Chapter 56 I Need It To Be Perfect
Chapter 56 I Need It To Be Perfect
Ryland
Gracie’s eyes lock with mine, their expression different. They're darker, and her cheeks are flushed—she's as turned on as I am.
She takes the bottom of my tee in her hands. “This needs to come off.”
I lift my arms to let her take it off, and she discards it. She runs her fingers over my bare chest, and I swallow hard, closing my eyes. Her warm lips touch my skin.
“Gracie, what are you doing, angel?” I ask, opening my eyes to look at her.
“Do you want me to stop?”
I shake my head. “No, unless that’s what you want?”
“Do you not think that if I wanted to stop, I would have by now?” she laughs.
I attempt to reply, but she interrupts by pressing her lips to mine. I run my fingers down her back and grab her ass, squeezing gently. She moans into my mouth before pulling away. She slips off her dress, which joins my tee on the floor. She’s now only in a sexy red lace underwear set. I gaze at her, lick my lips, and let out a loud groan.
“Ryland, I need you to touch me,” she breathes out.
I don’t need to be asked twice. I run my hands over her partially exposed body, feeling every soft inch I can reach. Gracie moans loudly, her head tilting back as her skin warms under my touch.
“Beautiful and perfect.”
“Ryland, I need you..."
“You need me? In what way?” I ask, not wanting to jump to conclusions.
I believe I understand what she intends, but I prefer she confirms it to ensure I'm not mistaken. She pecks my lips, then climbs out of my lap and stands before me.
She reaches out her hand and gazes directly into my eyes. “I want everything from you, Ryland. I want to give you all of myself.”
I maintain eye contact. “Are you sure, Gracie? Are you sure you are ready for this?”
I need her to be completely sure. Yes, I desire her fully—everything about her—but only once I know she's ready and won’t have any regrets. I don’t want her to regret anything involving us or this situation.
“Yes, I don’t want to wait any more. I have been thinking about us and all of this recently. I am more than ready.” Every word she says is confident.
I take her hand, and she helps me stand. I release her hand and pull her close to my chest. "Are you completely certain this is what you want?”
She nods. “Yes, I have the condoms to prove it,” she snickers.
“Mmm, okay then.”
I kiss her one more time. I am nervous, I won’t lie. It is because it is Gracie. I have never had sex with anyone I have been in love with before. Any sex I have had has been meaningless, only to fulfil my needs and nothing more. This is different, not only because it is Gracie, but because it is her first time. I need it to be perfect for her. If I am nervous, I can only imagine how she feels; even if she doesn’t seem nervous, I am sure she is.
Gracie pulls back from the kiss and takes my hand. She entwines her fingers with mine and guides us upstairs to my bedroom. After closing the door, she releases my hand and then reaches for my belt, drawing me nearer.
“I have never wanted anything more in my life than I want you right now,” she purrs.
“Well, in that case, I should make sure my girl gets what she wants," I smirk.
She nods eagerly. “Yes, you should. Though she tries to sound confident, her body language reveals her true feelings. A blush rises on her cheek, and she struggles to maintain eye contact.
I walk her back towards the bed and lay her down. I crawl onto the bed to join her and take my place on top of her.
I stroke her hair. “I love you so much, Gracie.”
“I love you too. I couldn’t imagine my first time being with anyone else,” she replies, the most beautiful smile on her lips.
“I am happy you trust me enough to be your first, baby girl. We will take this at your pace, okay? If you change your mind at any time, tell me.”
“I won't change my mind, Ryland. Now, stop talking and kiss me. I don't want to wait any longer.”
I nod and comply with her request, hoping I meet her expectations for her first time. I must stop overthinking and focus on what I need to do. I want it to be perfect for her because she deserves it. Being someone's first time is a lot, especially when you care about them.
