MONALISA had intended to leave Steve's home, but she failed to do so. Because she still believes the man has treated her well. And she had to properly bid it farewell. Isn't that because their is something happened to them once that she would not leave him. Even Her heart and mind agreed. Don't abandon him. Stay with him for the rest of your life and enjoy a wonderful married life with him.
A few days went by. Monalisa was still unable to bid Steve farewell. Every time she tried to speak something to him, it felt like something was obstructing her throat. Just like today, they face each other at the dinner table. And she looks at him.
Steve noticed that the person in front of him seemed to have something to say to him the way she looked at him. "Do you have a problem, Monalisa?" He asked.
"Huh?" She was surprised when Steve suddenly asked her
Steve frowned at Monalisa's reaction. He really thinks she had a problem. Or, maybe she needs money because she needs to buy something for herself. "Tell me, Monalisa, Don't be shy. Do you need anything?"
It was her turn to say goodbye to Steve. So she nodded.
"All right, tell me Monalisa, what do you need?"
"I wish I could..." When Steve's phone rang, Monalisa came to a halt and hung up.
There was a surprise on Steve's face when he see who was calling him to see who is calling the mother-in-law is on the other line. He looked at Monalisa. "Wait a minute, I'll answer this first," he said.
Monalisa nodded to Steve.
Steve stood up and headed to the living room. "Hello, Ma!"
On the other hand, the lady looked at Larry and Lisa, who came today. "Steve, can you come here to the house now if you're not busy with your work?"
"No, Ma. Do you need anything from me?"
"Yes, Steve. We need to talk to you. Please, come here now!"
Steve seems to know the reason why it sends him to their house. Maybe Lisa has already shown up for them. How many days has he been anxious, wondering what he should do? For his wife, Lisa and Monalisa, and maybe this may be the opportunity for him to be clear about what is happening to them. "All right, Ma. I'm going there right now. " He cut off their conversation and went to see Monalisa.
Monalisa was busy washing the dishes when Steve came to her side.
"Monalisa, just now you're telling me something, right? Can we talk again later? I'm just going somewhere, but if it's that important, tell me now."
Monalisa stopped what she was doing."No, when you come back, Steve, then we will talk again."
"Are you sure? But if you need money." He took out his wallet and took all the thousand peso bills inside. "This is the only cashI have, Monalisa." "Oh... " He took his credit card."Use this!"
She really needs money to leave, so she won't be ashamed if she just takes the paper bill. "Just this, Steve." She took the money from Steve's hand. "Thank you!"
"That's not enough, Monalisa. Take it too. " He reached for the credit card he was holding.
Monalisa shook her head. "That's enough, Steve."
Steve stroked Monalisa's cheek. "Okay, see you later," he said.
Monalisa smiled and nodded. When Steve was gone, Monalisa let out a deep sigh. How kind Steve was to her. She thinks it's rare for a man to do this. She can say that she is lucky because she is with him. Is she ready to leave it? If his heart is questioned, It might say. 'you're a fool if you leave Steve' If her mind is questioned If you and Steve are truly meant to be together, you will meet again' Monalisa signed. She doesn't know what to do really.
Larry and Lisa's parents are now facing each other.
Larry informs Lisa's parents that she is still alive. The two old people were completely taken aback by Larry's revelation and refused to believe it. They claimed he went to their house with their daughter, whom they thought was dead, to make them believe what he said. Larry informed his wife right away that they would be visiting his parents that day.
Larry and Lisa arrive at the home of Lisa's parents. The two older ones had seen a ghost. They were thrilled in the end since their daughter was still alive. They inquired about the incident. Larry is narrating everything to them, and Lisa is suffering from amnesia.
Lisa, pretending again that she can't even remember the name, They seem to fully believe that she has amnesia. She was embarrassed to approach the two elderly people. Even though she loves to hug them.
The lady who hugged Lisa was crying. "I'm so happy that you're alive, my daughter. It's okay to have amnesia as long as you're alive. I know you can remember at the right time. "
"So, you two got married in America, right?" the old man asked.
"Yes, sir," Larry replied.
"How's Steve? Here in the Philippines, he and Lisa are married. And he has the right to take his wife."
"Sir, Lisa doesn’t remember him at all now. And we love each other. "
"We're already there, but... Steve is still Lisa's husband, no matter what you do and I say."
"Melvin, Steve is coming now." He is the only one who can decide if he will divorce Lisa. But we know that Steve loves his wife very much. Don't we? "
Lisa's father looked at Larry. He did well because it saved his child. But he did the wrong thing in fostering his daughter. He can tell Steve that his wife is alive in the hospital. It went wrong because of the shake of his love.
Steve arrived.
When Steve walked into the house, He was right when he saw Lisa and Larry. He felt as if he had a strange feeling for Lisa, not like before when he saw her, his heart beat quickly. He looked at his wife quietly and he felt nothing. It meant there was no space in his heart for it.
The lady approached Steve. He held her hand. "Come and sit down." The lady thought he might get angry when he saw the two. Because Larry said that Steve punched him when they met.

Steve is just calm now and feels like he only knows the opposite. "Steve, that's why I'm asked you to come here because of them. I know Lisa is still your wife. But... she is married to Larry. And they say they love each other. I also know it hurts for you, Steve." said the mother-in-law immediately.
Steve is now simply calmed he feels like they are stranger now.
"That's why I asked you to come here because of them," the mother-in-law said immediately. "I know Lisa is still your wife, but... she is married to Larry, and they say they love each other. I know it hurts for you, Steve."
On the other hand, Steve gets what the mother-in-law wants to convey to him. To free their daughter for Larry."You mean, Ma? Should I tolerate them?"
"Lisa has amnesia, Steve. She doesn't remember you. " The lady didn’t answer Steve’s question.
"Her memory will return, Ma. It's not forever, is it? "
"What if not, Steve? We'd better just let them be together. And you find a woman who can be with you forever. I know we are conscientious. But it's just for you too. And there seems to be no trouble, right?"
"They're correct, and Larry and I will return to the United States. We'll be staying there for the rest of our lives, so we are far away from each other. Have a good life here. We were there too, "Lisa replied.
Larry grabs Lisa's palm."My wife is right. We will go away to live peacefully in another country. And you too, Steve. To have a quiet life here, "Larry agree to Lisa said.
Monalisa came to Steve's mind. Maybe this is the right time to tell them that Lisa looks like someone. And he thinks that this is the right opportunity for them."Okay, I have a question for you, Ma and Pa."
"What is this, Steve? Tell us."
"Didn't I ask you this before? If Lisa has a twins,
"Yes, and I said no."
"Are you sure, Ma and Pa?"
"Why, Steve? Did you know anything?" the gentleman asked.
"Yes, Pa. And I've already met her. Her name is Monalisa. She looks exactly like, Lisa."
"What? How come?" the lady was shocked.
Lisa was also surprised, but of course she didn't want to notice them. "Do I have a twin sister?" She asked normally.
"I want to see her, Steve," the lady said, "if you're telling us it's true."
"Damn! That hospital, Steve, if what you're saying is true! They lied to us. I'm going to sue them all! "Angry he said.
"Where is she now, Steve?" the lady asked him.
He didn't want to lie to them, so he said, "She's in my house."
Lisa fixed her gaze on Steve. She finally understands. That's why, when Steve sees her, he never does anything to her. She was well aware of Steve's undying affection for her. She was expecting Steve, embraced her tightly and cried. If they met because he sorely missed her. She was mistaken since their is another woman who looked exactly like her.
"Really, Steve? My God, I want to see her right now, so let's go to your house!" the lady said immediately.
"Yes, let's go to meet her, so we can find out who her parents are and where they live." I want everything to be fixed, if she's Lisa's twin.
Steve and Larry stared at each other.
Larry smiles at Steve. Because what he heard means that someone else already loves his friend. And he also thinks he doesn’t love Lisa anymore; he sees it in Steve’s eyes. And they will both be happy with the twins if Lisa and Monalisa are really twins.
”Sure, Ma, Pa. Let's go now then!"
The lady turned to Larry and Lisa."Do you want to come with us?" She asked
"Of course, we want to meet her too," Larry replied.
They rose to their feet, and Steve turned to face Larry and Lisa, who were now holding hands. He was certain that he didn't already have feelings for his wife. His previous feelings for her had vanished completely. He grinned quietly, knowing that his heart already loved others. It's Monalisa.
