SOFIA or Lisa are stunned by what happened earlier. Oh, the correct word is to see her husband Steve. The truth about her is that she doesn't actually have amnesia; she's just acting like she does she's. Why did she do that? When she woke up from the accident, he was in a coma for three days. Larry's there for her, and she takes good care of her. She was familiar with him and they had met before because he and Steve were business partners. She recalls, Larry. Was always softly glancing at her. So she thought of pretending that he was losing her memory. When Larry finds out that she can't remember anything, he reveals to the doctors that she was his fiancee. She was shocked at what it said. But she could not correct it because she couldn't remember. When she was okay, Larry brought her home. At his home, she introduced him to the parents, saying that she was the man's finance. His family welcomed her and made her feel like she was their family member. After a month, she was okay with the accident. Larry says he wants them to get married. Her mind didn't like what he said because she was married to Steve. But her heart was telling her to go for it; you're totally don't remember anything right? And the more it gave her the strength to marry Larry, she found out that she was dead. Only ashes were brought back to the Philippines. Because of that. So, she agreed to his request to them get married. And the rest of their marriage was happy and successful because Larry gave her everything. One day, he just woke up and saw that she already loved him. And she completely forgotten her husband Steve.
When Larry told her that they were going home to the Philippines, she felt nervous. She told herself to be a drama queen so that everything would be okay. That's why when she met Steve earlier, She’s really pretending she really doesn’t know him at all. And he still looks like nothing has changed. It's still handsome and attractive. Of course, he knew that Steve felt so angry. It so happened that he was able to punch Larry because he was so mad at him. She couldn't blame him, of course, because they were friends, and then he would know that she was still alive and married to his best friend. Earlier, when she saw him leaving, she peeped out the window. He felt sorry for Steve. But there was nothing he could do, because Larry was in her heart. She didn't expect to love it more than she used to love Steve. her thoughts were aroused as Larry entered their room.
"Are you okay, sweetheart? I'm sorry for what happened earlier." He came over and hugged his wife.
Lisa leaned her head against his chest."I'm fine. Are you okay? " She lifted her head and looked at Larry's swollen face. Let's treat you to that. I'll just get an ice pack. "
Larry wouldn't let go of his wife."Don't worry, I deserve this. I can handle the pain, sweetheart!"
Lisa knows what it means to deserve what Steve did to her. "Why did he hurt you, sweetheart?" She asked as if she didn't know.
"Hmmm, nothing, sweetheart, just a normal for a friend who has a misunderstanding."
"You have an enemy, sweetheart. I don't want you to have an enemy. So, what if we just go back to the United States? Our life will be quiet there, won't we? " Yes, he wanted to stay away from Steve so that there would be no trouble. But he had the right to protest because they were married here in the Philippines.
Larry considered what Lisa had said as well. He had a plan in place for them to return home. That was to show Lisa to Steve. That had been his wife. Noew she's married to him. And he was well aware that Lisa already loved him. He did everything he could to win her heart. And he succeeded. He was well aware that Steve was furious with him. He can't do anything, though, because he adores Lisa so much. He will simply face the consequences. "Sweetheart, you don't want to remain here, so you want us to return to America?"
"Yes, but if you don't want to go back there, sweetheart, there's nothing I can do."
"Okay, before we go back, don't you want to see your parents first? Didn't I tell you that you have a family here in the Philippines?”
Lisa wonders how she can tell her parents that she is alive.”Really? Where are they, sweetheart?" she pretended to be excited.
"Do you want to see and meet them, sweetheart?" Larry's asked her again.
Lisa nodded. "Yes, but what will you tell them?"
"I'll take care of it, sweetheart. I know they will be angry with me for what I did. But I will take their words or punishment. "
Lisa knew the parents were kind; she wished they would have accepted Larry's explanation. And of course, her parents considered her husband, Steve. But since she has amnesia, this is the only weapon she can use. For them to support their married life."When we're going to meet again, sweetheart?"
"I will arrange it, sweetheart. At the right time, now let's rest. I know you're surprised by what happened earlier. "
Lisa nodded."Good night, sweetheart!"
"Good night too, sweetheart!" Larry gave her a kiss on the lips.
Steve awoke the next morning with his hand on his temple. He exclaimed, "Oh, damn it!" as he felt the effects of the hangover. He opened his eyes to see Monalisa hugging him next to him. Even though he was inebriated the night before, he understood what had happened to them. He carefully drew his arms away from her. He needed to bathe. His head hurt like hell. His head hurt a lot. He promised himself that he would not drink excessively. As a result of what occurred in Larry's house. He drank heavily last night in order to forget what had happened, if only for a few while. But wait, it appears that he will be grateful for his inebriation last night. As a result, he got the courage to do what Monalisa should not have done. But what exactly did he do? Lisa's wife has not died. What happens if Monalisa falls pregnant? Even though Lisa is claimed to be married to Larry, mediating between them is inappropriate. He'd sigh quietly before deciding what to do. However, he acknowledges that he is overjoyed with what is going on between him and Monalisa.
He softly got out of bed when he slid out of Monalisa's grip and walked straight to the restroom. focusing on the rushing water He clenched his fist as he remembered what had happened at Larry's house the night before. "Ahhh! How dare you, Larry? Why did you do this to me? Why?" he exclaimed to himself, but the anger he felt quickly dissipated when he remembered what had happened between him and her the night before. What was he going to do now that they'd been through something? He appeared to be attempting to slam his head against the wall. What happened now his wife Lisa is still alive? When he saw her last night, he was shocked. Yes, he was really shocked. He didn’t know how he felt seeing his wife. Because of the anger he felt for Larry. Does he still love his wife or not because of Monalisa? His mind and heart are in turmoil now.
Monalisa had awoken. She shielded her face when she saw herself naked. What exactly did she do? Last night, why did she follow the intensity of his feelings? She was sober and aware of the situation. Unlike Steve, who is inebriated."Monalisa, why? You are really stupid!" She was angry with herself. But she know that she was the person who was quick to trust. She was quick to give especially if it was kind to her. Some of her acquaintances said that she would be ruined by that kind of behavior. She got up, picked up the clothes and wear and hurried out of the room. What face would she face Steve? She was embarrassed. She went straight to the room Steve had reserved for her and rushed to the bathroom to take a bath.
Monalisa didn't want to walk out after she took her bath, as if she wasn't ready to face Steve. But she felt compelled to cook because she knows he had hangover.
Steve examined the bed. He sighed as he couldn't see Monalisa. He is unable to think clearly. He was juggling two issues at the same time. He got ready for work. He must return to his workplace.
Monalisa went straight to the front of the refrigerator. She opened it to see if she could make soup. Only eggs and raised mongoose were found. And in the freezer, there was minced pork. "That's fine!" She defrosted the minced meat to make meatballs. She simply made bean sprout soup with ground meat and eggs.
When Steve walked out of the room and smelled what Monalisa was cooking, he ran directly to the kitchen and exclaimed, "Hmmm, that smells so nice!"
Monalisa was completely oblivious that Steve was entering her kitchen. She grew jittery out of nowhere. She didn't seem eager to confront it. She regarded the spoon in her hand. It was quite moving. She felt apprehensive.
Monalisa was approached by Steve. He asked, "Nervous?" after seeing her hand move.
Monalisa was confused. She immediately lowered her hand holding the spoon.
Steve smiled. Holding Monalisa's hand, he took the spoon from it. "Is this for me, it looks so delicious?" He asked while mixing the soup.
Monalisa nodded. She was really ashamed of Steve.
"Is this okay?"
Monalisa nodded again.
Steve laughed. He put out the fire. He turned to Monalisa. "Are you alright?" He asked.
Monalisa nodded again.
"You're not okay; is it because of what occurred to us last night, Monalisa?" Steve asks without hesitation.
"Eat first, while the soup is hot," Monalisa replied differently. She took a bowl to put the soup in.
Steve took the bowl from Monalisa because her hand was trembling."I will do it myself. Sit down." He said because she might be able to release the bowl she was holding.
Monalisa immediately complied, as Steve said.
Steve felt the doubts in his heart and mind were gone when he saw Monalisa in the kitchen cooking earlier, as if the past had come back to him when he and Lisa were happy cooking their food. They were both happy. What he felt then is back to now. Now he's happy because someone is taking care of him. After adding the soup to the bowl, he brought it to the table. He sat down next to Monalisa. He tried the soup. "Hmmm, as I say, it's really delicious!" he said.
Monalisa also tasted the soup. He was right; it was delicious.
"This is good for my hangover. Thank you, Monalisa! "
There is a shyness in Monalisa's smile."You are welcome," she replied in a low voice.
While they were eating, Steve caught a glimpse of Monalisa."Hmmm, the dress is good on you?" he said.
"Thanks for the things you bought for me, Steve."
"I’m glad that you like it, Monalisa. Are they just right for you? "When he was on his way home from his office, he came across a woman clouting shop. He thought about Monalisa, so he bought it. Even inside. He was still a little embarrassed when he approached the women's undergarments. Yes, somehow he still felt embarrassed, especially since the sales lady was a woman. And because here it's different if you buy a woman's thing, not like in other countries. He simply took a free size because he believed it would fit for her.
"Of course I like it. I think they are expensive. It's embarrassing. Because you bought them."
Steve smiled. It's okay for him. Sometimes, when he goes on a business trip, he buys his wife a gift. It's women's accessories, including her bikinis.
When Steve is done, "All right, I'm leaving. I'll go to the office first." He said this and stood up.
Monalisa nodded. And she also stood up and put away the things they had used. She thought Steve had left. Because it was so quiet after she had done her chores, she turned. And she saw Steve was in front of the refrigerator. He was leaning against it and watching her. They look at each other. Monalisa regained her gaze. "I thought you left, Steve."
"Why am I leaving like that?" He walked over to Monalisa.
Monalisa, on the other hand, backed away when Steve approached her. Her chest felt like the cartoon characters Tom and Jerry were chasing each other inside. She leaned on the sink until she couldn't move anymore because there was no other way anymore.
Steve surrounded her with both hands on both sides of the sink, preventing Monalisa from passing. He also bent down slightly to align their faces.
Woah, what kind of scene is this? It's like the dramas she watches. Who wouldn't be thrilled when the scene is like this? Even if you're watching it, you're thrilled. Now that she can experience for herself what is happening in the dramas she watches. "Do... do you have something to say?" she stammered.
"You're so cute when you're shy, Monalisa!"
"I... I'm cute?"
"Hmmm!" Steve nodded at the same time. His face slowly came closer to Monalisa's face.
Monalisa shakes her head. Until she bumped into the cabinet. "Ouch!" she said.
Steve laughed and put his hand on Monalisa's head and caressed it. "Next time, don't move. Okay, just let me kiss you."
"You want to kiss me?"
"Yes, like this!" Steve immediately covered Monalisa's lips. He gave her a quick kiss. "My goodbye kiss!" He said as he released her lips.
Monalisa smiled. Suddenly, her embarrassment with Steve disappeared.
"I know what we were doing last night, Monalisa. I'm not going to say sorry for what happened. And I also know that I have a responsibility to you. We will not talk about it now when everything is okay. We will do what is right for us. Do you understand me, Monalisa? "
Monalisa knows what Steve means. "Don't worry, Steven. I will not ask you anything. It's enough for me that you let me into your house."
"Okay. So, bye!"
Monalisa nodded and led Steve to the door.
When Steve was gone, Monalisa sighed. She didn't want to bother Steve anymore. She needs to stay away. She thinks that Steve has his own problem and is facing it. She went to the room to change her clothes. She was nothing when she went inside Steve's house. She would also leave with nothing.
