Forty Nine

While Lennox came out of his house with Miguel. They approached the guard guarding the said area.

"Good morning, sir," the guard greeted him with a smile.

"Good morning to you too," Lennox replied.

"Do you need anything, sir?" asked the man.

"I was going to ask if there were any houses for sale in this area," Lennox answered and sat down in the chair the man gave him, and so did Miguel.

"There's more, sir. They have a new product. And I see it's beautiful. How many do you need?" this is the answer.

"Just one. It's for my friend," Lennox answered.

"Okay. I'll call the owner right now so you can talk," the man said and took out the phone from his pocket.

"Thank you very much, guard," Lennox said.

Soon the guard took them to the owner's office. He already knew him because he was the one he talked to when he bought here. He immediately smiled at her when their eyes met.

"How many houses are you going to buy, doc?" the man asked while smiling.

Lennox laughed.

"Just one. The cheap one," Lennox answered with a laugh.

"There's nothing cheap these days, doc. But if you want cash, there's still a discount," the man answered.

So he immediately looked at the appearance of the house and asked Miguel to choose. He hesitated and was stunned while staring at the photo. He understood his reaction.

"Make your choice, Miguel, so you can go back to the hospital. To make it easier for us. Whatever you choose will be your house, so make your choice quickly, sir is waiting for you," Lennox said with a laugh.
