A Dream (Bonus Chapter)

As Morrisa pointed the gun towards where Tinsley and Jason were, Tinsley was so scared. Then she directed the gun back to Jarek.

And Jarek used that opportunity to shoot her hand that held the gun and her leg and she went down to the ground. He shot her twice more on her stomach and heart.

Morrisa had told Richard and Eric to call for backup after Tinsley had agreed to her request. She had a feeling about it and was right after all. And their backups are dead and Richard and Eric weren't spared which angered her.

"Even if I die y'all will still pay for this," the woman said in pain, then she pointed at Tinsley and laughed bitterly. "Your sister is surely going to kill you eventually and all your kids."

Tinsley's heart was pounding as she listened to what Morrisa was saying. She was still struggling to untie Jason.

Jarek turned to head back to help Tinsley but Tinsley panicked and pointed behind him. He turned and saw Morrisa with her fallen gun which was aimed at Tinsley, before he could react a gun shot was fired which didn't hit Tinsley, rather it went straight to Jason. Morrisa began laughing and her laughter ceased midway as she breathed her last.

Tinsley yelled out to Jarek immediately Jason was shot, with tears in her eyes, it was in his chest area, closer to his heart. She kept shouting Jason's name.

Jarek called the ambulance immediately and on their way to the hospital he called Luke to come and clean up the mess they left behind in the warehouse promising to explain to him.

They arrived at the hospital and they took him to the operation room immediately.

Tinsley couldn't stop herself from crying as they waited for about 2 hours or so before the doctor finally came out of the operation room.

"How is my son doing?" Jarek asked almost immediately he sighted the doctor.

"Hope you saved my son's life. Can I see him now?" Tinsley asked hopelessly.

"We are sorry ma'am." the doctor began and took a deep breath before announcing. "We couldn't save your son."

"NO!!!" Tinsley yelled out loud as she woke up from her horrible dream. Fear was written all over her face, Jarek who was also sleeping beside her also woke up because of how she'd yelled.

"What, what just happened? Was it all a dream? How come it felt so real?  She said to herself as she got up from the bed immediately and went to check up on Jason and his siblings, Jarek ran after her. She ignored the repeated question he had been asking her. 'What happened, love?'

As she entered their rooms and checked on them, they were sleeping soundly and that was when she breathed out in relief.

"Thank goodness," Tinsley said.

Jarek was confused. "What's going on?" he asked. And he led her back to their room and gave her a glass of water to calm her down.

"I had a horrible dream Jarek, it felt so real and in the dream Jason got shot by a woman who wanted to take revenge on your family and she got information about us from my sister, and Jason died." Tinsley explained to Jarek. "It felt so real, I couldn't believe it was a dream when I woke up." She added.

"Calm down darling, it was just a bad dream and you know that your sister is dead. You fed her to the python remember? So don't worry baby, it was all a dream and wasn't real. Maybe you have been thinking about your sister and that's why you had that dream." Jarek told her and she nodded as she remembered. "Try and get some rest ok, you know tomorrow is a big day for you. You are doing the movie premier of your newest book and it is going to be very stressful so just try and rest back ok, don't worry about anything, okay?" He added.

Tinsley agreed with him and slept off on Jarek's lap till it was morning.

The next day they all got ready for her new book movie premiere 'When Love Is Not Enough' and drove towards the building she had booked and soon they arrived.

The movie premier started and soon it was time for her speech so she went up to the stage and thanked everyone for coming. Rylee and her brother, her friends and everyone was here to support her.

"I will also thank everyone for supporting me all through the years. I don't know where Lillee is but wherever she is I hope she is well." Tinsley said and smirked a little. "And to my parents too for thinking I, Tinsley Williams, won't amount to anything I hope they are seeing me making waves. And finally to my beloved Husband Jarek Lennox for being supportive of me, I love him and will continue to love him as long as I breathe. To more success." She added.

Everyone started applauding.

Meanwhile somewhere amongst the multiple of crowds that came, Morrisa, Richard and Eric were seated at the back observing.

"I need to know more about her sister." She whispered towards Richard and Eric who nodded her head.

Tinsley smiled and went to join her husband and kids as they watched her latest movie.

In her dream she appears weak which she didn't like. She was not weak and no matter who or how strong her foe is, they haven't met Tinsley Williams who could fight for her family.
