Redwolf

Kenneth reflects more after Sheina's departure. Like today at lunch at a restaurant. Kenneth's mind was filled with thoughts of his and Sheina's memories. They often eat together. Usually they will talk about many topics. Occasionally Kenneth smiled at Sheina's innocent questions. Now, the man is eating alone.

Niko and Oscar escorted him without joining, making Kenneth uncomfortable with the loneliness he felt. Kenneth also remembers Sheina and him having a romantic lunch on his private island when Kenneth takes Sheina to escape from George's captivity. Kenneth still clearly remembers Sheina's amazed expression staring at the clear sea water. Kenneth was reminded of Sheina's dream of wanting to enjoy many adventures. Kenneth has not kept his promise. Even to take Sheina in the park while eating cotton candy was like a childhood fantasy that that woman had told.

splash! A waiter accidentally spills a drink which gets on Kenneth's jacket. "I'm sorry, sir. Please, forgive me!" The maid panicked to clean Kenneth's coat. Kenneth brushed it off harshly while taking out his curse.

"Don't you do a good job, huh? Problem! How can a restaurant as good as this hire a waitress like you. You're so unfit."

"I didn't do it on purpose, sir." The maid returned to say her regrets to Kenneth.

"I don't want to hear anything. You have to get punished for you to understand." Kenneth pounded the table with a growl. The man had already put out his claws. He prepared to change his form into a wolf so he could lunge at the waitress and then tear her body apart.

Luckily the waiter was still able to save his life by Niko. While Oscar immediately brought Kenneth into the car. Kenneth almost caused a stir during the day by exposing his identity. Niko also immediately returned to driving away from the restaurant.

"Sir, why are you so angry for such a trivial reason?"

"He made a big mistake." Kenneth denied Niko's accusations. "Don't you know that my suit is specially sewn by a professional designer."

"I know. But you have lots of other suits. Plus you have a lot of money. You could easily buy dozens of other suits to replace those that got stained." Nico explained. "You don't have to stick your claws out. What if the paparazzi video your stunts? Good thing Oscar moves fast."

"It's not as easy as you say, Niko. You can't just ignore a small mistake. I'm a regular customer at that restaurant. He should understand that he hasn't done anything wrong to me." Kenneth tries to come up with an alibi to justify his attitude. But Niko knows that his boss is not like that.

"Is there a problem on your mind, sir?"

Kenneth was silent. The man averted his eyes while imagining Sheina's face again. "Maybe Mr. Kenneth's emotions have been affected since Sheina left."

"Why are you suddenly discussing about Sheina?" Kenneth immediately gave Oscar a sharp glare. He was very sensitive when the name was included in their conversation.

"Because Sheina is your positive energy sir. You don't get any more of it after you let go of Sheina." Oscar said very boldly. Kenneth's face flushed with anger.

"You're so sassy, Oscar!"

"I'm sorry, sir! I'm just stating the facts based on my observations so far." Oscar steeled his heart to tell Kenneth what he was thinking.

"Shut up!" Kenneth let out a warning growl. "Niko, quickly do the car to the company!" Kenneth diverted the topic. Things got even worse when Oscar brought up Sheina's name. The name of Sheina became an important word that had to be said carefully for a while.

Kenneth immediately walked to his room. He immediately focused on work. Kenneth deliberately kept himself busy to distract himself from Sheina. Including asking for a report from the development team at the new company Kenneth built to compete with George's company. Kenneth also rebuked some of his staff to order them to work on deadlines quickly even though Kenneth was just venting the chaos that was in his heart. Niko and Oscar couldn't stop Kenneth's action. They could only stare in pity at the staff that had accidentally been one-sidedly affected.

"Sir!" Nico knocked on the door. Like Kenneth's other employees, Niko was also rebuked by Kenneth.

"I'll kick you for saying anything unnecessary, Niko."

"An investor wants to meet you. Her name is Miss Tamara." Niko has worked with Kenneth for a long time. The man could ignore Kenneth's anger and convey something more important so Kenneth wouldn't add to the unnecessary commotion. Kenneth let out a breath of relief.

"Please come in." Kenneth greeted his guests in a professional manner. "I'm Kenneth Immanuel."

"I'm Tamara Jean-Page. Just call me Tamara. nice to meet you, sir." Tamara smiled kindly introduced herself elegantly. Tamara is a beautiful woman with a shining body. She has a beautiful smile and a perfect body. Her waist is very slim to be a favorite of the men who like her. She also looks intelligent just by hearing the tone of her voice.

"Nice to meet you, too." But Kenneth greeted her with a sober expression. He didn't overreact like most other guys. Kenneth seemed unaffected by Tamara's charm, which usually always managed to make the men nervous around her.

"Miss Tamara is the shewolf of the redwolf clan. She is Mr. Page's daughter." Redwolf is one of the strongest clans besides Kenneth. Kenneth had often heard of that legendary clan name. But Kenneth rarely met them because the clan was indeed very rare and special. One small colony, is enough to make the enemy goosebumps seeing their red eyes when they change shape.

Niko purposely leaves Kenneth with Tamara as soon as possible so they can talk. He didn't want to be a bully who made the atmosphere awkward. Besides that, Niko has a hope that Tamara can replace Sheina in Kenneth's mind.

"I've heard a lot about you, Mr. Kenneth. Especially about your plan to create a technology company to stop a vampire company named George Geraldo. Your mission is very interesting. Ending the existence of vampires is the responsibility of all werewolves. Therefore, I am very interested invest in your company. I wish I could participate in exterminating those troublesome vampires."

"I really appreciate your wish, Miss Tamara. But I've never met you before."

Tamara smiled. "We deliberately hid ourselves. Don't you know that the Redwolves are a special clan bestowed with moongodness. It becomes a Boomerang when many enemies feel jealous of our strengths so they want to take advantage of or exterminate us. Our existence is very step-by-step and even tends to be almost extinct. However, since my brother led the group, we started to blend in with civilization. We also need to preserve our population. You know what I mean."

"Even producing mixed breeds?" Kenneth again recalled the moon goddess' orders for him. Kenneth felt a little astonished that everyone was so concerned about their population.

"Yes." Tamara nodded her head confidently. "Who knows, the two different powers produce even more formidable offspring." Tamara stared long enough into Kenneth's eyes with a lot of meaning. Kenneth and Tamara then agreed to their partnership.
