Chapter 81
Nina’s POV
The pink Lamborghini purred through the gates. Snow crunched under the tires. The mansion rose up ahead like a dark mountain. Bigger than the three bodyguards’ place. Not as huge as the island they talked about once, but still massive. White stone walls. Tall windows glowing gold. Black Mercedes lined the driveway like soldiers. Their dark paint stood sharp against the snow and the pink car. Security men stood everywhere. Black coats. Earpieces. Rifles slung low. Eyes followed the car the whole way in.
Sabina killed the engine. Stepped out. Heavy white fur jacket over her shoulders. Underneath almost nothing. Just thin black lace that barely covered anything. She looked like she owned the night itself.
Nina climbed out too. Heels sank into snow a little. Cold bit her bare legs. She pulled the torn silver skirt down. Tried to look calm. Followed Sabina inside.
The house smelled like cedar and expensive candles. Wooden floors. High ceilings. Earthy colors. Warm lights. It felt peaceful. Almost cozy. But Nina knew better. Peaceful places could hide the worst things.
Sabina walked straight to a bar cart. Poured whiskey into a crystal glass. Took a shot. Lit a cigarette. Smoke curled up slow.
“Wine?” she asked.
Nina shook her head. “No thank you.”
Sabina smiled. Small. Took another shot. Then another. Cigarette glowed red between her fingers.
“Come up,” she said.
Nina followed her up wide stairs. Heart pounding louder with every step. They went into a bedroom. Simple compared to the rest of the house. White bed sheets. White pillows. Big window looking out at snow. Nothing fancy. Nothing that screamed danger. But Nina felt it anyway.
Sabina sat on the edge of the bed. Crossed her legs. Took a long drag on the cigarette. Watched Nina the whole time.
“This is more peaceful,” she said. Voice soft. Tired. “Come here.”
Nina stepped closer. Knees still hurt from the fall. Blood dried stiff on her skin.
Sabina looked at her a long time. Eyes slow. Taking everything in.
“What are you waiting for? Strip.”
Nina’s stomach twisted. She looked at Sabina. Then at the door. Then back.
Sabina snapped her fingers.
Two men came in. Big. Quiet. Faces blank.
They walked straight to Nina. Grabbed the straps of her silver top. Pulled. Fabric ripped. Cool air hit her skin. She gasped. Tried to cover herself. They didn’t stop. Hands moved fast. Skirt next. Body chain yanked off. Pasties peeled away. She stood naked except for the diamond waist beads she still wore. Hidden money. Survival. Just in case.
She couldn’t shout. Couldn’t fight. She came here herself. Walked into this. Hoping it would be worth it. Hoping she would find something. Hoping the boys would hear everything through the necklace and earrings.
Her heart slammed so hard she thought it would break.
“Leave her shoes on,” Sabina said. Voice calm. Eyes locked on Nina’s breasts. Perky. Pale. Nipples hard from cold and fear. Reddish. Tight.
One guard checked her jewelry. Necklace. Earrings. Felt around the waist beads. Sabina waved her hand.
“It’s okay. Leave them. You can all go.”
The men left. Door closed soft.
Sabina stood up. Dropped the fur jacket. Stood in just the black lace. Body perfect. Skin smooth. Cigarette still burning between her fingers.
“Come here,” she said. “Strip me.”
Nina’s hands shook. But she stepped forward. Reached for the lace straps. Pulled slow. Lace slid down. Sabina’s breasts came free. Full. Dark nipples. Nina kept her eyes down. Focused on the fabric. Tried to look around the room without being obvious. Nothing strange. Just a nightstand. Lamp. A customized wallet. And a gun. Black. Small. Lying right beside it.
Nina’s fingers froze for half a second.
Before she could move, Sabina’s hand caught her waist. Pulled her close. Mouth closed over Nina’s nipple. Warm. Wet. Tongue flicked once. Then sucked gentle.
Nina startled. Whole body locked. Breath caught in her throat.
She froze.
