Chapter 49
Brian's P.O.V:

"She'll gain consciousness in half an hour." The doctor said and I released a sigh of relief.

"Is it anything serious?" Erik asked worried and the doctor shook her head saying no.

"Thank God!" Benjamin sighed.

The doctor left and I looked at the three morons who are my sons.

"Why do you three even care if she's okay or not?" I asked looking at them with a hard glare.

"Dad, listen to us..please." Lucas requested.

"Did you listen to that poor girl's request when she used to beg to come and see me only for once?" I asked almost shouting.

They looked at the floor guiltily.

"I might be paralyzed that time but I listened to everything. Every time she used to come to my door sneakily only to see me once you all dragged her and threw her in the dungeons. Like seriously?" I seethed.

"Dad, we were blind with hatred. We regret everything we did." Alex said with guilt.

"Hatred for what? You all might have thought her father did all those things who were nothing but loyal in every aspect. But even if you thought her father did those things then what's her fault in that? Tell me." I shouted.

"We did make a mistake dad. An unforgivable mistake. And we are truly sorry for what we did." Lucas said.

"What you did was a sin! Do you understand? That was a bloody sin." I spat.

"Dad..we.." Benjamin tried to speak but I cut him off.

"Wait, so according to your logic, if the father does something his children should pay. So what would you do now? You all will treat Erik the same who supported you all with his heart and soul.?" I asked loudly.

"No..dad..we couldn't figure out what to do then! Gamma manipulated us so badly that we couldn't even understand what's right and wrong. " Benjamin said with a sigh.

"Is that what I taught all of you? Being manipulated and consider the wrong as right?" I grimaced.

They didn't answer instead looked at the ground.

"Her screams still bangs inside my ears. Her mournful cries. Her pleadings. I couldn't even do anything because of my helpless state and you all let Brooke torture her according to his wish." I said with a sigh.

Her screams still haunt me.

Only at a little age, she faced so many things. She lost her mom and dad, she bore brutal tortures and so many things.

Her whole life she only faced difficulties and the time my sons should have protected her they decided to look away from the scene.

Her screams were so loud that even I used to hear those. She faced so much without even having any fault.

I still can't forget about that night when she screamed in her lungs. Her loud cries were coming to my room. I don't even know what happened to her that night. She was crying so much like she was facing the pain of death.

I only remember the day as Erik came to me before going to the Alliance pack. So it was maybe a day or so later.

"Erik, do you know what happened to her that night after you left for the Alliance? Maybe it was a day or so later after you left. She cried so much that night. Her cries were louder than any other time. Did she tell you about that?" I asked Erik looked reluctant all of a sudden.

"I-i wasn't here. " Erik said reluctantly.

I looked at my sons who looked tensed and scared all of a sudden. But the guilt on their face was more visible.

Oh God; I hope they didn't do anything wrong to her. If I get to know they raised hand on Olivia I would bury them today.

"Lucas, speak." I ordered and Lucas started hesitating.

"I said to speak." I shouted this time.

"We found that she's our mate the day she shifted. Again, we were blind to gain revenge so.." Alex said but he didn't finish.

"You all rejected her?" I shouted in anger.

How could they reject her, and if they rejected her why did Olivia told me that they are her mates. Did she forgive them so easily?

I can't believe she has the heart to forgive such sinners like my son. She's a true angle.

"No, we didn't." Lucas said and looked at the ground.

"So what did you do?" I asked confused.

What can they actually do!

"We decided to take revenge using the mate bond so we did something very wrong." Alex said.

Horror consumed me.

Did they?

No, they can't stoop that low. They might have done something else.

"What did you do?" I asked, scared. I hope they didn't do what I was thinking.

"We slept with other girls." Benjamin said a gasp escaped my mouth.

They slept with other girls to cause her pain. She screamed because of that pain.

Oh my God! How much pain she might have faced!

Without wasting a minute I slapped him hard on the cheek.

"How could you do that to her?" I shouted.

"We know what we did is unforgivable and we are guilty of.." Lucas couldn't complete as I slapped him with the same force.

"Don't say a word. I'm ashamed that you all are my sons. I'm ashamed to be called your father." I shouted.

Their eyes flashed sadness but I was too angry to notice.

How could they even do something like that!

"Even after all those things, she forgave you. You all really don't deserve her! I mean what did you do again so that she said that you all are dead to her? Tell me." I said.

"We had to pretend that we are with Brooke so that he tells us about his companions. Everything was going well until one day Olivia heard us talking with Brooke. She misunderstood us which was normal because we were talking about killing her but that was only acting..."  Benjamin continued.

Flashback....

The Gamma and Lilly left the room and we sighed.

Watching them was torture but we had nothing to do. We had to do it for the sake of our pack.

Olivia ,entered the study without knocking and our eyes fell on her.

Fear consumed us. I hope she didn't hear anything. If she did then she is definitely going to suspect us and we would be unable to tell her the truth. It is going to be messed up.

Then Olivia flashed a smile which we hesitantly returned.

She kept the tray on the nearest desk.

" she didn't hear anything, thank God." Alex said through the mind link.

"Baby, finally we got to see you.." Lucas went to her opening his arms and was about the hug Olivia but he couldn't as Olivia slapped him hard on the cheek making him bend because of the impact.

He wasn't fully recovered from the shock when Alex went closer to her.

"Olivia, what's wro.." Alex asked worried and was about to touch her but a slap landed on his face.

She definitely heard it, I knew what I had to do but for them, I saw the reflection of Grama in the mirror.

Oh bloody hell, we can't let him suspect anything and that means we have to do something we didn't want to.

"I'm so sorry Olivia." I said and mind and with that I started the acting. 

"What is wrong with you?" I went to her and turned her to face me and just like the other two a slap landed on me as well.

"Wrong with me? You fucking backstabbers. Planning to kill me behind my back and asking me what's wrong with me?" Olivia shouted suddenly and we looked at her shocked.

We didn't expect her to hear the killing part.

"This is not going to end well" Lucas's worried voice came in the mind link

"Olivia...we.." Alex tried to speak but I cut him off.

"No need to lie Alex. We don't think we would need her anymore." I laughed and I saw Lucas's confused expression. I pointed to the mirror with my fingers secretly and the realization hit him.

"You're right Benjamin. We already had enough fun with her." Lucas stood and wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth. He faked an evil smirk on his face.

It was already hurting us to say things like these to her. Our insides were tearing apart.

"Poor, Olivia. Her plan was failed." Alex faked a sad face and started laughing.

We understood that Thankfully Alex noticed the reflection.

"And what plan are you talking about you bloody moron?" She laughed with no humor.

We know what her humorless laugh meant. We have lost her again.

She is hurt again. Only because of us.

"The plan you made to destroy our pack. You wanted to destroy our pack. You bloody Traitor." I shouted and grabbed her hair roughly.

Every inch of my skin burning as I forced myself to behave like a monster to her.

I wanted to kill myself for hurting her like this.

Without a minute she punched me hard on the Jaw and I almost felt like my Jaw broke.

I was happy that she stood for herself. I was proud of her. She did the right thing.

"And who told you that? Lilly? God! Your own uncle betrayed you and you still have the guts to trust another person. Like seriously?"  Olivia asked.

"You're right Olivia but we can't do anything now. I'm so sorry baby." Alex said and we heard it because of the link.

"It wasn't uncle who betrayed us, it was your father, Bloody bastard was such a piece of shit. " Alex said and she punched him on the nose.

"I wish I could kill myself for what I'm going to do now." Lucas lowly and before we understand,

"Enough." Lucas said and grabbed Olivia then threw her to the nearest walls.

She groaned in pain and we felt a pang in our heart.

"Lucas why the fuck you did that?" Alex shouted in the link.

"He will suspect us if we are kind to her. He is cunning. We have to be violent." Lucas said making our breath caught in our throat.

Because of the pack's sake, we have to hurt our mate, a thing we didn't want to do at all.

" We are bearing such a burden like you don't mean that we are going to hesitate to kill you." Lucas shouted.

"Then why don't you kill me? Try. Let's see who's going to win. You or me. " Olivia smirked and stood up.

We were shocked because of the sudden change in her. She looked like she was ready to kill us.

"Just wait as the fight ends. I'm going to kill you with my own hands. If this fucking mate bond didn't exist between us I would've killed you the day Lilly told us about your plans. But the loss of such trash like you would affect my wolf so I can't risk it." Lucas grabbed the back of her neck pulling her close to him and spilled every word with hatred.

"And what do you think Mr. Lucas Rodriguez, you all are going to be able to kill me? Like really?" Olivia chuckled and pushed him away from her with one single push.

"Yes. We will and the day the fight will end it'll be the last day of your life." Alex spat.

"Says the person who doesn't even know that they can survive the fight or not. "  Olivia laughed and pulled him closer by his collar roughly.

"You know what, there was a high chance that we would win the fight but you all not only risked your lives but also risked all of the pack members by trusting that Bloody Gamma or I can say The actual Traitor." Olivia  finished the sentence and Alex slapped her on the face making her fall on the ground.

My heart ached. I knew even they were facing the same pain. But we need to make sacrifices, it's for the whole pack. Thousands of lives.

We need to find the actual culprit. So many things left to do and it'll only be possible if we are able to trick this bastard till the end.

We need to hurt Olivia which will hurt us more than anything but we have to do it for the pack.

I made my heart stronger took a deep breath.

We have to do it.

Time skip....

She gained in Lucas's arms as we used the chloroform.

"I'm so sorry baby.." Lucas said with tear-filled eyes and kissed her forehead. Then her whole face.

He lifted her and slowly placed her beautiful frame on the bed.

I quickly grabbed the Bandages and started treating the wound silver left on her beautiful wrists.

Alex traced his finger on her cheek which has his fingerprints.

"I'm so sorry." Alex said almost crying and kissed her cheeks.

"I don't how we would earn her forgiveness." I sighed looking at her wrists.

Flashback ends........

"We again hurt her. We don't even know if she would ever forgive us or not but we did it for the pack. We had no other options. " Benjamin sighed.

I was still angry with them but what they did was a great thing for the pack. I can't blame them for the second one but still, what they did at first was a sin.

I was frustrated ,disappointed and sad. I didn't know what to say.

I sighed and sat on the chair Burying my face in my palm and let out a frustrated sigh.

"We are sorry dad. We know what we did was wrong. We are truly sorry for that." Alex said.

"It's not me you should be Apologizing to it's Olivia. " I said.

Suddenly I heard the sound of sniffles.

Before I could register, I saw my sons going inside the room at the speed of the wind.

I quickly followed them as I entered the room I saw Olivia crying hugging her knees and my three morons standing there hesitating about what to do.
