"Yo, Lance, are you sure you are ready to take over your dad's business?", my cousin Jake asked, interrupting my peace. I love my cousin but I just want to ride in my jet in complete silence.
"Yes, and did you ever find me a secretary?", I asked, annoyed with him.
"Yeah and no. I have hired a temp for you. He or she will start Monday", Jake said, not taking his eyes off his phone.
"And why the hell did you not hire someone?", I asked, looking at him, smiling at his phone. I can't believe I gave him one job, one fucking job.
"Because, unlike you, I am known and every person I interviewed was female. Who, by the way, all flirted with me very aggressively. And I know if I did hire any of them, they would do the same for you. And knowing how you feel about work romances", he said, finally looking at me.
"You are head of human resources. You should have found someone", I said to him.
"Well, as head of human resources I need to review the employee files to see who to keep and who to let go, which I haven't finished doing yet. So yeah, I have been busy", he said, looking back at his phone.
"And why haven't you finished the file reviews?", I asked him and he huffed at me.
"Because your father did not give me complete access yet. He said I would have it once he found out we were leaving Athens to go to Jersey. At that point, I only had access to low-level employees", he said.
My father is an asshole he knows damn well. I needed Jake to figure out who to keep and who to let go. I wanted to fire everyone and start fresh, but Jake said it would cost too much. And the company will lose money until we can fill all of the positions. Due to Covid most of our employees work from home. The way I see it, those at home can be let go. And I can keep those who came to work during the pandemic.
My father made it clear he does not agree with my method of running a business, he has a soft spot for this particular company. It was started by my great, great, great, great, grandmother. It started as a gossip paper for bored housewives. As times changed, so did the company from the name to the products of the company. Honestly, I did not want to take over because I had my own businesses to worry about, but my father insisted I had to for the family legacy to keep going. When I finished college, I opened up clubs and bars all around the world. Every continent on the globe has a club or bar owned by Jake and me.
I was about to walk away from the family business but Jake told me it could be useful for all of our companies, especially our exclusive members-only clubs. My passion is adult entertainment. I found that out in high school. When my neighbor would leave, his son would throw a party. He would have strippers and charge a fifty-dollar cover charge to all the guys who were not old enough to go to a strip club. And for an extra couple of hundred, they can have fun with the girls all night. Danny, my neighbor, made a killing every time his parents left. Since then, my passion has become adult entertainment.
Currently, I have my eyes on a place called the Pleasure Palace. It is New Jersey's oldest brothel. Brothers are not legal in New Jersey, but since this place is so old, no one messes with them. It is in a secluded area, so no law enforcement comes by. The city, county and state officials do not bother with the business. Mistress Jackie must have an amazing agreement with law enforcement, position, hell any branch of government that could shut her down. I sent the owner multiple offers to buy it but she declined them all. The last offer I sent her was for one billion dollars. She declined by saying she did not need the money.
So, tonight Jake and I are going to a masquerade party Mistress Jackie is having at the Pleasure Palace. I need to see the woman who turned down one billion dollars and the business that she has is going so well that she refused one million dollars. I am very interested in this now. The entry fee for the party is ten thousand dollars for each person.
According to Jake, the party is only for Mistress Jackie's exclusive client list. This is great because I get to see who is on her exclusive client list and might be able to get them to become members of my club.
"Tell me what is the reason for the party?", I asked him.
"It's an anniversary celebration. That is all I could find out", he said, typing on his phone.
"And how did you get us in?", I asked skeptically. I am not one of her clients and neither is he.
"Well remember that member from our Paris club. The one that got out of hand with his new sub?', he asked.
"Yeah, I kicked him out of the club. He is not allowed in the club", I said, hoping he had not done anything stupid.
"Well, to overturn his exile from our club he gave me the invitation", Jake said nervously.
"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!", I am livid that guy hurt that girl badly. He did not respect her limit of the rules.
"Yeah, but he has to take mandatory Dom classes, as well as supervised play", Jack said.
Jake goes on to tell me the fee of ten thousand dollars per person to enter the house and enjoy themselves. Anything else such as private time with a woman will cost extra. Damn, I must say that it is some kind of hustle. Men are paying all of this money and there is no guarantee they will get their cock wet. The business is rumored to have been passed down from generation to generation. The owner Mistress Jackie is wealthy in money and connections, connections I could have if I owned the business.
"Does your dad know your plan to buy a brothel?", Jake asked with a smirk.
"I do not care if he does or does not know about it. It's my business and he will mind the business that pays him", I said, getting aggravated thinking about what my father would say.
"So, what is the plan tonight?", Jake asked, putting his phone in his pocket.
"To get to the party, to observe, enjoy, and find some information that I need to get her to sell", I said with determination.
After we got off the jet, we drove to my house. When we arrived, there was a box on my doorstep. Jake grabs the box and takes it inside. Even though it has my name on it, he opens the box. Inside it are two masquerade masks.
"So, you are just going to open my packages now", I said with a raised eyebrow, shaking my head.
"Well, they came with the invitation", he said.
"So, you are just giving my address away to people", I said, looking at him sideways.
"No, I intercepted the shipment and re-routed it here", he said with a smile.
"I am not wearing that shit", I said, opening the fridge.
"Yes, you are the mask that is required for the party. Because it is the only time all of her exclusive clients are in the house at the same time. To keep their identity secret from each other, the masks are required", he said, looking at the mask.
"Smart woman", I said, then whistled.
"Most of her clients are rich and powerful men like ourselves. Who happens to hate each other", Jake said, laughing.
"Nothing like beautiful women and sex bringing everyone together", I said with a laugh.
"Not just women, from what I heard, she also has men in her employ", Jake said, poring for him a drink.
"Wow, that opens up another level of revenue. Bouchie brings in good money just like pussy does", I said, and Jake stopped and looked at me confused.
"What the hell is a Bouchie?", Jake asked, confused.
"Boy coochie", I said nonchalantly.
"Wait boys have coochies now? Where did you learn that lingo", he asked, laughing hard.
"Some of the gay men at the club in Los Angeles call it that. Supplying men most definitely increased her revenue tenfold. Undercover men pay a lot for secret companionship", I explained to him.
"So, tonight am I just working or can I enjoy some pleasure as well, Jake said, wiggling his eyebrows.
"Both, hell I need to release some stress as well", I said with a smile. I would not mind being balls-deep into some pussy tonight.
