Chapter 10
I realized he was waiting for an answer when he raised a brow, and quickly blurted, “Yes, sir.”
He petted my head with one hand, then stroked my short beard. He gripped the hairs on my chin and tugged, and the bite of pain, subtle though it was, made my knees shake.
“Good cub,” he repeated, and dear gods did I love hearing that from him. It filled me with a sense of warmth, that praise. “Take off your clothes, fold them, and place them on top of the dresser.”
My hands shook as he stepped back, giving me room to do as he instructed. Trey sat on the edge of the bed, knees spread, and never took his gaze off me as I undressed. I couldn’t look at him, and I wasn’t particularly graceful or provocative as I removed my clothes. I folded each piece as I removed it and set it on the long, low dresser that was the same dark wood as his headboard. Finally, I was down to just my boxers, and I had to take a deep breath before I pushed them off my hips. I was only half hard, and I had to fight the urge to cover myself with my hands when I was done. But somehow I didn’t think he’d like that, so I just stood there, shivering, and stared at a spot past his left shoulder.
“Oh, look at how beautiful you are, cub.” His voice held a reverence I didn’t feel I deserved.
“Too skinny,” I muttered, still unable to meet his gaze.
“Do not contradict me,” he barked, and I dropped my gaze to my feet, shoulders sagging. “If I say you’re beautiful, you are.”
“Yes, sir,” I mumbled.
“Come kneel right here.” Trey pointed to the spot between his spread legs. I moved, jerky and uncoordinated, but managed to do as he asked. On my knees, with my posture ramrod straight, my head came up to his belly. I had the insane urge to lay my head there, breath him in and feel his abs beneath my cheek, but I didn’t dare do anything he didn’t tell me to do.
“Look at me, cub.”
I lifted my gaze and sucked in a breath at the wicked gleam in his eye. But it wasn’t devious or harmful. It was all sex and want and appreciation, and my heart started to pound as my blood surged. He was looking at me like he wanted to eat me.
“Before we go further, I need to know if you have any hard limits.”
I crinkled my brow. “Hard limits?”
Trey nodded. “Is there anything you absolutely are not comfortable with? We aren’t going too far today, but I need to know if there’s something you don’t want.”
Something in me calmed and settled. I knew some from my reading online, but I’d always been too scared of getting caught for me to look too much into it. And I couldn’t think of anything that I wouldn’t do for him, if he asked. Except…
“Please don’t touch my feet, sir.”
His eyes widened in surprised. “Your feet?”
“Yes. I…” I didn’t know how to say it, but I was really averse to having my feet touched. It made me uncomfortable and a little grossed out. I shuddered. “Please, sir. Anything ankle down is off limits. I don’t like it.”
“All right,” he said slowly. “Not a problem. Anything else?
“I—um. I don’t think so? But I can say ‘red’ or ‘yellow’ if you do something that doesn’t feel right, yeah?”
“Absolutely. Any time. And I will never, everbe upset with you for using your safe words. Do you understand me?”
“Yes, sir.” I blew out a relieved breath. Because there was one hundred percent truth in his words, I felt it down to my bones. And I’d been worrying about that. The little part in the back of my brain niggling that if I didn’t do what he asked, if I tried to stop it, he’d be mad. Or punish me. But I knew now he would listen and respect my wishes, and I settled further, knowing for sure this was what I wanted. Feeling more at peace, I straighten my posture again and waited for him to give me a command. To tell me to do something, anything. Trey sucked in a breath.
“Do you have any idea how good you look right now, on your knees for me? I have half a mind to keep you there permanently. Always ready to suck my cock.” I licked my lips at his words, and his grin turned feral. “You like the sound of that, don’t you?”
“Yes, sir.” It came out sounding more like a whimper, and I surprised myself, not even knowing I could sound like that. Judging by the groan he let out, Trey liked it. And that did more to make me comfortable than I expected.
