Chapter 66 Now my grades

Chapter 66 Now my grades
Rosie's POV
I'm still tense, but it's good news that we won't be residing here. Trust me, when he's out of his world, he doesn't mind living here and answering the matters of the state here.
"245 and you'd make it..."
I waved my hand at his face, not wanting to hear more from this shameless wolf-less man.
Breath.
Slowly, I began to stride towards the door.
"When are you...'re we leaving?" I asked, reaching the door and holding the doorknob.
"After breakfast," he answered unperturbed and moved closer to me.
"Breakfast?" I repeated, with a guess that he must have ordered meals. My eyes didn't look at him, or I'd lose my speech.
"I've lost my appetite, can we just go now?" I snapped, not even daring to cross into the dining area again or else I'd be convulsing over last night's sex.
"Really?" he asked, heaving a sigh, and he suddenly looked broken, but his unseriousness always showed himself.
He ran his fingers through his hair and there was a sly curve in his lips.
"Well, that's enough reason for us to stay..."
"What did you order?" I quickly yelled, feeling restless but then stayed relaxed, faking a smile.
"I cooked," he proudly declares, lifting his shoulders high and a shiver runs down my spine.
"What!!!"

My eyes kept scanning the table as he now stood opposite me while I breathed hard.
There's freshly baked...burnt bread with butter smeared inside, brown tea? Scotched eggs, more like raw eggs, there's a burger with no veggies, a bowl of... what's that?
I just can't describe the beauty of this horrible breakfast that had my stomach grumbling, left me speechless and my heart boiling.
"Sit," he ordered as I tended to have forgotten myself again.
Someone save me, my kitchen is a mess! He wasted so many ingredients to prepare what?
I got paralyzed again, mourning my kitchen as he decided we'd eat in the mini dining room there.
"For real Damien, are you a kid?" I complained bitterly while squeezing my face and taking my seat.
He clenched his fists and thudded the table, annoyed.
"You ungrateful peasant, an alpha cooked for you and this is what you can say!" He counters, glaring at me, but I just kissed my teeth and clapped my hands.
"Thank you, oh great alpha, for preparing poison for me. Finally, I can be free from you!" I bragged in a mocking tone and grimacing.
He rolled his eyes and then placed his arms over the table.
My hands were trembling to grab something.
"Eat, princess," he snapped, even though those eyes were frightening as he needed me to taste the outcome of his...what do I call this please?
I nodded, just like he does in a mocking manner while grabbing the bread to eat.
I almost spit it out but those curious eyes on me forced me to swallow it and let out a painful smile.
"How does it taste?"
"Slimy, terrific and perhaps, we shouldn't make it over-baked but...on a scale of one to five..."
His eyes were probing at me as I almost bit my tongue watching how dissatisfied he was.
He reminds me of Chris. Whenever I gave the right judgment, he'd run to his room and cry, ghost me and reminisce over his life.
"Say it princess, how are you grading me?" He asked, and he sounded like a threat as he had suddenly grabbed the table knife, narrowing his gaze at me.
I almost choked, clearing my throat to arrange my speech again.
"Well... what's the chewy, slimy stuff inside? It doesn't taste like butter or cheese?" I directed, trying to avoid the grading because it's half I'm giving him.
"My cum."
"What the fuck Damien!" I panicked as my jaw dropped as my stomach twitched and my restless eyes read his expression.
He just had this poker face, inscrutable and more concerned about my grade.
"I'm trying new recipes, do you like them?"
That was unanswered as I licked my lower lip, wanting to eat this bread forcefully to have all his cum.
"You're so weird."
"Thank you, oh great princess," he said, stabbing the apple in front of him while I shook my head unbelievably.
"Now, my grade."
"We are preparing something else. That way I will get to grade you," I stated, running my fingers in my hair.
I guess I'm learning some habits from myself. Damien relaxed back on his chair, crossed his arms and shrugged his shoulders.
"Do you think I have time for all these?" He protested as I rose from the chair, still devastated by the kitchen.
However, looking at him, I see the fascination, and it's so unlike me to pick up a challenge to teach someone like him.
"I don't care, let me show you how a good meal is prepared," I proudly declared, not interested in the disaster he created.
He rubbed his face, scoffed and then shook his head.
"You're a heart wrecker princess."
"I'm blunt when it comes to food."
He shifted his blaring gaze at me like he'd burn me.
"I stood up all dawn, to create a feast for us..."
Why is he so cute as he complains? I folded my lips, stifling a laugh as there are so many emotions in his tone.
His hands even knocked the table as he expressed the stress he went through just to please me, only to be disappointed.
As he speaks, my mind lingers over his efforts and even if it's his first trial, he humbled himself to get a meal for me.
"Oh my, alpha, really, that's so touching," I responded, placing my palms on my chest and looking at him with dreamy eyes.
He stopped complaining and sniffed while fussing at me.
"Anyone would have said that, but I didn't force you to prepare a meal for me, stop trying to be impressive," I snapped, moving towards the kitchen to clean up.
He scoffed and then rubbed the back of his neck as though he broke it.
"You're hurting my pride."
"I thought I broke it into pieces," I replied, and there was a sudden silence which I didn't like.
Maybe he has run out of words to say. Staring at him, I could see he was clearing the dining table, slowly and why isn't he offended?
My actions are enough reason for him to leave me alone. He dumped them on a counter, then faced me.
"A great man travels through lessons, I'd humble myself and learn from your princess. That way I will have more women swooning around me," he declared in a deep rumbling voice, and I stood at akimbo as my eyes roamed around him.
A more valid reason why the boys shouldn't mean him, or they'd get corrupted by his greed for more women.
I gave him no response and just snatched an apron to wear which hangs across the cabin.
I'd be teaching another cadence and, for a reason, Damien might be worse.
