Chapter twenty-seven- Coldwater

Adira Skylar's Pov:

I woke up feeling sunlight on my face. Blinking my eyes to adjust to the bright sunlight, I looked by my side. Everyone was up except Mathew, Oscar, and me. What was the time? I searched for my phone. Finding it, I opened it. It was two in the noon. Turning off the phone, I laid there silently. I felt tired. Where were the other three? Someone pulled my leg startling me. I looked at the idiot who pulled my leg. Speaking of the devils, one of them pulled my leg. It was Emily.

"Wake up, sleepyhead. Hey, Wake up you both! No, no! Don't hug him! Wake up!" Emily yelled.

"Pull their legs too. You pulled mine!" I said pouting.

"I will kick their ass if they don't wake up right now." Emily declared. They didn't bother to move one inch. Instead, they hugged each other to be more comfortable. Emily glared at them. The next thing she did surprise the three of us. She pulled their legs way too hard that they end up falling out of the car. They looked so surprised. No one made a noise. Everyone kept quiet. Looking at Emily, I realized she didn't want that to happen. I couldn't control my laughter anymore. I burst out laughing. Mathew and Oscar processed the situation looking at me. I couldn't stop laughing seeing their reaction. When they finally processed the situation, they both stood up caressing their butt. They both glared at Emily which caused Emily to run away from the scene. Emily ran so fast and vanished from there. I came outside of the car laughing at them. They both looked at me and smirked. I was laughing now in confusion. Mathew grabbed me by my waist and put me up on his shoulder. I was hanging down from his shoulder. They both started running. Me still hanging down from Mathew's shoulder.

"Hey, Put me down! Put me down right now, Jerk! I didn't do anything! It wasn't even my idea! PUT ME DOWN, IDIOTS!"I yelled punching Mathew's back. They didn't seem to stop.

"HELP! GUYS! VALENTINO!LANCELOT!" I screamed seeing them not stop. The next thing they did, I wanted to kill them for that. I was thrown down on cold water. Why was there water here! Shivering due to the cold water, I yelled out, "You IDIOTS! Why did you throw on this cold water! Jerks! I will kill you both! " They laughed at my outburst. They were shivering too but still kept laughing. Glaring at them, I tried to get up from the water. I fell on the water again due to my shivering legs. Both laughed out loudly.

"Haha! I should have recorded this. " Oscar said laughing. He laughed so hard that he started coughing choking on his laugh. Serves him right. I splashed water on them and got up again carefully. Finally coming out of the cold water, I sighed in relief. I was wet right now. I was wearing a white t-shirt. Everything was see-through right now. I wanted to punch Mathew and Oscar right now. Those idiots! Mostly, right now I wanted to throw Emily into the water. Just then I saw her hiding behind a tree laughing her ass out. I ran to her quickly. She panicked seeing me and tried to run. Unlike the guys, I caught her. Holding her tightly, I pulled her with me.

"Hey, Stop! Stop! I am sorry. I will make it up to you. Adira, no! " She yelled still laughing.

To my satisfaction, I threw her on the water. But unfortunately, she pulled me too making me fall again on the water. I want to kill these three right now. Mathew and Oscar laughed out loud again. I splashed water on them to make them stop. But they splashed back. By some minutes, now I was teamed up with Emily to fight the two. I was completely drenched.

"You guys are so dead. SO DEAD!" I yelled pulling Mathew's leg underwater. He fell. He came out of the water coughing up some water. "Adira! That's not fair!" Mathew yelled at me. " That was also not fair when you made me have contact with this cold water!" I yelled back. Mathew put his hands up surrendering himself. " I just wanted to have fun. Forgive me, pretty. Please?" He said pouting at me. I mentally laughed and again splashed water on him. "You are forgiven," I said cheekily.

On the other side, Emily and Oscar were already having a make-out session making both of us cringe. Weren't they having a water fight? Why were they kissing in the middle of the water? Horny couple. I and Mathew jumped on them making them break apart from their make-out session. "Guys!" Emily yelled. Suddenly, a big splash of water drenched us again. Two people joined in shirtless. Lancelot and Valentino. "Hey!" We yelled at those two. They laughed out. "You guys were having a pool party without us! " Valentino said wiping away the water from his face. I splashed water on his face again. He glared at me. I tried to run but was instantly held captive by Valentino. He swam under the water pulling me with him. After some seconds, he came up and wiped his face off laughing. "Jerk!" I said laughing too. I was pulled again by another hand. This time it was Lancelot. He hugged me by my waist and looked at me.

"Hey," he greeted me with the softest voice ever. I smiled.

"Hey you," I greeted back. He smiled back.

"Did you have a good sleep?"

"Mhm,"

"Me too. A pretty good one. I dreamt of you."

"Really? Tell me about it."

"I will tell you later when we are alone," He said winking at me.

"Pervert," I said smiling.

I realized there were others here. I moved away from him. That wasn't a good choice. I could see Lancelot was shirtless. Was he hot? Bro, yeah. I couldn't keep my eyes in control from looking into his body. He was damn hot. I gulped. Looking up at this face, he was already smirking at me. Jerk! Splashing water on his face, I moved away from him and went to the others.

Mathew was sitting on Valentino's shoulder and Emily on the other hand was sitting on Oscar's shoulder. I tried to comprehend the scene. Realizing they were playing a game, I wanted to join them. "Hey, I want to play too," I said smiling like a child. " Then get on Lancelot's shoulder, Adira," Oscar said. No way was I gonna do that. I was wet and he was naked. It seemed too racy for me. " I will get on Mathew's shoulder. Get down, idiot!" I stated. He seemed to not move and kept wrestling with Emily up there. I groaned and turned to look at Lancelot. He was already looking at me and watching my movements smirking. He motioned me to come and sit on his shoulder. Ignoring him, I went close to where Valentino was standing. I came face to face. He looked at me in confusion. I smirked and started tickling him.

"Adira, Stop! Haha! Hey! Stop! Mathew-is-gonna-fall-over! Adira hahaha!" Valentino screamed laughing. I chuckled and kept doing that. He was trying his best to not let Mathew fall over. Mathew looked down at me." Sky, Stop it! I'm gonna fall over! Hey! Stop!" He yelled at me trying to maintain his balance. To my satisfaction, he fell from Valentino's shoulder. His felling into the water-drenched us all since a big splash fell over us. Still, it was worth it. Sitting up in the water, Mathew wiped the water off from his face and looked at me. Not looked but glared. I realized I was in big trouble. I tried to run but the wet clothes were not helping me to move. He tried to catch me but I hid behind Oscar. Emily fell over because of me moving Oscar too much. Sitting up, now she glared at me. Okay, now I had two predators hunting for me. I tried to run fast despite the water slowing me down. I came up to the land and ran from there. Emily and Mathew were not stopping too. They also kept chasing me others following behind them laughing. Why were those three also with them? I ran fast.

"Adira! Wait! Stop! It's tiring. We won't do anything to you, Come here. Hey! Don't go there! It's the jungle!" They yelled. Not listening to them I kept running and I was now inside the jungle should after running for a few minutes. I stopped and looked back. They were not behind me anymore. I came too forward. I should go back. I laughed thinking about the situation. I turned but a voice stopped me.

"I can see your bra."

I turned around to see the owner of the voice. It was Snow Willson. He was just standing a foot away from me. Why didn't I notice him? He was smiling at me. It wasn't a warm smile. How did he track us down here?

"You look beautiful in that white shirt, Adira Skylar." He said leaning against a tree. He crossed his arms over his chest and smirked at me. It boiled my blood. How dare he looked at me like that! I wanted to punch him but I ignored his comment and tried to walk away from there.

"You are going away? I'm lonely. Have a talk with me, kitten." His pet name made me stop on my tracks. I felt shivers running down my spine. Where were the others? Did I come too much forward?

"You know you are my type, Adira Skylar. If you could just cooperate with me, I would just happily make you mine. Since that can't happen, let's be friends." He stated. I laughed at his statement. "Apologies. But we can't be friends. If you excuse me, I have somewhere to go."I said with a half-smile. I tried to walk away again but he stopped me.

"Sit with me."

I sighed in annoyance and turned to look at him.

"Are you clinically insane or incredibly annoying?"

"I don't know. Probably both." He replied smiling. Tsk. I took a seat on the tree which was one foot away from him. Can't risk anything with this creep. He chuckled and watched my movements.

"Sorry for making a mess at your home. Though I cleaned it before coming here. Everything is back to place again. "

I looked at him in disbelief. He is a psycho.

"Why are you doing this? What do you want?"

"I think I answered already you yesterday at the cafe. I can say it again though. I want Lancelot Carter." He said giggling at me. I looked at him in disgust. His giggle was the definition of a creep's giggle. He watched my movements and again laughed.

" Be mine, Adira Skylar."
