Morrisa (Bonus Chapter)

Morrisa

Morrisa, a 54 year old dark-haired woman, was seen sitting in her prison cell when a policeman came and told her she had some visitors. She was expecting them and grinned devilishly.

She got up and followed the policeman behind as they led the way. When she got to the visiting room, the policeman pointed to the people that came to see her and left. Two men in gray suits were seen seated and waiting for her.

Morrisa went and sat down opposite them, and after they'd exchanged greetings.

"I hope everything is going as planned and hope you are keeping an eye on him?" Morrisa said with a firm voice.

She could see they held back a little before one of them, Richard, with short black hair finally spoke.

"Yes we are," he answered.

But there was something about the way he spoke that made her believe something was wrong.

"Did anything happen? Talk to me." She demanded.

"Uhmm-"

"That doesn't answer my question." She cut in, trying to keep her voice down.

"He is dead, Mr Hart is dead." Richard finally said not able to look into her eyes as he said it.

"What!" She almost yelled on hearing what he just said but remember she was in a prison and they were being watched on. With a deadly smile on her cheek that could make the strongest shiver, she asked again, "Hart is dead?"

"He is dead." Richard answered. "He died briefly after his accident."

Morrisa was angry, hurt and confused on hearing that he (Mr Hart) was dead.

"How could you be this careless? I gave you one job, just one job to mess around with him and not to kill him." Morrisa said, her voice low. "I want him to die by my hands, I want him to know it is I who killed him." She added and asked the question bugging her calmly. "When did he die?"

"About five years now." Eric, the second man answered. His dirty blond hair was combed neatly to the back.

"What!?" She didn't hold back her voice.

"Please calm down." Richard said.

"How can I stay calm after hearing what you just said?" Morrisa uttered. "He's been dead for almost five years and none of you seem fit to inform me."

"We fucked up and that's why we couldn't inform you. We thought he'd get well but was wrong. We know how upset you are, and you have all the right to be upset, please forgive our foolishness." Eric pleaded.

Morrisa tried calming herself down a bit, but as much as she tried calming down she got more upset.

How could he just die like that? After all he did to her and how he destroyed her life. She thought.

"No." She said out loud, she won't just let everything go like that, he must pay for his sins.

"Even if you are dead, Hart, I am still going to take my revenge in any way I can, I will make sure I take my revenge." She said out loud coldly, not bothering to notice the gaze of the two men.

How can she spend 20 years behind bars for a crime she didn't do, a crime she helped him take the blame for and he promise to get her out. She was too foolish to believe him and he forgot about her. His biggest mistake was that he thought she didn't have people working for her. He'd be surprised in the land of the dead.

Oh how she wished she could kill him herself as she joined her fist together. Morrisa was so angry that she almost punched the table in her front.

"He has a family now, we could hurt them." Eric said bringing her back to reality.

That made her furious. Hart has begun a family and has forgotten about her as she wasted all her youthful age in prison just because she trusted him. Well, her time in this fucking prison is almost over, just a week more and she will be out of here.

"I can't wait to get out of here," she said to them. "So I can deal with Hart's family for what he did to me," she added in a very low voice.

"We can't wait for you to come out either." They said in unison.

"Don't hurt them yet, I want to witness everything." Morrisa told them.

When the policeman came into the visiting room, they knew without being told that their visiting time was up and Morrisa thanked them for coming.

As Morrisa got to her cell and sat down in a corner, her cellmate wasn't in. She thought of everything she was told today.

"How I wish he wasn't dead." She said to herself.

If only he had visited me just once, maybe I wouldn't have hated him this much. She thought.

She wanted an answer to that question, she wanted to know why he abandoned her in this place. After everything she did for him, he left her here to die.

How can a brother do this to his own blood sister?
