Chapter One

Ocrya, the place where countless cultures have left their mark on the identity of the nation. What historically was a country of little disparity has grown into a fusion of everything, an aspect uniting over 30 million people who are proud citizens of the nation to this day.

In a nation with gentle laws and law enforcement that is fairly normal, the people are tranquil due to their freedom, all thanks to their constant improvement.

The gorgeous landscape is lovely; green forests, magnificent mountains, mellow rivers, and dramatic rock formations are just a silver of the grace Ocrya has to offer.

Girrabana!, the capital city of Ocrya, the most fascinating province of this country. The Skyline is adorned with impressive skyscrapers. Being busy yet humble to everyone in their surroundings is practically like a decree of their daily lives.

People are undoubtedly generous, you rest assured to be spoiled with a hearty meal anywhere around this beautiful city. The people of Ocrya rather see each other as the most valuable resource hence prioritizing each other regardless is adopted more like a custom.

Smiles, hugs, and handshakes adorn the streets as people are humble to one another regardless of social differences. The one place where you might have less but never feel worthless.

The view of the city from the window of a tall building is exceptionally delightful to one's eyes if it includes the setting sun and warm lighting which makes the beautiful sky stand out in a fading golden orange horizon.

The nearby buildings have his face all over the LED screens, displaying his campaign speeches which makes him smirk with satisfaction at the sense of victory.

Finally, a Lewis President, how more proud could his father ever be? just what he wanted and worked for so hard throughout his life, making his father proud. Though this does not assure him of earning his family name again.

Brown, neck-length hair awkwardly hangs over his handsome, alluring face. Dark eyes, set seductively as he watch merrily over the city where his story began. An old tattoo of half indigo is visible on the side of his shoulder blade, leaving a reminder of what used to be and where he came from.

There's something inexplicable about him, perhaps it's his humility, or perhaps it's simply his odd solo lifestyle. But for those who don't know him can barely understand the despairing life of Niall Lewis.

Niall releases a sigh that felt as though he held it for more than a decade, he turns away from the window and makes himself some coffee to calm his nerves as he watches the news.

"Ocrya witnesses another turn in the history of politics as the 16th president has officially been announced. And what makes it more interesting is the fact that we have the youngest president in the history of West pacific countries." The reporter announces.

Niall firmly concentrates on the news with his pictures displayed, happiness is not one bit written on his face, he taps his finger on the hand-rest of the couch listening keenly.

" We now have President Miles Lewi...." Niall involuntarily twitched his lips as he hears the reporter's voice fade in his head, thoughts and flashes of his past take control of his mind, he immediately reaches for the remote and turned off the screen.

After a minute of thought, he walks out of the living room and heads to his walking closet in the bedroom, taking out a black hoodie and filling his backpack with brushes and paints without forgetting his face mask.

Niall leaves his apartment to go do what makes him happy the most in life, though the word happiness is an overstatement compared to the reality of his ungrateful world.

Since it is already dark outside, walking is a better idea than taking a fancy ride where he only sees the world from a distance. The close interaction with people as they dine in restaurants, walk-in pairs, and laugh in groups makes him ecstatic with what his eyes behold, Girrabana is what makes him feel free at this particular time than any other time of the day.
