Chapter 198: With You in the Rest of My Life, Everything Is Complete

Aviah's POV

Tears blurred my vision. I looked at him, then at the two children and our loved ones beside me, nodding with a smile, "I do."

He slipped the diamond ring onto my ring finger, stood up, and pulled me tightly into his arms. Ethan and Diane ran over, each hugging one of our legs, shouting, "Daddy, Mommy, stay together forever."

Brilliant fireworks bloomed in the night sky, lighting up the entire beach and our happy faces.

The wedding preparations were filled with warmth and sweetness.

Griffin and I picked out the wedding dress, rings, and venue together. He insisted on giving me the best of everything, while I preferred a warm and simple style. We'd occasionally argue, but in the end, he always gave in.

Ethan volunteered to design the wedding invitations. He lay at his desk, carefully drawing cartoon versions of our family of four. Diane pulled Edna along to pick out flowers for the wedding, her little face full of seriousness.

Edna hand-sewed a red dress for me as a reception outfit. When she handed it to me, her eyes were full of relief. "This is a little something from me. I hope you'll be happy."

Sebastian, Felix, and Kevin became groomsmen, with Hazel as the maid of honor. They busied themselves decorating the venue and arranging the schedule, teasing Griffin from time to time. "Finally getting Aviah married, so we won't have to see your gloomy face anymore."

The church in downtown Lakeview stood solemn and dignified.

I wore a white wedding dress, holding Edna's arm, walking step by step toward the front of the church. Griffin stood there in a black suit, his eyes burning as he watched me, full of affection and anticipation.

The church was packed with guests—prominent figures, business leaders, Skyline Group employees, and my fans. They all came with genuine blessings to witness our happiness.

The priest stood before the altar and spoke solemnly, "Aviah, do you take Griffin to be your husband, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to never leave him, to stay together for life?"

"I do." I looked at Griffin, my voice firm.

"Griffin, do you take Aviah to be your wife, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to never leave her, to stay together for life?"

"I do." His voice was deep and powerful, filled with unwavering determination.

We exchanged rings and kissed deeply. The room erupted in warm applause that lasted and lasted.

At the reception after the wedding, we toasted our friends and family one by one, thanking them for their blessings. Ethan and Diane wore little formal outfits, running around the venue, laughing and playing with other children, adding so much joy to the evening.

On our honeymoon, we went to many places.

On a beach by the sea, we walked hand in hand, watching the sparkling night view, talking about our future life. "I hope we can always be like this—simple, peaceful, and happy," I said softly, leaning on his shoulder.

He squeezed my hand and responded gently, "We will. With you for the rest of my life, everything is perfect."

Under the snowy mountains, we skied and built snowmen together, playing around like children. Snowflakes fell on our hair and shoulders, as if weaving a pure white dream for us.

On a cruise ship, I sang softly while he listened quietly, clapping for me from time to time. The scenery along the way was beautiful, but nothing compared to the tenderness in his eyes.

Everywhere we went, I wrote what I saw and felt into songs, creating many new pieces. Griffin was always my most loyal listener. Every time I finished singing, he was the first to applaud, his eyes full of appreciation.

Sebastian died the day we returned from our honeymoon. Griffin seemed to have expected it.

He said nothing, just buried Sebastian and Alice together.

A few years later, we welcomed our third child, a lovely baby girl.

Life with our family of five became even happier. Ethan remained as thoughtful as ever, always helping to take care of his two sisters. Diane inherited my musical talent and loved singing and dancing. My youngest daughter always clung to Griffin's side.

I became a well-known singer in Lakeview and also served as Vice President of Skyline Group, achieving success in both career and dreams, becoming a role model for many women.

Griffin handed over part of Skyline Group's business to me while spending more time with the family. He often said, "No matter how successful your career is, it's not as important as your family's happiness. Being with Aviah and the kids is my greatest joy."

On another sunny day, we took our three children to the beach at Dawnlight Isle, where he had proposed to me.

The children chased and played on the beach, their laughter crisp and clear. Griffin and I walked hand in hand, watching them, smiling at each other.

The sea breeze blew gently, carrying that familiar salty scent. The sunlight felt warm and comfortable on our skin.

"With you for the rest of my life, everything is complete," he said softly, kissing my forehead.

I smiled and nodded, holding his hand tight. The storms of the past had long since passed, leaving only happiness and peace.

The road ahead is still long, but as long as we walk it together, there's nothing to fear.
