Chapter four

The kiss was bruising but passionate. Hours seemed to go by before they pulled back.

“I should go,” Lulah whispered breathlessly. Keaton’s lips found hers again. He kissed her deeper as if he was trying to devour her.

Pulling back, breathing hard, he spoke, “Do you really want to go?” Lulah shook her head, eyes focused on his chest. He took her chin in his hand and lifted her face so their eyes met. “Bunny, I need to hear you say it. Do you want to leave?”

“No. No, I don’t.” Lulah took the initiative this time, pressing her chest against his. With a moan, he put his arms around her, lifting her. She immediately wrapped her legs around his waist. He stood and backed them against the wall, pushing her skirt up. His hands grasped her thighs, holding her open for him. Lulah let out a whine, causing him to grind his erection against her center.

Tugging her mouth away, Lulah cried, “Oh my god.”

Turning his attention to her neck, Keaton left open-mouth kisses up to her ear where he whispered, “Are you wet for me, Bunny?” He laid another soft kiss on her neck.

Lulah gave a shaky nod.

“Use your words.” He gave her a jostle, pushing her firmer into the wall. He yanked her underwear to one side as his fingers ran through her folds.

“Shh-it,” Lulah stuttered.

“Mm-hmm.” He slipped a finger inside. “You’re dripping.” Then another one. The moan that escaped her was loud but smothered as he kissed her lips again. His fingers stroked her insides as his tongue tangled with hers. The underwear, still in his grasp, gave way, ripping.

“Keaton…”

“Tell me,” he pumped his fingers faster.

“Please.”

“Please, what?”

She whimpered desperately.

“What did I say? Use your words.”

“I want…” The craving was intense, but so was her embarrassment, which only made her more aroused. His fingers stilled.

“What do you want? Tell me, and I’ll give it to you.”

“I want you,” she ran her fingers through his hair. “I-I need…you.”

The sound of a zipper was her only warning. They locked eyes as he pushed inside, taking her breath away.

“Bunny?” he caressed her cheek, “Tallulah, breathe, baby.” She exhaled. He slowly withdrew and thrust again.

Her mouth fell open; no sound came out. He found his rhythm and set a pace. Her climax hit unexpectedly, causing her to pull at his hair.

“Fuck! You’re so sensitive.” He sped up the tempo. Her bare backside continuously bumped against the wall.

“Yes. Yes, yes,” Lulah wept into his shoulder.

He walked them back to the bed. “I’m not through yet.”

Keaton pushed her legs wider, driving himself deeper. Lulah gasped, fingers digging into his shoulders. A tingle began at her toes before traveling up like a streak of lightning as her second climax took hold. She was pulled in tight to his chest as he found his own. Cradled in his arms, Lulah went limp, his head nestled in the crook of her neck.

Lulah awoke, hating herself for having yet another erotic dream about Keaton. Having yet to confess her feelings, her subconscious was on a rampage. Ugh, her head hurt, as did her behind. Lulah pushed her face into the pillow, groaning. A strong arm encircled her waist, and she froze.

“You okay, Bunny?”

She turned fast, causing her to wince. Keaton lay there bare-chested, the sheets dangerously low on his hips. She quickly averted her eyes.

“How are you feeling? I wasn’t too rough with you, was I?”

Lulah turned to him fully, her muscles protesting in the best way. “No. I liked it.”

He gave her his memorable smile before pulling her into his arms. His hands dived under the covers to rub soothing circles on her cheeks. “Your ass is gonna be smarting for a bit.” He gave a squeeze.

She moaned, wriggling. “Keaton…”

“You finally admitted it. How about another round?”

“---lah…Lulah? Tallulah!” Roz raised her voice.

“What?” Lulah asked, half dazed. She took in her surroundings. They were at an upscale tapas bar. Roz looked at her questionly. “Sorry. What were you saying?”

“I asked if you wanted another round. Of drinks?” Roz emphasized with the raise of her empty glass.

“Yes, please.” Lulah downed the contents in her glass.

“Something on your mind?”

“Writing. As always.”

“That’s not it. I mean, it is, but it’s not all.”

“I’m regretting saying yes to Lizzie.”

“Weren’t you just telling me you were excited to go back?” A waiter, clad in nothing but black hot pants, brought more drinks, taking away the used glasses. “Thank you,” Roz said.

“‘Excited’ was not the word I used. Besides, you can never go back, only forward.”

Roz placed her drink back on the table. “Girl, something is bothering you. I know you.”

Lulah rolled her eyes, snatched a meatball, and popped it into her mouth. She reached for a couple of olives and did the same. She went to reach for the dried apricots, but Roz tapped her hand lightly.

“If you don’t want to say it, I’ll say it for you. You’re nervous about seeing Keaton.”

“Yes. I shouldn’t be, but I am.”

“Who says?”

“Huh?”

“It’s perfectly natural to be nervous when you haven’t seen a,” She looked at Lulah, unsure, “friend…in a long time. It’s been, what, five years?”

Lulah nodded. “It seems like yesterday we were right next to each other.”

“This is the one you mentioned the other day.” Roz divined. “The one you fell in love with. The one who introduced you to the lifestyle?”

“He didn’t introduce me. We learned about it together. It was what we both needed. And the fact we both were interested made it so easy.”

“So, what went wrong?”

“There are rules. Important rules that, when ignored, people get hurt. Us being so new and so young in the lifestyle, it’s a wonder things didn’t go wrong earlier.”

“Maybe this is what you need. You get there and have a talk. Get closure.”

“Sometimes not getting closure is closure.”

Roz shook her head A woman in a leather bodice and a red riding crop stepped on stage across the bar. “Hello, beauties. You are in for a treat tonight. We have one of our favorite couples ready to play for us. Are you ready?” The gathering audience chimed back loudly, “Yes!”

Roz clapped excitedly with all the rest. Lulah suddenly felt very claustrophobic.

“No,” Lulah responded quietly. “I’m not.” She stood gathering her coat and handbag.

Roz got to her feet, “You okay?”

Lulah gave a small nod, “I’m gonna go. You’ll be okay by yourself?”

“I’ll be fine. Text me later.”

She quickly kissed Roz on the cheek before leaving.

Once home she went to her bathroom to get ready for bed. She turned the taps on the tub adding essential oils. Her appearance had her taking a second look. She was flawless in her sheer lace bodysuit, thigh-high satin black boots, matching long gloves, and bunny ears. Her face, though beautifully made up, was full of loneliness.

Lulah undressed before settling into the tub. Relaxed, she let herself dive beneath the frothy water.
