Chapter 162 Make love to me

Chapter 162 Make love to me
Beatrice pov

When he finally rose he lifted me like I weighed nothing, carrying me to the bed and laying me down on the thick furs. He stripped off his own clothes without hurry, every movement measured, letting me watch the play of firelight over his broad shoulders, the scars on his chest, the hard lines of his stomach.

He settled between my thighs, not entering me yet. Instead he kissed his way down my body—slow, open-mouthed kisses over my breasts, lingering to draw each nipple into his mouth and suck gently until I arched and whimpered. Lower still, across my ribs, over the curve of my hip, until his mouth hovered between my legs.

He looked up at me, eyes dark with love and hunger. “Let me taste you first.”

I nodded, breathless. He parted me with gentle thumbs, then lowered his head. The first slow lick made me gasp—long and flat, from entrance to clit, gathering every drop of wetness. He groaned against me like I was the sweetest thing he’d ever tasted. Then he did it again, and again, unhurried, savoring. When my hips started to lift he pressed one big hand to my stomach—right over our child—and held me still while his tongue circled my clit in lazy, patient strokes.

I came like that—slowly, deeply—shuddering waves that rolled through me while tears leaked from the corners of my eyes. He didn’t stop until the last tremor faded, kissing my inner thighs, my mound, the sensitive skin above it.

Only then did he rise over me.

He braced himself on his forearms so his weight stayed off my belly. His cock—thick, hot, already leaking—nudged at my entrance. He pushed in one careful inch at a time, eyes locked on mine, watching every flicker of expression on my face.

“Tell me if it’s too much,” he breathed.

“It’s perfect,” I managed. “Don’t stop.”

He sank deeper—slow, so slow—until he was buried to the hilt. We both stilled, breathing together, feeling every pulse, every flutter. Then he began to move.

Long, measured strokes—pulling almost all the way out, then gliding back in, grinding deep at the end of each thrust so the base of him pressed against my clit. His hand kept drifting back to my stomach, palm flat and protective, thumb stroking even as his hips rolled in that steady, loving rhythm.

I wrapped my legs around his waist, ankles crossing at the small of his back, pulling him closer without rushing him. Every slide felt like worship—his body claiming mine, cherishing mine, filling mine.

He kissed me through it—deep, languid kisses that matched the pace of his thrusts. When my breath hitched and my nails dug into his shoulders he knew I was close again.

“Come with me,” he whispered against my lips. “Let me feel you around me while I spill inside you.”

The words, the tenderness in his voice, the reverent press of his hand on my belly—it all crashed over me at once.

I came with a soft, broken cry, walls fluttering and clenching around him. He groaned low in his throat, hips stuttering once, twice, then burying deep as he followed—hot pulses filling me, marking me, binding us even tighter.

He didn’t pull out right away. He stayed inside me, softening slowly, forehead resting against mine while our breathing evened out. His hand never left my stomach.

“I love you,” he said quietly, kissing the tip of my nose. “Both of you.”

I smiled through fresh tears, threading my fingers through his. “We love you too.”

The next morning, I gathered my brothers in Theron's study. They filed in looking concerned at the sudden summons.

"Is everything okay?" Theron asked.

"Everything's perfect." I took a deep breath. "I'm pregnant."

Chaos erupted. Kaelen actually whooped and picked me up, spinning me until Darius growled at him to be gentle. Corin was crying openly. Silas kept saying "I knew it, I knew it" over and over as Theron pulled me into a crushing hug.

"We're going to be uncles," Kaelen said, already pacing. "I need to buy everything. Does the baby need a sword? Probably too early for a sword."

"The baby needs legal protections," Silas said, already making notes. "Trust funds, inheritance documents, guardianship agreements in case of emergency."

"The baby needs a proper healer on standby at all times," Corin said.

"The baby needs all of you to calm down," I said, laughing.

But they couldn't calm down. They spent the next hour arguing about nursery locations, security measures, and who would be the favorite uncle.

Finally, they started filtering out, still making plans and arguing. Theron asked me to stay behind.

When it was just the two of us, he looked unusually nervous. My older brother, the powerful Lord Alpha, was fidgeting with papers on his desk. "I need to ask you something," he said.

"Okay," I said slowly.

"It's about Liora." He cleared his throat. "I've been courting her. Officially with proper intentions."

"I know," I said gently. "We all saw when you officially asked her to be your lady."

"Right. Of course I did." He rubbed the back of his neck. "The thing is, I want to propose. Ask her to be my mate, my Luna."

My eyes filled with tears again. "Theron, that's wonderful."

"But I wanted your blessing first," he said. "She's your best friend. Your opinion matters."

I walked over and hugged him tight. "You have my blessing. You deserve to be happy, you both do."

"Thank you," he said, his voice rough with emotion.

That evening, Theron took Liora to the Sacred Grove. I watched from the balcony as they walked the moonlit path together. My other brothers were hiding poorly in the bushes, trying to spy.

I couldn't hear the words, but I saw Theron drop to one knee. Saw Liora's hands fly to her mouth. Saw her pull him up and kiss him as she said yes.

My brothers burst from the bushes cheering, completely blowing their cover. Liora laughed while Theron tried to look annoyed but couldn't stop smiling.

They returned to the Keep for an impromptu celebration. Two engagements and a pregnancy all announced in one day. The house was full of joy and laughter and hope.

Later, in bed with Darius, his hand rested gently on my stomach. "This is everything I knew I wanted," he said quietly.

"Me too," I whispered back.
