Chapter 109 You Are Mine Now - Part 2
"I told you he would come. This side of the business is new. There is no way he would leave it in Britney's hands to handle alone," Eva said, and Susan smiled, knowing it was Devon who had convinced Bryce to come for the premiere.
"Let's go welcome him," Susan said and was about to leave, but Eva stopped her.
"How about the red carpet?" Eva prompted her as she wanted to take some pictures.
"No, I will only do the red carpet with Bryce. I need to get the news out there," Susan replied, and Eva smiled.
"That sounds great. I wish Bernard would just walk with me instead of abandoning me like this," Eva said, pulling a sad face.
"Hey, don't worry your head about trivia things. What is important is that he has agreed to marry you. Once you two are married, he can't ignore you forever," Susan said.
"You are right," Eva acknowledged.
"Now let's go inside, I get a man to secure," Susan said and pulled Eva towards the back exit.
Meanwhile, the main entrance was flooded with the media team. The people who had come in for the premiere were also entering the hall through another entrance, and the cast was taking pictures on the red carpet.
Inside the garage of the huge cinema, Marcus parked the car, and Bryce exited. The two walked toward the elevator, and soon they were in the private hallway.
"Mr President," Britney called out to Bryce as soon as he entered the private hallway.
Bryce stopped, and Britney, together with Peter, walked up to him.
"Welcome, Mr President," Britney said with a smile.
"Thank you," Bryce said, maintaining a composed appearance.
"Glad to have you here. My condolences for your loss," Britney said, and Bryce frowned a little, but he quickly relaxed his face.
"Thank you," Bryce said. "How are things here?" he asked.
"Everything is in order. We will be showing the movie today. The tickets were purchased in large numbers. Mr Don is working on getting more tickets," Britney reported.
"Good," Bryce said. "So when is the interview with the cast?" he asked.
"We have scheduled that for coming Friday," Britney informed him. "Mr Don would be there. Should I put you on schedule?" she asked.
"I will let you know in the week," Bryce said. "Well done," he added.
"Thank you," Britney said. "I will walk you to the movie hall," she offered, and Bryce nodded.
"Mr Moore," came Susan's voice from the other end of the private hallway. "I mean, Mr President," she corrected herself, seeing Britney and Peter were there.
Bryce turned his head in that direction and saw Susan walking towards him with Eva trailing behind her like a bodyguard. Marcus's eyes widened as he stared at Susan swaying her hips from side to side. She was wearing a long-sleeved straight dress with a long split on the right side, exposing her beautiful leg with every step she took. It was a hot pink dress, and the front part of the dress was designed with sparkling embroidery. Her hair was bouncing freely on her shoulders, and her make-up, though heavy, was nicely done with her red painted lips standing out. She chose the perfect jewellery to complement her dress. Her appearance got Britney, Peter and Marcus staring at her in a daze. Bryce stared at her, not at all moved like Britney, Peter and Marcus.
"Your father told me you would be here, and he asked me to look for you," Susan said, stopping right in front of Bryce and keeping a respectable distance between them.
"I see," Bryce said. "Did he need you to get anything from me?" he asked.
"Not at all. He asked me to keep you company," Susan said, and Britney cleared her throat realizing what was going on.
"I will just go check on things," Britney said and left with Peter.
"I will go look for Bernard," Eva said and followed Britney and Peter, leaving Susan and Bryce alone in the private hallway.
"Susan, I don't need a babysitter. So you can leave," Bryce said to Susan.
Marcus stood there with Bryce, not at all ready to leave.
"Oh, Bryce, I can't do that. Your mother was like a mum to me, too. She may not be that close to me like your father is, but she was a mother figure to me. We have both lost a dear one. All we can do is be there for each other. I need you," Susan appealed to him.
"Susan, I appreciate you coming, but I came here to work," Bryce said.
"I am sorry, Bryce, I can't go against your father's word. I am not doing anything. I am just walking with you like Marcus is doing," Susan said, and Bryce said nothing.
Bryce turned around to head for the movie hall, and Susan happily followed since Bryce didn't ask her to leave. Inside the movie hall, Bryce had the front row, and Susan joined him there, sitting by his side. The movie began to show on the big screen as soon as the lights were turned off.
"Dad gave us this?" Susan leaned over and whispered to Bryce.
Bryce turned to look at what his father had given to Susan for them. It was a bottle of water. Bryce just accepted it and slipped it into the cup holder of his seat. Susan opened her bottle of water and drank part.
"I have some cookies," Susan interrupted Bryce again. "You want some?" she asked, her voice nearly above a whisper.
"I am okay with the water," Bryce replied and moved his gaze back to the movie screen.
Towards the end of the movie, Bryce unscrewed the cap of the bottled water and drank half of it. After a while, he realised he was feeling hot.
"Excuse me," Bryce said and stood up from his seat.
Susan smiled, knowing the drug she put in the bottle of water had just started to kick in. Bryce exited the movie hall with Marcus following. After a few minutes, she also stood up and left. Once she exited the movie room, she hurried her steps down the only way in and caught up with Bryce.
"Mr Moore, are you leaving?" Susan asked.
"You have a problem with that?" Bryce asked and shifted his gaze to Marcus. "Bring the car around," he ordered and started walking towards a private exit.
"Bryce," Susan called after him and deliberately threw herself at Bryce, pushing him to the wall.
Bryce's back was pressed against the wall, and Susan was leaning against him. Eva, who was hiding in a safe place, took a picture of them.
"Perfect. This would make headlines tomorrow," Eva said and left the place.
"What are you doing?" Bryce said, but he started feeling weird, and his vision got a little blurry.
"Bryce, you don't look too good," Susan said.
"What did you put in the water?" Bryce asked, feeling weak and weird.
Susan managed to help him down the private hallway and soon made it out. Marcus had brought Bryce's car to that exit. He saw Susan aiding Bryce he quickly got out of the car to help. Marcus helped Bryce to the back seat of the car, and Susan also got inside.
"Let's take him to my home. He doesn't look good," Susan said to Marcus, and he got behind the wheel.
Marcus was unsure of what to do, seeing his boss didn't look good, so he just followed Susan's orders. They soon arrived at Susan's apartment, and Marcus aided Susan in taking Bryce inside. They made use of the staircase, and soon, Bryce was in Susan's bed.
"Help me with the first aid kit," Susan said to Marcus and showed him where to find it.
Marcus exited the room and returned with the first aid kit.
"Please excuse me. You can hang around," Susan said to Marcus, and Marcus stood there for a while.
"Get out," Susan yelled at Marcus, and he exited the room.
"Oh, Bryce, you are mine now," Susan said and quickly got out of her dress, revealing the bikini she wore under the dress.
Bryce lay on the bed, facing up with his eyes closed. Susan smiled and climbed into bed. She sat on Bryce's belly and began to open his shirt. She rested her hand on his firm chest and slowly moved it on his chest. She grabbed Bryce's hand and placed his palm on her chest after slipping his fingers into her mouth one after the other and sucking on them. The sensation ran through Bryce's body, and it was satisfying. He gave her chest a gentle squeeze, feeling aroused. Susan let out a moan. She bent over and captured Bryce's lips in a kiss. Bryce grabbed her, responding to the kiss, and eventually flipped her over. Bryce was now on top of Susan, and the two had their hands all over each other, kissing hard and roughly.
