Chapter 64 Anger

Chapter 64 Anger
Anna's POV

Our eyes locked as he pushed inside me in one slow, relentless thrust. The stretch burned in the most delicious way.

I was so wet that he slid deep easily, filling me completely.

We both groaned at the sensation.
He started moving—deep, measured strokes that hit every sensitive spot inside me. My legs wrapped around his waist instinctively, pulling him closer.

The sounds of skin against skin, my moans, and his low growls filled the luxurious suite.

“Fuck, Anna,” he rasped, pace quickening. “So tight. So perfect for me.”

Pleasure coiled tighter and tighter. His hand slipped between us, thumb circling my clit as he drove into me harder.

I came again, clenching around him, my nails digging into his back.

Only then did he let go, thrusting deep one final time as he spilled inside me with a guttural groan.

We collapsed together, breathing hard, bodies slick with sweat and oil.

Xavier brushed damp strands of hair from my face, his expression strangely soft for a moment.
“My wife,” he said again, this time almost reverently.

I didn’t answer. I couldn’t. My body was still humming, my mind spinning with confusion and unwanted satisfaction. I had kissed him back at the altar.

I had moaned his name. I had come apart beneath him twice.
And worst of all… a part of me already wanted more.

The next morning came too quickly.
I woke up tangled in expensive sheets, my body deliciously sore in places I didn’t want to think about.

Xavier was already dressed in a crisp black shirt, standing by the window with a cup of coffee in his hand. He looked every bit the powerful Don he was.

“Get dressed,” he said without turning around. “We’re going back to the mansion. I have business to handle.”

I sat up, pulling the sheet over my bare breasts. “Just like that? No ‘good morning, wife’? No discussion about what happened last night?”

He finally turned, his dark eyes sweeping over me with clear possession. “Good morning, wife,” he replied, a smirk playing on his lips. “You moaned my name three times last night. I think we both know exactly what happened. Now get up. We leave in twenty minutes.”

Heat rushed to my face. I hated how easily he could make me blush. “You’re unbelievable.”

“And you’re mine now,” he said simply, setting the cup down. “Legally and in every other way that matters. Don’t fight it, Anna. It will only make things harder for you.”

I didn’t reply. What was there to say? I had kissed him back at the altar. I had begged under his hands and mouth.

My body had betrayed me completely, and the worst part was that some traitorous part of me didn’t regret it.

The drive back to the mansion was quiet. Xavier kept one hand on the steering wheel, the other occasionally resting on my thigh.

Every time I tried to shift away, he squeezed gently in warning.

When we arrived, I slipped inside quickly, hoping to avoid everyone. Especially Lucas. My heart twisted at the thought of him.

How was I supposed to face him after last night? I had slept with his stepbrother—his boss—barely twenty-four hours after being forced into this sham of a marriage.

I felt dirty. Guilty. Confused.
I spent the next hour hiding in my new room, trying to process everything. The ache between my legs was a constant reminder.

Xavier’s touch, his voice growling my name, the way he had looked at me when he came inside me… I shook my head hard. Stop it, Anna.

A sharp knock on the door made me jump.
“Anna?” Lucas’s voice. Low. Strained.
I opened the door slowly.

He stood there, handsome as always, but his eyes were red-rimmed and stormy.
“Lucas… I—”

“He told me,” Lucas cut in, stepping inside and closing the door behind him. His voice was dangerously quiet. “Xavier just informed me that he cancelled the original wedding plans. Said he decided to marry you yesterday while everyone was sleeping. Like it was nothing. Like you were just another business deal he closed.”

I swallowed hard. “Lucas, I didn’t—”

“Did you fuck him?” he asked bluntly, eyes boring into mine.

The question hit like a slap. I looked away, unable to hold his gaze. The silence stretched between us, heavy and damning.

“You did,” he whispered, voice cracking. “Last night. On your wedding night. With him.”

“Lucas, please… it’s complicated. I didn’t plan any of this. He—”

“He what?” Lucas stepped closer, his breathing ragged. “He forced you? Did he rape you, Anna? Tell me the truth.”

I shook my head quickly. “No. He didn’t force me. Not… like that. But I didn’t have a choice in the marriage. You know that.”
