"Have you ever had sex with a man?"
As night fell, Rosalind Ruell, on a business trip and slightly intoxicated, should have retired for the evening. However, Tilda Walters' words echoed persistently in her mind, like a surround sound system.
Tilda had said, "The experience of intimacy is indescribable. While you're young, find a handsome man and explore it. If you can't find one, explore yourself. Don't be shy, I have a collection of adult films that can open new doors for you!"
Rosalind couldn't recall her response.
Lying on the hotel bed, her flushed face reflecting the effects of alcohol, her long hair spread out like algae...
Approaching her twenty-sixth birthday, she was already an adult woman. Yet, she had never had a boyfriend, never experienced a first kiss, let alone anything more intimate.
Actually, this wasn't the first time Tilda had brought it up. She had been joking about it for a while now, but today, her words unexpectedly awakened a desire within Rosalind. Restless from the alcohol, sleep eluded her.
Turning over, she sensed an impending eruption and sat up.
Unconsciously licking her slightly dry lips, she reached for her phone. Her impaired vision, a result of alcohol and removed contact lenses, made it difficult to see the screen clearly.
In a haze, she tapped on Tilda's chat avatar:
"Send me some movies, I want to watch."
The response came swiftly:
"?"
Rosalind furrowed her brow, emboldened by the alcohol:
"Stop pretending! A man or a movie, I'm in room 1501~"
She even added a red lips emoji at the end.
After sending the message, Rosalind waited for a long time without a reply. Just as she was about to get out of bed to get some water, the doorbell rang-
Without much thought, she made her way to the door.
After all, Tilda couldn't possibly have arranged for a man to come over in the middle of the night, right?!
Besides, Tilda didn't even know which hotel she was in.
When Rosalind opened the door, half of her drunkenness evaporated instantly.
"Mr. Walters?"
He appeared freshly showered, his damp short hair still dripped water. Clad in a dark silk robe, loosely tied at the waist, a tattoo of several black numbers peeked from his sunken collarbone.
Her gaze trailed downward, vaguely catching sight of abdominal muscles disappearing into a V-line.
His tall and slender frame almost filled the doorway entirely.
His handsome face, partially obscured in the darkness, no longer carried its usual indifference. Instead, his eyes stared at her like a long-lurking beast.
"You were looking for me... mmph!"
Before she could finish her sentence, she felt his hands firmly grasp her head, silencing her.
Rosalind tasted the alcohol on his lips, different from her own but blending together...
Dizzy and disoriented, she was pressed onto the bed. Her white nightgown subtly accentuated her curves, igniting imagination and filling the room with a passionate aura.
Ulric Walters was clearly intoxicated, otherwise, how could the president of Prosperity Holdings find himself in his assistant's room?
Instinctively struggling for a moment, Rosalind suddenly stopped. On second thought, giving her first time to such a handsome and affluent man wasn't a loss!
He wouldn't remember who she was anyway, just like he didn't remember that she had been his middle school classmate and even his desk mate for nearly a year.
Just a one-night stand.
Her superior at the company seldom had the opportunity to meet Mr. Walters, let alone someone of her position. Even if she slept with Ulric, no one would believe it.
After contemplating for a few seconds, under the moonlit glow streaming through the window, she summoned the courage to raise her hand and hook it around his neck...
