Damien's POV
It wasn't easy getting this stubborn mate of mine to comply and come to the mansion with me. She was hard to deal with but also easy at the same time. I love teasing her at every turn, watching her flip out every time I did that.
She sat down in the car as we pulled in. I thought she would be getting down on seeing that the car stopped but she didn't. I knew she was still going to be stubborn no matter what I did.
"What's wrong with you now? Are you going to camp out in this car?" I asked her.
"Why the hell would you bring me to your pack? I'm not from here! I have no business with you anymore!"
She sounded so angry that I could see invisible smoke coming out of her ears. She was not want to be with me so badly that she is trying to do everything to get away from me. Well, that's too bad because she won't be able to do that. No matter what,
"I brought you to our home. What do you think I'm doing?"
She looked at me with disgust. "This is not my home. This is your pack, not mine."
I shrugged. "Well, you're going to be my lunar soon, so you should get used to it."
"Of course not you, Jack. I'm not getting used to anything." She shouted, finally getting out of the car. "I'm definitely not listening to you and I'm getting out of here."
I didn't do anything else but smile. I know it's not going to be easy for her to get out of here without my orders. This is my territory which is going to be her home soon.
"You know you're in the Flaming Moon Park territory. It's not going to be easy for you to get out of here alive. Are you sure you want to leave without me?" I asked as she headed towards the gate, which was still very far from where we are.
She scoffed, "What exactly are you trying to do? Are you going to make your man confine me again or what? I'm telling you no. I'm not going to get married to you."
"I already have my wolf so you have no leverage against me. That was the only reason I agreed to be with you anyway. Don't you understand you make me so mad?"
Those words made me very angry. She was the only one who could speak to me in such a manner that she feels no fear but then again she's my Luna and I'm going to cut her the slack because of that. It's not like I can do anything to her anyways.
"Let's go inside first and stop this." I urged her, trying to take her hand which she refused.
I didn't know what else to think of at the moment. So I decided to make an excuse of having a discussion with her just to make her stay. Though I could just try something to force her, I didn't feel like doing it at the moment.
"I need to talk to you." I stated. "I get that you're very stubborn but you shouldn't do it out here. My people are all watching you and they won't like use treating their alpha like this."
"Are you seriously threatening me? Why are you so shameless?" She fired at me.
I nodded, "Maybe I am. I need to talk to you and it's very important."
She didn't say anything for a while and I knew deep inside her she was thinking of 100 ways to kill me. It's not the first time I'm having someone plot against me but it's always funny to see her try so hard and fail.
"I'm going inside myself. I don't need you to help me." She said and finally walked in.
When we got inside, she immediately took a seat on the couch. I guess this place felt like home to her even though she always argues about not being comfortable around me. She's already used to staying in my house and treated this place as her home.
Since it's like this, I'm going to invite her over these days just to get her into liking this place more. I took a seat on the opposite side of the couch while she stared at me. I've been thinking of some things since she told me she got a wolf. Even though it's visibly clear she got her wolf, I still can't end out the kind of wolf she has.
I am the most powerful of all the werewolves. It's not usually hard for me to know the kind of rank that other wolves have based on their scent and strength. However, this time around I can't believe that I have a hard time finding out thr kind of what she is.
"What did you want to talk about? You've been quiet since we came in and you've only been staring at me what are you scheming again? This time, I'm not going to let your plans work!" She warned me.
"As long as I'm here, I won't let you try anything else against me or my family. I'm telling you right now, no matter what I won't be with you! I'd rather be dead."
I banged the table beside me in anger. I've been trying so hard to hold in my temper but she knows how to bring the other side of me out so much. She hates me to the extent of rather being dead instead of being with me? Does she think I would ever let anything like that happen?
"Do you hate being with me so much? I've done everything to keep you by my side but you keep saying this to me." I asked her.
She rolled her eyes, "I hope you can stop acting in front of me because you don't need it. I know you don't like me I need to the same thing for me. You already told me I was just a play thing you were using to pass time."
"You're just passing time while that was actually my first time and you know it I'm not even experienced in this thing yet I had to become someone's play thing. And it was even my mate. Am I supposed to like someone like that?"
I could hear the pain coming from her. She sounded so mad and I did realize that whatever I did hurt her lot which is why she hates me badly. How do I fix this mess? She's the only way to cure myself of this mess that I'm in which is limiting my power and also making me unable to control myself. She's the only one who can save me and I can't let her go.
