by the pillar, was slowly sliding down against it.
Just before her body touched the ground, Matt scooped her into his arms.
"My little wildcat, weren't you so capable just now? What's wrong, feeling weak now?"
Hearing Matt's teasing, Susie didn't dare say anything.
She blinked at Matt. "So, can you take me to our bathroom now?"
"Don't worry, I'll personally wash you clean." Matt grinned mischievously.
But even knowing Matt had other intentions, Susie had no strength to resist.
She just wrapped her arms around Matt's neck from behind, leaning against him, letting Matt carry her toward the bedroom.
Those exquisite, beautiful high heels were left on the balcony.
In the huge bedroom, hot water from the faucet was running.
Misty steam enveloped the entire room, creating an intimate atmosphere.
"I don't think I have the strength to stand under the faucet," Susie pleaded softly with Matt.
"I can also put you in the spacious bathtub."
Matt casually tossed a rose-scented bath bomb into the tub, even sprinkling in plenty of flower petals.
"Have you done this romantic scene for other girls before?"
The warm hot water wrapped tightly around Susie's body.
Only then did Susie feel like she'd come back to life.
She blinked at Matt, seemingly trying to detect any traces of Matt's past.
"What?"
"Did you eat something wrong?"
Matt looked at Susie with a smile.
He didn't seem worried about making her angry. In fact, it seemed like only by annoying her would he have a chance to do it with her again.
Intensely, passionately.
"Of course, I'm just curious. If you don't want to say, you don't have to."
Susie turned her face away, clearly actually angry.
"I don't think you'd believe that a ruthless mafia boss sometimes watches romance dramas. These kinds of scenes are common. I'm someone with really strong learning abilities."
"Really?" Susie was skeptical.
"Are you questioning my learning abilities, or questioning that I'd watch those boring romance dramas?" Matt asked with a smile.
Finally, Susie couldn't help but laugh.
"That's too ridiculous! You actually like these things." Susie blinked at Matt.
She seemed to be re-evaluating the man in front of her.
Susie even felt like she was beginning to peel away the man's disguise bit by bit, seeing the real Matt.
"Do all girls like these brightly colored petals?" Matt stared into Susie's eyes.
The bathroom steam seemed to cover Matt's amber eyes with a thin veil, making them look even more mysterious and attractive.
"I only like sexy men." Susie's palm gently covered Matt's chest.
"I think I'm quite different from most girls." Susie looked at Matt like a cunning little fox.
"You're more special than any other girl." Matt pulled Susie into his arms.
The bottom of the bathtub was very slippery. Susie's sexy bottom had minimal friction and quickly slid right up to Matt.
"I think I might be in some danger now?" Susie gently bit Matt's ear, expressing her concern.
"I think you're absolutely right." Matt reached out, moving his hand from Susie's waist to her chest, gently kneading.
Susie's body seemed to soften, not even having the strength to sit up straight.
Susie stared at Matt with satisfaction.
Her eyes were also covered with a thin layer of mist, looking sexy and alluring.
"I think you really are a little kitten that can't be fed enough." Matt's voice was hoarse.
His body also seemed to become burning hot from Susie's moans.
Even though he was sitting in water, this warm water couldn't extinguish the desire in Matt's body; it could even make the water boil.
"I really can't do it again," Susie begged softly.
"I haven't even had a chance to take a birth control pill yet."
Hearing Susie mention birth control pills, Matt's face showed displeasure.
"I think we've already discussed this issue before. It seems we can stop taking birth control pills. After all, sooner or later, we'll have our own baby, the future heir of the family. I think letting that day come sooner wouldn't be a bad thing."
Matt was now even ridiculously starting to look forward to having a child.
"I don't think I'm ready to take care of a baby yet," Susie said hesitantly.
"I think there's only one thing I'm not ready for, and that's how to endure those difficult ten months."
Matt smiled and bit Susie's ear.
"If that's the case, since neither of us is ready, let's postpone this matter for a while. At least for now, you should let me take an emergency contraceptive pill first."
