It unfolded

I was walking in a very calculative way making sure that my face showed emotions of determination and fire in hopes of it luring them even more. I exited the academy building and entered the forest, not walking too fast or too slow but enough for a person to be able to follow without me detecting. My senses were heightened to the max and it was quite hard doing that and acting normal on the outside but I had to do it if this had to work. I shouldn't look too tense, feeling that they haven't followed me I quickly picked up a small leaf. My eyes glowed orange as I began using my powers and the small leaf floated on my hand. It was very hard to do this while I was walking but I gritted my teeth and controlled the small leaf to float up and head towards the entrance of the forest where I'll be able to see if anyone is following me.

As I walked further deep in the forest, seeing through the leaf I saw two shady looking students a girl and a boy but I couldn't see their faces even though they didn't keep their heads down. The face part was a bit blurry and I wondered what was causing that, I fear this won't be as simple as I thought it would. They nodded to each other and entered the forest going after me. This made my heart beat race from both nervousness and excitement. I quickly picked up five more leaves on one hand and continued walking, I wanted to lead them so deep in the forest that they wouldn't be able to easily escape. Yes I decided that in order to know who they are I'll have to face them head on since their faces were blurred out. I wondered how exactly they were doing that.

I finally decided to stop, while they were also approaching stealthy my leaf was still following them close. I cancelled my powers on the leaf when they were close enough that they stopped approaching and hid behind some trees but what happened next shocked me. Like a God dam chameleon they camouflaged themselves into trees and if hadn't seen see them do it I would've thought that they weren't there at all. I slowly unzipped my jacket and took out the book " with this, things will finally favour the shifters and it will put an end to the witches" I muttered dramatically with a burning spirit, I should consider acting. I opened the book that was blank but pretended to be really reading it intently " okay I think she has lost it" said a voice I didn't wish I recognized. Why they were here! They came out , coming from the opposite direction. It seems like the entered the forest at a different place, that's why I didn't see them with my leaf. It was Adrian, Cedric, Damian, Mia, Peter and finally Ceasar. The others were all acting normal but the fool who was Ceasar was constantly looking around on guard " tch she's crazy there's no else one here!" I felt like killing him when he shouted that. I'm unawer if what he said made them retreat or they're still here, this camouflage makes them immune to my senses and I really can't risk it

"Oh f*CK it" I shouted and activated my powers, my eyes and together with my hair glowed and the five leaves that were in my hand floated while coated with an orange glow. In seconds they expanded to the size of Halloween pumpkins and I sent them to the directions of where they were hiding.

That managed to break off their camouflage trick and even though they tried to evade my attack two attacks landed and that resulted to deep cuts. Groans of pain echoed and I heard the idiot exclaim in surprise "oh sh*t they were here all along!". They took out what looked like marbles and threw them towards us but I shifted to my powers that were related to wind. I made what was similar to a wall but with wind and it was good that I did because those marbles caused such an explosion that even I was blown back. What the hell are those!

Ceasar immediately transformed into a large crimson black wolf and with lightning speed he was already on top of the guy. The boy also transformed into a small brown wolf, with the others changing into their ware-forms this ended very quickly with the traitors being captured. We were finally able to see their faces and I really feared their gadgets, if I didn't have powers I would have a missing arm and some cracked ribs. Although Peter ruined the plan I was really glad that they were here.

I don't know what would've happened after being blown away like that because it would've left me open.

"So are you going to start talking or should I beat the truth out of them" said Ceasar and for a moment I got confused why he was able to talk in his ware-form and when looking at him my jaw dropped and what followed was a scream that resounded throughout the forest.
