Aaron exited the room, coming back in 5 minutes later carrying a first aid kit. "Okay, Isabella. Very pretty name by the way, I'm going to take care of your biggest wounds first, and then I'll take a look at your broken leg." Aaron said already knowing about her hurt leg. Isabella was surprised he knew so much about injury's. "My mother taught me many things about healing wounds. Don't be surprised." Aaron answered Isabella after she asked him about his nursing skills. Isabella leaned back as Aaron pressed rubbing alcohol into her cuts and gashes. She ignored the pain, just wishing it would fade. Once Aaron had finished, he wrapped Isabella's leg in a special bandage that kept it in place. "I'll be back in a second." He said leaving the cold room. He came back later carrying a plate full with foods. Chicken bones, green beans, and rice gathered in the plate, along with a roll of bread in the middle. He handed her the plate. "Dinner. Just eat it slowly. Don't want you getting sick now do we?" He joked. Isabella smiled and Aaron blushed at her beautiful face. Isabella noticed him watching her eat. "Um.... Did I do something?" Isabella confusedly asked him. He coughed. "Oh, no. Sorry I just... I've never met anyone like you in the woods. You must be a newcomer seeing as I know every inch of these woods." Aaron observed. "That I am." Isabella swallowed. "I arrived in the forest about two days ago. I found a nice cave to stay in, but then I fell in that trap of a hole and well.... almost fell to my death if you hadn't shown up. Thanks for that by the way." Isabella said after finishing her mouthful of food. "Well, Isabe-" "You don't have to call me that. Call me Bella. It's my nickname, after the belladonna flower." Bella told him. He cleared his throat. "Well, Bella. I was glad that I could save you. To be honest I was hanging around that hole when I heard your scream, It's funny I had a dream just yesterday that had the same scream in it. And you were the girl in it." He said confused. Isabella almost chocked on her food. "Y-you too?! I thought it was just a dream, not reality!" Isabella madly retorted. Aaron laughed. "Nope, guess not. I thought I made you up, and you were just a dream but your not. And even if you were a dream, you'd been a very pretty one." He blushed. Isabella, flustered, taking a few more bites of her supper. "Well.... Thank you." She cleared her throat. "How come you live out here by yourself?" Bella asked. "Well..... heh.... That's a long story, let's just say.... I don't have any family and I prefer to have freedom rather than be cooped up in village walls." He explained, awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. Isabella nodded. "I know the feeling, that's why I ran away....." She said dazing off in her thoughts. "You ran away?" He questioned. Isabella looked at him. "Y-yeah.... My parents were killed in a village fire. Started by O'kasis guards. I was the only child they had so I was sent to Meteli where I lived till I was ten. I learned how to hunt before I left and I've lived out in the woods since." Bella answered. "If you don't mind me asking, how old are you?" Aaron asked with pleasure. "19, you?" "19." Aaron laughed. Isabella smiled. "Well, seems like we have something in common. This house you built is very beautiful, the architecture is very pristine. A very precise house." Bella commented. Aaron blushed a small bit. "Thanks. I built it after I lost my family...." He left his sentence unfinished. "By whom?" Bella asked sweetly. "Hm?" He questioned her. "You said you lost your family, You had a gloom look on your face, someone must have hurt your family, whom?" Isabella said very observant. "Heh, you pick up on things fast. Let's just say I'm sworn to have revenge on Zane and O'kasis." He said shortening the story. Isabella nodded. "I too have had issues with them in the past. They killed my only family when I was seven. I shall never forgive them. This land will never be safe as long as Zane stands." Isabella said strongly. Aaron laughed. "I have to agree with you." He sighed. "Well it's getting nightfall, you should get some rest. I'll see you in the morning." Isabella smiled. "See you in the morning." Aaron smiled and blew out the flickering candle on Bella's bedside. He walked out the room and shut the door behind him quietly leaving only the sound of the wind outside to bang on the window. Isabella smiled as she was in a warm bed, falling into a deep, dreamless slumber.
